Great place to stay in KTM. Feels like home. Easily walkable to Thamel but not right inside of all the hustle and bustle. Very friendly host and other staff at Sal’s Pizza. Delicious and fresh pizzas and other food available right downstairs. Highly recommend!

Merci à Jason pour sa gentillesse et son accueil parfait. Le logement est spacieux et confortable, bien équipé et l'environnement est calme. Nous sommes restés 3 jours et c'était très agréable de se trouver si bien le soir après les visites des temples ou des rues animées de Katmandou. On serait bien restés plus longtemps !

Ich war für fast einen ganzen Monat in Rashil’s Wohnung und habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Rashil und Kiwako sind unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber. Egal ob man Tipps für die Umgebung braucht oder gemeinsam kochen möchte. Danke euch beiden für die tolle Zeit, die ich in Banepa hatte! Ihr habt meinen Aufenthalt zu einem wundervollen Erlebnis gemacht. Die Lage war super für mich, da ich in Dhulikhel Krankenhaus gearbeitet habe und die Bus Station sehr nahe war. Bis zur Arbeit hab ich von Tür zur Tür nur 15 Minuten gebraucht. Auch sonst konnte man in der Nähe alles finden, was man so braucht, wie Restaurants, Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend eingerichtet, mit großer Küche und einem tollen Innenhof. Alles ist sehr stilvoll!

This is my home away from home. Hidden gem amongst the busy, vibrant streets of Kathmandu. Might be my favorite spot to be in the world. 這是一個很好的住宿體驗，房子太漂亮整潔了，佈置非常有品味，用具也很齊備，很適合多人家庭入住，連嬰兒床也有提供。但因為是太陽能熱水器，很遺憾在冬天的晚上熱水並不足夠4人洗澡，這是唯一的缺點，如果在夏天入住或者習慣白天洗澡的話應該就沒有問題了。

This is a truly delightful and peaceful place to stay in Kathmandu. Located in a lovely quiet neighborhood, away from busy streets, the flat is super clean, the bed was really comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. I slept great and loved walking through the little streets nearby. The host (and family) were super helpful and responsive. I stayed for 2 weeks and wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect getaway to relax and enjoy quiet and peaceful place. We loved the farmhouse and the little house on top of the hill. Shyam and his wife were very kind and got my son milk early in the morning since I forgot to bring him some. Beautiful scenery and sunrise in the morning was breathtaking.

From the start, the host was swift to communicate and continued to do so throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as described and well equipped. It is in the best location being very central. Within 5-10 minutes walk in any direction you will find heritage and historic sites and buildings as well as social areas. Also super close is the main bus station if you like to get out and explore by public transport. The host was quick to help me when I came across some troubles at the end of my stay and I really appreciate it. I would recommend staying here.

I had a comforting and wonderful stay for more then 2 weeks. Great place and homely atmosphere. Definitely recommended !!!
