Stanza non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario, pulita, e in una posizione comodissima per i trasporti pubblici. L'host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile nonostante il nostro ritardo all' arrivo al check in, e si è sempre reso molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa

The location was good, and the house was clean, cosy, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a week's stay, and the overall experience was pretty good. I recommend the place to anyone visiting the area, especially for medium-term stays.

5 minutes walking distance to Taksim square, we liked the location very much. It was very cozy and comfortable as it was a detached house. The owner was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the local area and guided us. We will choose this place when we come again, thanks for everything Seaview team.

We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is in a perfect location to visit Istanbul! Fatih is a great host, always available and thoughtful of his guests. The apartment was clean and tidy. We found almost everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Fatih has been very welcoming and he offered us an early check in when we needed it, also he organized the transfer to the airport on our way out with only one evening to spare. If we ever visit Istanbul again we will definitely come back 😊.

La casa si trova vicino piazza Taksim ma la zona non è delle migliori (c'è molta spazzatura, dalla mia finestra si vedevano uomini che ogni giorno bruciavano plastica o immondizia edilizia ovunque) anche se tranquilla, mai avuto problemi con nessuno.

We spent a extended weekend at Ram's place, everything was good. The location is perfect, the house is a charming hidden gem.

Our stay in Istanbul are lovely. I love that the place is near Taksim Square and Istiklal Street but still in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Located near the metro and bus stop really make our journey to anywhere much easier. Havaist bus to the airport is also 4 mins walking distance from this place. The host is very responsive and communication is smooth. We even could check-in earlier than the appointed time. Overall, we have pleasant time staying here.

It was a lovely stay and a lovely location close to restaurants and clothing stores.

The home is bright and beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is charming and in walking distance to the square. It was a wonderful experience. We will visit again.

Super Unterkunft super Keine 2 Minuten zum Galata Tower

Very central, spacious, everything provided and super good instructions. For sure need earplugs at night, especially in front room, but thats for having such a beautiful central location. Pub underneath is so cosy and many good coffee locations around.

A good option for 14 people , easy access to bus station and tramvay , very nice surroundings
