Our stay at Ranjana's airbnb was very fabulous, everything essential was provided at the stay and we would definitely visit again.

The stay was extremely good, it's nearby the robbers cave, ambience was extremely good... all over it's a perfect stay

This place is just what I wanted. It has everything I need, and the vibe is so calm and relaxing. I visit Dehradun to rest, and this place makes my stay even better. Everything I need, like groceries and vegetables, is close by. The biggest mall in Dehradun is only 600 meters away, which is very convenient. I felt very safe here, which is important to me. The host is very helpful and didn’t make the place too fancy. It feels like home and gives you the freedom to enjoy your time. I hope everyone who stays here follows the rules because places like this are hard to find. The Peacock Perch is a wonderful place, and I’m so happy I found it.

I visited the place with my little toddler , it was peaceful and secure The location is great near to dehradun Mussoorie everything that you'd love to do in Dehradun and around The place was clean and tidy the host was very responsive. theonly drawback was the view of the apartment was a little disturbed as there is some construction work going but you can still enjoy the mountain view. At the price I paid it was the best

Amazing stay and host. I would definitely recommend this property to stay. It was soo peaceful Zero disturbance. Parking space was sufficient. In a nutshell everything was available at the property that you need for your peaceful stay. Also host was very cooperative and he always make sure to make your experience great. This is a perfect airbnb surprisingly in Doon. Awesome clutter free stay. Fantastic home. They also greet you with some free noodles and cookies! Place deserves an additional star! Keep it up hosts!

This host and his family made us change our plans. We wanted to stay for 3 days but not only was the property amazing, the hospitality from the family was so great we wanted to extend. Our vacation was more than we expected thanks to Nipun and his family. Will definitely stay here again, totally worth spending the weekend here in peace without going anywhere else. Place was so beautiful and the terrace is awesome. Night view of massorie from terrace is so beautiful. Host was too nice and helpful. cleanness was good. overall we had our best experience with the stay.

She was very responsive since I have first started texting her. Coming to the property it’s best suitable for a couple who are looking for walking distance from Mall Road to Landour both. If it’s about food, then she can put best of restaurants to shame me it’s her thali and any curry. Sarika is blessed by Annapurna to make tasty food. Both Husband-wife will always be seen with smile on their faces making our day best and also helpful out of the way for our needs. If one really wants to enjoy a 100 years old property and experience a nostalgic stay, this place is definitely for you. 10/10.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this property – it truly felt like a home away from home. Sonal was incredibly helpful and always just a call away. The cleanliness and comfortable bedding were the highlights for me. The large community, complete with a golf course, basketball court, and walking/running tracks, made our stay even more memorable.
