Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this charming Venetian-style apartment. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to explore all the top sights but also being close enough that I could rest and recover when needed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was having access to a fully-equipped kitchen, I enjoyed trying the local ingredients from Rialto market in the comfort of the apartment. The airy balcony was lovely in the evenings, and the spacious bathroom was a real plus, making it easy for multiple people to get ready. The host was incredibly generous, providing complimentary drinks and snacks that made us feel even more welcome. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in the city!

This is a very, very special apartment, with probably the best view in all of Cividale del Friuli. There is an enormous terrace that overlooks the river & the ponte del diavolo. Angelo was a wonderful host, with amazing local recommendations and personally sharing his passion for Cividale. The antiques and old-worm charm of this apartment are truly special. However, the bathrooms, bedrooms, and furniture are fully updated and made for a very comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed several excellent restaurants in the nearby town, as well great shopping in town. Lastly, the nearby car park was very convenient - a true luxury for an Italian AirBnB.

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, appartamentino corrispondente alle foto, pulito e ordinato. Il signor Fabio è una persona squisita, che mette subito a proprio agio i suoi ospiti partendo già dalle conversazioni telefoniche. L'appartamento è vicinissimo alle fermate del bus urbano per cui facilmente in 20/25 minuti circa si può raggiungere l'isola di Venezia. Inoltre il quartiere è fornito di servizi. Lo consiglio.

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

Emanuel und seine Eltern sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos. Ein Highlight ist der sehr liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Whirlpool. Supermarkt, Restaurants und das Meer sind mühelos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber, gelegen in einer tollen Anlage mit Pool ( noch nicht verfügbar, der Jahreszeit geschuldet). Die Ausstattung war sehr reichlich, es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Der Eigentümer ist sehr, sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen, sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat auch vorab eine Liste mit guten Tips für die Umgebung übermittelt. Die Lage ist super, msn gelangt schnell an den Strand und in die "Hauptstraße" mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Den nächsten größeren Supermarkt erreicht man in 5-6 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Byli jsme nadšení. Slovinsko je krásné a samotná lokalita bytu paní Olgy byla takovou nečekanou třešničkou na dortu naší dovolené. Pokud to bude možné, určitě se sem vrátíme, protože tak romantické, milé a čisté ubytování jsme opravdu nečekali.

Lovely place in the center of Venice on a cosy market with plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless clean and perfect for our family of 5 Check-in was really easy and Mirko was a great host Will certainly go back to his place if we visit Venice again

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

We had a lovely holiday. The bathroom (jacuzzi and sauna) is a big plus for rainy days. The location is nice with bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The apartment can be a little noisy and it does not get much sunlight - but this is to be expected due to the small and narrow streets in venice. Overall I would recommend staying here! :)

O apartamento é completo, limpo e gostamos muito da localização. É um bairro bonito, tranquilo, longe de muito movimento, fácil acesso com vaporeto ou a pé. O anfitrião sempre foi muito atencioso. Recomendo.

An exceptional Airbnb. Great location for bus into Venice and short walk to Mestre train station. Lara was really helpful explaining transport options and suggestions to visit. The apartment was spotless, with everything we needed, comfy beds and great shower. Thank you Lara, you've thought of everything, a real home from home. Highly recommend.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

Tolle Unterkunft gut gelegen im wunderschönen Rovinj. Die Gastgeber sind unkompliziert und sehr nett und antworten rasch. Wer gute kroatische Küche mag zwei Häuser weiter ist die Konoba Jure (empfehlenswert).
