- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

BoRa was extremely accommodating and helpful. The apartment is nice and adequately decorated to make me feel at home. The area is a little hilly to walk to some places locally, however the Tram is a short walk to go anywhere else. Additionally, I highly recommend checking out Dafne for some tasty local bites with friendly atmosphere. I’ll definitely bookmarking This listing for future stays!

Der Ausblick sowohl von der Wohnung aus als auch von der Dachterrasse ist unschlagbar Mehr als 270 Grad Sicht über den Bosporus und die Stadt. Wir waren mit unserer 1-jährigen Tochter in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist absolut kindersicher. Sehr gut ist die Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer. Es wurde auch ein nagelneues Babybett bereitgestellt. Danke hierfür! Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. In der Küche kann alles zubereitet werden. Die Anbindung zum Fährterminal Kabatas (Fähren und Standseilbahn F1 zum Taksim) sowie Tram Haltestelle T1 sind quasi in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

I hosted my family at Mr. Zak’s place and we stayed for about 10 days. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Had the smallest of amenities present. All spaces were extremely comfortable. Location was absolutely ideal; barely a minute’s walk to the metro station and Cevahir Mall. The hosts were very responsive and attended all our concerns in a timely and friendly manner. I would definitely stay again :)

This is a charming, spacious, and beautifully decorated home. It comes fully equipped with everything you might need, and the thoughtful welcome items upon arrival are a lovely touch. The location is fantastic—everything you need is just a short walk away, including various transportation options. The apartment is impeccably clean, and the host is communicative, friendly, and genuinely kind. The area feels safe and inviting. The only minor drawback was that the windows didn’t have blinds, which could make it a bit chilly when it’s windy outside. Perhaps sealing the window frames could help resolve this. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Ozi is an amazing host with a spectacular apartment. She is so accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need at all times of your visit. The views from the balcony are really incredible, and the entire apartment feels so intimate and inviting. It feels like home even though you are visiting. Also, the location is so good and you are in excellent proximity to fun activities and points of interest. Ozi is very knowledgeable on the local scene, so if you are curious about any activities or have questions about the city in general, she will make sure you have a super fun and informed itinerary. I will definitely stay here again, thanks Ozi!!!

Demir’s place is a little gem. It has everything you need and within walking distance of restaurants and to the tram. There is an adorable cat that hangs out sometimes in the patio. He’s the sweetest. Istanbul the city of cats 🐱

We liked this place so much that we didn’t wanted to try the other place and extended our stay. The terrace and its view mesmerised us both in the morning and at night. Plus, my sons enjoying the Playstation in the dome and the closeness to the tram with 1 min walk was other reasons that we decided to stay longer. We thank the hosts so much for an amazing vacation time we spent in Istanbul! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We spent a extended weekend at Ram's place, everything was good. The location is perfect, the house is a charming hidden gem.

Great property in a great location. Friendly and helpful hosts who were very responsive. I would look to stay here again if I return to Istanbul and would recommend to others who are visiting the city.

Super cozy flat in a quiet hilly neighborhood. The WiFi is only really working on the top floor but otherwise nothing to complain about. Tea, coffee, water — all available. Oh, and the sunset from the balcony is fantastic.

If you get the chance to stay here, grab it. It’s a stunning apartment - clearly a lot of love, thought and care have gone into designing this place and we felt right at home from the start. The apartment is super peaceful while being very close to transport links and the vibrant restaurant areas of Beyoğlu. Sultanahmet is walkable from the apartment across the bridge. Aaron and his team were brilliant hosts, responsive and pro active. He gave us some great recommendations including the local 16th century Hamam designed by Mimar Sinan (definitely recommend this) and several restaurants. We particularly liked Çiya Sofrası across the Bosporous in Kadıköy (a picturesque ferry trip from the nearby Karaköy pier) and the local Galata Kitchen. Just loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing apartment. Exactly as described and within 10 minutes walk to Taksim square. Hosts were very caring, helpful and available at any point to help. Including offering to help get to/from airport. Will be staying again

Everything was perfect; he was very friendly and flexible. The only issue was the noise from the bed when moving on it.

This apartment has everything that you need for a stay in Istanbul with the added bonus of a roof terrace. The area is vibrant without being noisy. It has bars, restaurants and shops on its doorstep. The tram is about five minutes walk downhill which will take you to all the sights. If you want to walk there is plenty in close proximity. We could not fault the apartment or our host. We would come back in a heartbeat.
