This place was very peaceful and clean. I felt right at home. The bed and sheets were cleaned and it’s a place that’s well maintained. 💖

I had the best, most relaxing, time at Mahakuruna! I was doing a mix of working, hiking, relaxation. The place has a very nice construction, is tastefully decorated, and has nice additions like a wood fire and bath for if it gets a bit chilly. The view from the front door is also spectacular. Honestly, something that made the trip super simple and really elevated it was using Arun there (probably the only airbnb that comes with a chef 😆). All of the meals he cooked were both very healthy and delicious. I enjoyed every one. Walking down into the valley via all the villages was great. I would also recommend the hike up to Pitam Deurali that takes about 4hrs round trip. Add on Australian base camp too if you want to hike a bit longer, but be sure to take the route avoiding Pothana though, as there is a permit checkpoint there. I'm by no means advocating to skip getting a permit - if you wish to hike further afield, definitely get one! (from KTM or Pokhara in advance)

Buddhi's place felt just like home the minute I entered. Spottless clean and very confortable, hot shower and breathtaking views from my balcony and from the terrace upstairs. Buddhi came and waited for me at the airport and was very attentive with all my needs. I had to work online and the living room with the table and the wifi was perfect. Laundry service also availabe. Quiet location, only 10 min walk to the turistic places. Not to mention that Buddhi is a guide so I could ask him everything I wanted for my ACT. I totally recommend Buddhi's place in Pokhara. Namaste!

Lovely place an AC room with Balcony and comfy chair with table overlooking the lake. The hotel team is awesome Mohan and Shiva both and all of them were really helpful. Jeevan the owner was personally around to make sure all requirements are met

This place felt like home and local blessing at the same time. I’ve stayed in Thapa Family’s for a week and it was a perfect combination of availability of all Pokhara treats within 15 minutes but with calmness and serenity of nature. Thapa himself, his wife and all the stuff I’ve met during the stay were not just friendly and responsive, but really willing to help with any questions or issues I had. I felt care going beyond just the culture of hosting, but being a real welcomed guest at someone’s house. The place itself is very comfortable and made in a really smart way, with all the small details you might need even for a long stay. Not just a vacation place, but real home. Would recommend to everyone and hopefully will get back by myself)

Lovely place, Bishnu, who takes care of the place was very kind and helpful. Well located, just set back from the main road, great view from the balcony and terrace. The only negative is it is quite basically equipped - they could do with a few more day to day things for the apartment (like sponges, tea towels, bin bags etc). Otherwise all was great. Highly recommend!

Phadindra and his family are so kind and nice people. the apartment is so clean and nice. there are lots shop and restaurant around. I am happy to be there and recommend. thank you

A very cozy place in indeed. Good view of the mountains. Really helpful and reliable host. 5 min walk to the main lakeside. Overall , I'd absolutely recommend it.
