This is my second stay in this wonderful, nice and cozy place. Cedric and Roxy are awesome and both friendly hosts! I can’t wait to go back and stay again. 10 stars!!

Host is very accommodating and inhouse staff is helpful. The pool is well maintained they cleaned it after each use. The house is flawless, spacious and aesthetic. Can sleep about 12-14 people comfortably. there’s a lot of entertainment too and very close to uptown bgc and Venice mall and airport. the only thing that we don’t like is that location is a little hard to find of you order delivery and mosquitoes which i think is common in Philippines specially if around water/pool. I would bring mosquitoes sprays and request for katol which I forgot. otherwise, the place is perfect for family and small gatherings! I highly recommend

Such a peaceful and an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

The place is extremely clean and easy to get to. Miss May Ann was easy to talk to and very accommodating. I very much appreciated all the quick reverts. Will definitely stay on her place again.

Jerald's place is homey and had everything we need. One of the affordable stays in the area. We are a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler and we just fit right in. Check in was a breeze and Jerald was quick to respond to queries. We also enjoyed the pool. Hope to be back.

This unit is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that make it perfect for a guest's stay, especially for long-term visits. I stayed for a week and felt completely at home and comfortable. The rate is very reasonable, and the smart lock adds extra convenience, no need to worry about keys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal preparation easy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for my next vacation!

Well what can I say about this accommodation it’s the best I’ve stayed in the Philippines. Beautiful house and the courtyard very tranquil. If I’m up that way again 100% I would book this accommodation regards steve

I had a really pleasant stay at Janine's place. The unit was clean and organized. The location is perfect since the building is literally next to my workplace and there's Mcdo, Starbucks, and convenience stores nearby. The bed is so comfortable and the AC works well. Overall it was excellent!

We had a great experience staying at mis Jewel's..ate Yuri the care taker was so accommodating too..felt like home talaga..

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

Love the place so spacious, parking was available and private, full kitchen large dining table and living room with TV. AC on all rooms including living, dining room and kitchen. Close to the airport , mall and entertainment places which was a major plus.

we actually love the place, created a lot of memories in there, too. creeped out lang kami ng kaunti sa doll haha! also, medyo may dusts yung floor (based sa paa namin.) but it doesn't affect the overall comfortability of the place naman. love it!

It was our third time staying in this place and it felt again like coming home. Kuya Unya and the host are always very responsive. We will hopefully be back soon!

The property very accessible and close to the airport. It's a nice, clean place that offers great value. Secure parking is also available. Raymond and his caretakers are very easy to talk to and made sure we had a great stay.

We rented the house as our prep venue for our wedding. It looked small outside, but was big inside. It has sufficient restrooms for guests and enough aircon as well. Great location. Host Shi was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended place for families and barkadas.👍

The unit is good, we were able to cook our own food. The area is accessible and easy to find. There’s a fast internet that is good for working. No issues with water, the neighborhood is peaceful. The only issue is there were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the dining area when we arrived but we were able to get rid of it. But our overall stay is good.

The level of hospitality by ma’am Nel and sir Tony was beyond exceptional! The area could be a little intimidating at first, especially the alley to the entrance but the neighbors were actually very nice and friendly. The place was comfortable for our family of 9 and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for accommodating ma’am and sir!

Owners are really really accommodating and responds fast to our concerns. Ms. Honey is very nice. We felt at home right away. Complete with all the essentials and equipment for everyday use. Their home is very very comfortable. Will surely come back again.

This one is awesome. Great quiet neighborhood. Great space in the house and beautiful backyard kitchen area. My big family was very comfortable during our stay.

We had a good time in the house, it’s very clean and modern, we really felt we are home. And Miss Jillie is very responsive and very accommodating, she is very kind and caring! Such a great place to stay, and an amazing host, will surely book again!
