This place is a gem in a very central location, minutes to public transportation (by tram, by ferry) and walkable to great neighborhoods such as Cihangir , Taksim Square, Galataport, Istanbul Modern Museum, Dolmabahce Palace and Istiklal street. Once you are in a tram, you could be in the Old Town (access to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern) in only 3 or 4 stops which takes only 5 minutes. Apartment is very clean and has everything you may need during your stay, including a washer& detergent , ironing board, full kitchen, and a very good Internet (I worked from home and had zoom meetings with no problem). Mattress is very comfortable and so is the couch to watch a show if you want to relax. Great coffee shops, restaurants and a small market nearby. Also the host is amazing, always available for questions and ready to give you recommendations. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend this place with no hesitation.

Der Ausblick sowohl von der Wohnung aus als auch von der Dachterrasse ist unschlagbar Mehr als 270 Grad Sicht über den Bosporus und die Stadt. Wir waren mit unserer 1-jährigen Tochter in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist absolut kindersicher. Sehr gut ist die Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer. Es wurde auch ein nagelneues Babybett bereitgestellt. Danke hierfür! Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. In der Küche kann alles zubereitet werden. Die Anbindung zum Fährterminal Kabatas (Fähren und Standseilbahn F1 zum Taksim) sowie Tram Haltestelle T1 sind quasi in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Don't underestimate how awesome a king sized bed is, you could also see part of the Galata tower from bed. heated floors were definitely a nice touch. spacious area means you're not living in a cluttery mess your whole trip. comfortable, intuitive, and an excellent view from nearly every window. two story's apartment meant I could watch TV while my wife slept, or I could order food or make a snack and not have to worry about waking her. stay here with a significant other before you stay at any hotel. find a local grocery store and stock up on what you're missing, and you'll be way happier than you'd be had you gotten a stuffy hotel room with half assed staff. the issues with the place were minor, and the host is having them fixed as I write this. ideal apartment/ stay for couples. if you're not too picky, you'll love this stay.

Very beautiful and very wonderful, with a distinctive view of the Bosphorus and a classy treatment by the owner, two minor notes are the external noise from the ships and the curtains could have been more isolated and sun blocking

Alles super , die Lage ist sehr gut an einem lebendigen historischen Stadtteil . Die Wohnung ist ein klassischer Altbau mit hohen Decken und historischen Charm. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet.

Evin yeri çok iyi bir konumda , ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi , Manzarası harikaydı ve ev sahibi ile iletişim kurmak kolaydı .

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb with stunning views of Istanbul! The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely book this place again!

We liked this place so much that we didn’t wanted to try the other place and extended our stay. The terrace and its view mesmerised us both in the morning and at night. Plus, my sons enjoying the Playstation in the dome and the closeness to the tram with 1 min walk was other reasons that we decided to stay longer. We thank the hosts so much for an amazing vacation time we spent in Istanbul! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We had a fantastic stay at James’ place. The apartment is really well located - right in the heart of Istanbul, within walking distance of great restaurants, cafes, and major sights, but still felt quiet and peaceful. The apartment had a great mix of modern style and local character. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. James was an excellent host - friendly, communicative and provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Istanbul. Would highly recommend and love to come back!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Tarihi yarımada ve Beyoğlu’na yakınlığı ile harika bir yer. Ulaşım olarak sorunsuz . Ev çok geniş . Her oda ihtiyaçları tam olarak karşılıyor. Mutfak malzemeleri tam ve yeni . Sadece araç park etme konusu biraz sıkıntılı. Oda şehrin kalabalıklığı ile alakalı. Ev sahibi iyi iletişim kurdu ve faydalı talimatlar verdi. Bir daha ki Istanbul seyahatimde tercih edebileceğim bir yer.

Das Loft von Erkan ist einfach super, es hat alles was du für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Istanbul brauchst. Tolle Raumaufteilung, liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Zudem kommuniziert Erkan wie ein richtiger Gastgeber. Einfach klasse, vielen Dank!

Daire fotoğrafta gösterildiği gibiydi. Manzarası şahaneydi ve kendimi gerçekten evimde gibi hissettim. Resul Bey çok ilgili, kibar ve bilgilendiriciydi. Bana çok yardımcı oldu ve çok hızlı yanıt verdi. Tekrar tercih edeceğim.

قابلت الأخ بندر فقد كان دقيقا في مواعيده وخدوم بشكل كبير وكان متعاونا جدا وقد ساعدنا في اختيار المواقع المناسبة للسياحة وكذلك أرشدنا إلى موقع استئجار السيارة

Furkan tuvo mucha paciencia, llegamos de noche y nos tardamos más tiempo del que le dijimos y nos esperó. Nos ayudo a cambiar los euros por liras turcas y nos recomendó lugares turísticos para visitar. Mi motivo del viaje fue una cirugía y él se preocupó por mi salud, incluso nos envió postres de regalo. Nos hacía falta una sartén más grande para cocinar y de inmediato envio una nueva al airbnb. Lo elegiríamos otra ves sin duda, el mejor anfitrión.
