Excelente la estadía. Estuvimos 2 noches en Estambul antes de nuestro vuelo a Tokio. Nos trataron con mucha amabilidad, el anfitrión estuvo pendiente en todo momento, te recomienda lugares y restaurantes.

Apartamento ubicado muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas más importantes de la ciudad. Bulent y si hermano estuvieron atentos en todo momento y nos fue de gran ayuda todas las recomendaciones que nos dieron, así como la comodidad que nos dió que se encargaran de gestionar un Transfer al aeropuerto. ¡Muy recomendable!

Квартира чистая и ухоженная, с ремонтом. Соответствует фотографиям. Все обещанные удобства были предоставлены. Местность тихая и спокойная, проблем с соседями не было. Несмотря на спокойный район, все главные локации в шаговой доступности: магазин, два торгово-развлекательных центра, выход к набережной моря, ветка метро и куча магазинов одежды и ресторанов. Сам хозяин, господин Бурак, очень приветливый и дружелюбный. Помог с заселением. Был очень уважителен и шел на встречу во всех вопросах касательно заселения и выселения. Я осталась довольна прибыванием, цена приятно удивила. Рекомендую остановиться в этой квартире, как одиноким людям, так и с семьей. Надеюсь, что вернусь сюда еще раз.

Thank you for everything you provided us and thank you for your advice. I hope to meet you soon. The place is close to everything and a strategic historical location with all services. It is 150 meters away from the nearest means of transportation.

The apartment is located in an excellent location, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is quite spacious. I love the fact that tgere is a balcony with a good view. That being said, there is some smell in the kitchen, but the owner is transparent about that so we're okay. But it needs to be fixed though. The other thing is that the there is nothing to use in the kitchen, like spices, or somethinv that when we needed to cook, we have to but several spices to cook. Other then that, it is an excellent apartment for family of 4

Enes place is great. Great location. Public transportation is just a 5 min walk. Small supermarket across the street and a big supermarket just a 15' walk inside a big nice mall. The outdoor market is excellent , only on sundays and is a 10 min walk uphill. Enes is quick to respond and is always ready to help you or provide you with assistance.

Emrah is truly exceptional at what he does. His responsiveness was unparalleled, always addressing any questions or concerns promptly and efficiently. Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

This place is a stunning turquoise-colored building, perfect for hosting a large group comfortably. Everything inside is brand new, fresh, and designed with real thoughtfulness—it’s a joy to stay here. The location is fantastic, right near the heart of Balat in Istanbul, surrounded by local sights, charming streets, and just steps from the Bosphorus. Some of the rooms even have views of the water, which is absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better spot for a group trip.

Had a fantastic stay at Selim’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience

We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.

Georgia’s place was in a fantastic location to walk to all the local highlights in old town Istanbul and even over the bridges to the newer town. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants close by. The house was large, and had just what we needed for our stay and was a welcome break from hotels. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful time in this house, it felt homely and cosy. As it is winter, it was always warm inside and comfortable. There were lots of children playing in the streets which was lovely, as they became friends with our son. Also lots of cats roaming around, which our son also loved. Oskan’s niece, Merve, hosted us and she was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our trip. A beautiful house, in a full of life part of the city!

Haci es un anfitrión excelente, muy amable y despejó todas nuestras dudas, nos hizo sentir en casa. El alojamiento tiene una ubicación inmejorable cerca del metro y del tranvía que te conecta con los mejores lugares de Estambul. Estaba muy limpio en una zona muy tranquila, el departamento tiene todo lo necesario y más para una estancia muy agradable y cerca de todo.

Daire fotoğrafta gösterildiği gibiydi. Manzarası şahaneydi ve kendimi gerçekten evimde gibi hissettim. Resul Bey çok ilgili, kibar ve bilgilendiriciydi. Bana çok yardımcı oldu ve çok hızlı yanıt verdi. Tekrar tercih edeceğim.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The house was incredibly clean, and Andrea was so welcoming, friendly, and kind. I had a truly wonderful experience there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Great view from the balcony and living room (the windows were a bit dirty though). Great access to public transport, everything was perfect, washing machine, dish washer, large fridge, tv, furniture and everything you would need to make a dinner.
