Feriköy'de en merkezi yerdeydi. Çevresinde manav, kasap, market, pastane, kafe, otobüs durağı, lokanta gibi pek çok seçenek mevcuttu. Ev genel olarak çok iyiydi. Her konuda da bize yardımcı oldular. Tekrardan çok teşekkür ediyorum, bir daha gelişimizde kesinlikle burada kalmayı düşünüyorum.

I booked a lot of houses in Beyoğlu before but none of them was this clean. So pretty, lots of rooms to stay with a nice view. Turn around the corner and you are at İstiklal. From coffee machine to tea maker you can find anything. Would definetely stay again.

I loved the neighborhood very local close to many attractions! pleasant stay. Remind its a wood house so you have some noises but nothing too bad. I loved there's Netflix and it's so pleasant to be chilling like at home!

The Apartment is perfect to explore Istanbul. It looks even better than on the pictures and we really felt at Home. The host is amazing as well and the whole communication was very good. The location is also perfect and in the most beautiful area of the City.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir waren eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und man hatte alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße aber man ist sofort in der Nähe von Restaurants, Supermärkten und an Bus oder Bahnhöfen. Man kann zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 min zur Galata Brücke gehen und von dort alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Stanza non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario, pulita, e in una posizione comodissima per i trasporti pubblici. This oasis on the outskirts of the city was the perfect escape into a secret forest, bungalow, where everything felt like home in a world that didn’t make much sense to us. We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

This is the first time I used Airbnb, and I have to say it was such a great experience, that I will definitely be using it again. I always used to stay at the hotels in Istanbul, this time there were five of us, and we wanted to be together in a modern, clean, easily accessible place. Eyup's apartment was all we were looking for! From the first moment we felt like we were at home! The whole concept of entering the apartment by lift directly, the size of the apartment, modern furniture, all modern equipment (TV / excellent wi-fi, fridge, all necessary gadgets in the kitchen), everything was functioning very well. The apartment was warm, which is just what we needed in snowy Istanbul. There are a lot of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, short walk to Karakoy/Galata, and all touristy places. What struck me most was that Eyup, Ali and Mehmet Bey were always at hand to help with anything we might need. Excellent experience, and not the last time we stayed there, for sure! Thank you

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

Absolutely loved this place. Stylish, modern, quiet and very well equipped. The location is also great and very central. Highly recommended!

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.

今回の滞在は本当に素晴らしく、Aaronさんはとても親切で丁寧なホストでした。滞在中に妻が足を痛めてしまったのですが、ちょうど「砂糖祭」の影響で薬局が閉まっていたにもかかわらず、彼は医療用テープやサポート用の包帯、冷却パックをわざわざ用意してくれました。そのおかげで妻の回復がとてもスムーズに進みました。また、到着前にはタクシーで使えるトルコ語の案内文まで送ってくれるなど、配慮が行き届いていて本当に助かりました。 建物は歴史ある雰囲気を残しつつも、見事にリノベーションされており、古さと新しさが程よく調和しています。ベッドルームが3つ以上あってとても広く、家族3人でも十分ゆったりと過ごせました。寝室だけでなくシャワールームも快適で清潔。さらにテラスからは素敵な教会が望め、その奥にはボスポラス海峡やアジア側の景色まで見渡せるという贅沢さです。観光地へのアクセスも便利で、公共交通機関が近いのに周囲は静かで落ち着いています。スーパーも複数あり、日々の買い物にも不自由しません。キッチンもフルキッチンで、いろいろな料理ができました。 さらに、近所にはかわいいネコちゃんたちがたくさんいて、散歩するだけでも楽しい気分になりました。 総合的に大満足の滞在でした。もしイスタンブールを再訪する機会があれば、ぜひまたここに宿泊したいと思います。Aaronさん、本当にありがとうございました！

Unser Aufenthalt in Emirhans Unterkunft war großartig. Er war ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie. Im Gebäude gibt es einen kleinen Aufzug für bis zu vier Personen, allerdings sind es einige Stufen bis zum Aufzug. Das authentische Ambiente hat uns besonders gefallen, der morgendliche Gebetsruf und sogar der Hahn in der Ferne machten den Aufenthalt einzigartig. Ein Tag mit Baulärm wurde uns vorher angekündigt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Gebäude (kostenpflichtig). Alternativ gibt es einen Parkservice 200 m entfernt oder den Parkplatz des Dolmabahçe-Palasts direkt gegenüber. Ich habe meinen Holzschuhanzieher im Flur vergessen, falls er gefunden wird, wäre es toll, wenn er zur Seite gelegt werden könnte.
