The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Great location! Short walk to the beach, and short walk to downtown. (about 1/2 kilometer each).

Tolle Unterkunft und eine tolle Lage. Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und ist für alle Fälle immer gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Simone ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat sich sofort um jedes Anliegen gekümmert. Die Bungalows sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. In 2 Minuten ist man am Meer. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

One of the nicest accommodations we have experienced in Croatia so far. It fully met our needs and expectations, we were very satisfied and would love to return again.

Unser Aufenthalt Anfang November war toll. In Karigador ist es zu dieser Zeit sehr ruhig, was wir bis auf die geschlossenen Bars sehr genossen haben. Das Haus ist super, bietet viel Platz und Luxus (Pool, Whirlpool, viele gemütliche Sitzplätze draussen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: mit dem Auto viele. In Novigrad ist ein toller kleiner Markt für frisches Gemüse und frischen Fisch. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet. Unser Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lichtnutzung im Aussenbereich würde ich mir beim Check-in kurz zeigen lassen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, durch die Mauern/Zaun rund um das Gelände konnte er frei herumrennen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit. haben die Ruhe und die Lage sehr genossen. Der Strand ist super innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rund um sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmal.

Beautiful place exactly as described. we had a lovley holiday here and would definitely come back. Anything we needed was provided including toys and anything else that we needed for our 1 year old baby. Everything was clean, tidy and the outdoor space is amazing with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful host - even brought us over some homemade apple cake one day - which was delicious 😋 Good location easy walk into the town and beaches and also had use of electric bikes which we used on a couple of days.

Sehr schönes Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick!

Wir konnten Gott sei Dank schon vor der offiziellen Zeit anreisen, bzw unser Kühlgut vorab im Kühlschrank unterbringen. Die Putzfrau hatte den Kühlschrank zu allererst gereinigt, danach sind wir nochmals gefahren. Als wir zurück kamen, war sie bereits gegangen und hatte das Haus blitzsauber für uns hergerichtet. Wir hatten mit dem Toröffner so unsere Schwierigkeiten, die durch ein kurzes, sehr nettes Telefonat schnell behoben werden konnten. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, allerdings mit neuer Küche, die perfekt ausgestattet ist, inkl. einer tollen Espressomaschine. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Garten war perfekt für die zwei Kinder sowie für unsere Hunde.

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

Rovinj is a gym and Ivan’s place is in the best part of it. Our family loved this place and plan on being back.

Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Die Lage ist einfach sensationell. Das Haus hat einen privaten Zugang zum Meer. Wir konnten unseren Hund immer frei laufen lassen, da das Grundstück komplett geschlossen ist. Man kommt auch überall gut hin, man ist fix mal in Slowenien oder in Italien und es gibt sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Kleiner Tipp, zum Einkaufen lieber in die Supermärkte in Umag fahren. Die beiden kleinen im Ort sind zu teuer. Zu guter Letzt vielen Dank an Nina. Sie ist eine super Gastgeberin ☺️ Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben die Tage und die nähe zum Meer sehr genossen. Das Beachhaus ist super gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine hat noch gefehlt. Dir Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Haus konnte man gut klimatieren, was sehr angenehm war. Äußerst Positiv überrascht waren wir von der Aussendusche die wir gerne genutzt haben. Die Lage war perfekt, zu Fuss nach Piran(15 Minuten zu Fuss)direkt neben dem Meer war jeden Abend sehr schön. Alles im allen: saubere, schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Netter Kontakt. This a quiet place down a cobblestone street hidden within the walls of old town. Be prepared to carry luggage up several steps to one of three apartments. All apartments are private and well appointed, the central location is perfect for exploring town.. very close to swimming, make sure you swim Host was wonderful Definitely highly recommended
