Our group had an amazing stay at Chez les Duques! The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a group setting. The location was convenient. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend this place for groups looking for comfort and convenience.

We’ll definitely choose this place again if we need a place to stay around muntinlupa. The place was huge for a very affordable price. The host and caretaker were both very responsive to our queries. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. :)

Both Charissa & Regine were exceptional in ensuring my stay at the Airbnb was smooth. Grateful to Charissa who was constantly quick to reply all my messages prior, during & after my stay! sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

We had such a great stay here! The location was super convenient, and the place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and really comfortable. It had a nice, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive. Overall, everything was smooth and stress-free. Booked this airbnb on the same day, probably just a few hours before we checked in. Despite the short notice, Sir Sil was able to accommodate us and was friendly in doing so. His instructions were clear and even accommodated us in finding a parking spot. The place was clean and well-equipped for the stay. The location was accessible and close to mall establishments and stores.

Joan has been very accommodating and responsive all through out our stay. She made sure that we’re comfortable. The unit was the same on the pictures. Thank you!

Being a first time visitor , I could not have picked a better place. Walking distance to grocery and food shops. Swimming pool and gym and activities. Very alive with the community here. I don’t really have the words to say how great the location is or the cleanliness. Out the back patio you get the “normal” Filipino living. I loved watching the kids and families play basketball and sell their foods on the streets. All the questions I had for John were answered. Very comfortable with little bonuses all around you. Recommend this place highly. All I can say is that I am happy with this place. Wow.

First, the condo was very easy to find and is close to Sm Pasig which has restaurants and grocery. Just few mins walk from the condo there are lawsons, subway, jollibee,mcdo, chowking and dunkin. Owner was very responsive to my quieries and very helpful, communicate clearly as well. The penthouse was in 26th floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 balconies. We stayed here to watch fireworks on Dec 31 and checked out Jan2, place is really high that you can see fireworks all the way from Manila Bay to Pasig. It was really great to watch and spend the New Year's eve at Francy's place. They have a big ref, microwave, rice cooker and eletric kettle and complete utensils. Airconditioning units were really cold, aside from the beds they have floor matress and folding bed, so it can accomodate a big group. Unit is very clean as well. The guards in Kasara are all kind, respectful and they greet us everytime. All in all we enjoyed staying at this property.

The place had everything I needed, even a filtersystem so I could drink tab water. Jammie is sooo caring, she even took care of pest control which really saved me mentally ❤️❤️ haha I'm German...The apartment is cozy and cute, I felt very comfy in this place and I am very very grateful!! The host answers really quickly and takes immediate care, so it was really relaxing for me ❤️❤️

The house was clean and matched the description. It was cozy and all amenities were easily accessible. We attended a wedding and it was a very eventful 2 nights of stay. The surrounding area is quiet and transportation is easily accessible. As someone coming from the north, it was challenging to commute. But overall, it was a good stay and the host is easy to talk to, very flexible and considerate. I recommend this homestay for those who need to stay in the area.

From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded all expectations. The check-in process was seamless and I was immediately taken with how immaculate and well-equipped the space was. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the comforts of the furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, even the warm lighting fixtures. The outdoor space is an absolute pleasure to wake up to, and unwind in. I must also mention the delightful dogs and cats that greeted us each morning, can't get any more charming and warm as this. The location couldn’t have been better, so central and easy to get around. With cafe’s, restaurants, banks and laundrette just as you head out the building, and a few minutes walk to the park and the malls. I found the building itself to be a welcoming environment, with Len, Carlo, and the security team were all incredibly friendly, gracious and accommodating. Their hospitality was truly exemplary. I would most certainly recommend this property to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay, The room was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and all amenities, like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, videoke worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.

Place is perfect if you have stuff to do near the MOA complex, DFA and Parqal which is literally just in front. Free parking is a good thing about this place too! Once the elevator opens, it reminds me of HK because of the smell. Hopefully, the tv can get upgrades to something with an HDMI port so it can be used with media boxes. Will be back here for sure!

I had a wonderful time staying at Darwin’s place. The place looks so good and I was able to sleep well during my stay, I feel right at home. The bed and super comfy and the bathroom is big. Kitchen area is equipped with everything I need to cook quick breakfast during my stay. What stood out the most is the host itself. Darwin is responsive before, during, and after my stay. I arrived a bit earlier than check in time and he was able to accommodate my early check in request. I’m looking forward to staying at his place again once I’m back in the area in the future.

I love how the location is very accessible and walkable to malls. I had a great time. Guards are very nice and easy to talk to. I will defenitely book it again. Thank you!
