Seema’s place is at a great peaceful location, close to the airport and yet not too far from the city and was extremely easy to reach. The room itself was beautifully done, very well equipped and comfortable. Everything in the space is well thought through with the guest’s comfort in mind so one would not lack for a thing while there! My favourite was the fabulous book collection! The same aesthetic sense and attention to detail was also visible in the bathroom, which was beautiful, big and super clean and also had everything one would need during their stay. The host, Seema is highly knowledgeable, smart, talented, well travelled and above all, an amazing human being! I highly highly recommend staying at Seema’s place, I know that the next time I am in Bhopal, I will. Seema - thank you so much for having us, for the amazing breakfast and the experience overall! You are a wonderful human being and we feel blessed to have met you! Wishing you all the best! Thank you!

had such an amazing time staying at the host's property! The place was spotlessly clean , which made it feel super cozy and inviting. The host paid great attention to every little detail and their warm hospitality made my stay truly unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone in need of a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

It was a great stay. Enjoyed everything from food to the special things that the host and the family did. When we came back tired to the room aunty would bring a chilled glass of something to drink. She hosted us with a smile that never wore out. They were always trying to make sure we were comfortable. Taking back memories.

Had an awesome two-day stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and well-kept, making it really comfortable. The hosts were friendly and made everything smooth and easy. Loved the complimentary breakfast, and having a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, and toaster was a big plus. The location was great—peaceful but well-connected. V-Mart was just a short walk away, and having Domino’s and KFC nearby was great…

Quite, Elegant and Complete with Amenities

Absolutely wonderful people make for an absolutely wonderful place. Sharmaji is an extremely interesting and accomplished man with so many different interests that he is passionate about. Just talking to him for five minutes will ensure that you learn something new. Avantika is a lovely lady and so easy to talk to. She made us feel so at ease, that within a few minutes it felt like she was an old friend all along and we were just catching up after a long time apart. Amira has to be one of the sweetest kids I have met. She brings in an energy into the place that cannot be matched. Deepak and Kavita were also amazing people who helped us so much throughout our stay. Now, for everyone's favourite - Zoro. Chillest husky ever. He is very affectionate and fun to be around. If you like dogs, you will fall in love with Zoro. On the other hand, if you don't like dogs, you will still fall in love with Zoro. He will make sure of it. There is no escape. 10/10 would love to stay again.

Banyan Tree Farm is a unique property After seeing it the first time on Airbnb I decided to book it as this looks amazing in the photos and in reality also it is amazing The design is amazing and it has all the things to make you feel relaxed The swimming pool is just between both the buildings and the rooms are decent The staff is so good which made the stay much better and relaxing They have good small garden and a sitting place like an open cafe to have food Also they have ducks in a different small pond with the property and also have fishes in another pond in the back of the property Also they have car parking in the property The host and the manager was really nice and friendly people The staff helped me in my check in as I checked in around 1am but still the staff was available for all the help It is a nice place to stay and have good experience of staying in a unique Airbnb
