The apartment was in a lovely quiet area. Lots of space near some great restaurants and far from the madding crowd. Very walkable to main town. Extremely clean area. Check in was simple using lock box and lots of instructions on how things work. The garbage is a bit of a walk takes about ten minutes to get there, if your in on garbage day a man knocks on your door and you hand it over. Main bathroom is a bit hazardous due to the climb up steps to the shower bath. But there is a spare shower next to the main bedroom to use as well. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great place with a green and peaceful surroundings, suitable for relaxation and safe for kids to play in the center of a small village. It is a good starting point for daily trips to towns in the region or hills that are just 20 km or so away. And don’t miss the greatest ice cream just across the bridge and delicious pasticeria around the corner. Host gave us a lot of very good ideas and suggestions, she was very responsive and extremely nice. Supermarket, pizzeria and a nice osteria are also very close to the place. Our family highly recommends this place and we will be back.

Vue imprenable sur le palais Grassi, au bord du grand canal , le spritz fait maison sur la terrasse d’Antonio et Luisa sous un claire de lune … Tout ce qui fait la magie de Venise. Merci à nos hôtes qui ont toujours été à l’écoute de nos besoins face à une chaleur caniculaire !

We, a couple with a dog, had a beautiful stay at Villa Anna in the beginning of september We enjoyed some calm and relaxing beach days there. Diegos mother welcomed us really kind and she was a very caring host and were always happy to help. The location of the house is great, the area is quite but also near enough to walk to the center of lignano pineta with all the restaurants and little shops. The house has everything you need for a lovely stay. We would love to come back someday.

Great location - not far from the center but peaceful and quiet. A variety of cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Exactly as described. Marco's associates were very helpful and communication was easy and uncomplicated. They offered to store our luggage until check-in time and also after check-out which was very convenient for us. Only problem was a nasty smell coming out of the downstairs bathroom. We had to keep the door closed and windows open all the time because of it. It may be because of the rain or the tide but, nevertheless, the owner has to deal with it.

All was really, really perfect: big house in silent street in pedestrian area. Various beaches to choose from. Kastania beach at Sky bar was our favorite. Marija's meticulous descriprion of check-in and parking place is very helpful. It all contributes to a wonderful holiday week in Novigrad!

It was great staying at Sabina’s place. We felt at home and were extremely satisfied with the inside and the outside of the house. Sabina and Loredana spoilt our kids with attention and sweets. The house is perfect for families with small kids (ours are 5 years old, 2 years old and 9 months). Sabina kindly provided the crib and the high chair. The place is just a walk away from the sandy beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable apartment, perfect for a couple and two guests. It's also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us! The swimming pool was a great way to start our mornings with a refreshing swim. The property features a small garden with parking space for one car and direct access to the main room, adding to the convenience. The location is ideal, a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and very close to Jesolo's main boulevard, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Marta and her mom were incredibly kind and always available to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore and enjoy the beautiful Lido di Jesolo!

Appartement très propre, vaste, avec 2 cours de chaque côté de l'ensoleillement, il est climatisé (heureusement pour nous car la chaleur en aout est difficile). Il est décoré et aménagé avec goût, la décoration et les éléments sont très raffinés et agréables à l'œil! La blancheur (murs et sols) de l'appartement apporte paix et sérénité, et rappelle la Grèce. De nombreuses commodités sont déjà dans l'appartement (équipement torchon, linge de lit, de toilette, pq, .....) Raffaella est très aimable, et soucieuse de notre bien être, super séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Romano nous a merveilleusement bien accueillis. Il s'est regulierement assuré de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour La maison est très moderne, propre, fonctionnelle. La climatisation au top! La plage est juste à côté, la Chioggia est pleine de charme. Nous avons pu faire une petite journée à Venise. Tout était parfait!

If you are flying to or our of Marco Polo Airport this is the most convenient location and easiest to navigate : 1. “People mover “ will take you straight to /from,the boat docking area - takes 15 to 20 minutes but you don’t ever exit the airport 2. Boat ride takes about 80-90 minutes ( boat makes several stops) to Arsenale station and you don’t need to go up and down the bridges at all nor to carry your luggage long way . Iness’ place is easy to find and it is only 5-10 minutes wall from /to the boat docking area. Boats run every 25- 30 minutes. 3. The same boat line services the other areas of Venice as well - however the way to / from your place to the boat may be more complicated depending on the location of your apartment

Una piccola comitiva con bambino in tenera età e una cagnolina per fare insieme il capodanno. La casa è risultata ben adeguata alle nostre esigenze, super attrezzata, molto pulita e calda. La host è stata presente e gentile, una professionista! Il paesino di Monfumo offre pochi servizi ma nei dintorni c'è veramente di tutto per chi ama le montagne, i laghi e la natura! Casa consigliatissima per rilassarsi 👍

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Woche genossen. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten eines alten Ortskerns mit verwinkelten Gassen und malerischen Aussichtspunkten in die Umgebung mit dem Meer und Inseln. Vor dem Haus kann man direkt auf der Straße sitzen und das alte Dorfgefühl versuchen nachzuvollziehen. Alles, was man braucht gibt es fußläufig (Strand,Einkauf, Spielpl, Park, Kneipe/ Bar, Hafen) Das Haus war super ausgestattet, allenfalls eine echte Couch/ Sitzgelegenheiten zum Ausruhen am Abend hätten wir uns gewünscht. WLAN passte. Im Haus selbst ist eine steile unregelmäßige Treppe zu den Schlafräumen, der Parkplatz ist, je nach Saison, 100- 300 m entfernt und die Sträßchen sind - historisch gewachsen - steil und uneben, deshalb fände ich das Haus für kleinere Kinder o. Gehbehinderte eher ungeeignet. Wir haben die herbstl. Ruhe in Vrsar genossen und fanden gerade den historischen Charme toll, der sich mit dem modernen Stil der Einrichtung gut verbunden hat. Für uns war es perfekt.

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Andrea per 2 notti. Eravamo tre famiglie con bimbi, per un totale di 9 persone. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Andrea è stato un host cordiale e preciso nella comunicazione e nel check in. L'appartamento è molto grande, dotato di 2 bagni, con un parcheggio interno molto spazioso. Abbiamo visitato i dintorni (Padova a 20 minuti, Verona a 50 minuti, Vicenza a 30 minuti) in maniera molto comoda. Nel quartiere è presente sia un supermercato che una pizzeria.

Bivanje v tem Airbnb-ju je bilo čudovito! Nastanitev je bila čista, udobna in točno takšna, kot je prikazano na slikah. Lokacija je odlična, gostitelj pa izjemno prijazen in odziven. Z veseljem bi ponovno rezerviral! Toplo priporočam!

Marinko ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen freundlich begrüßt und die Gegend zeigt und Empfehlungen gibt. Wir mussten unerwartet unsere Pläne ändern, dennoch hat Marinko sehr menschlich und zuvorkommend reagiert. Eine super Unterkunft, schlicht und sauber und aufgrund der Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Das neu renovierte Haus ist sehr gut gelegen (zum Strand, zum Einkaufszentrum). Es hat drei Schlafzimmer, davon jeweils zwei Doppelbetten, was für unsere Familie sehr wichtig war. Das Schwimmbad der Anlage ist direkt neben dem Haus. Die Kinder konnten baden gehen, während wir das Essen vorbereitet haben. Praktisch ist die Waschmaschine und besonders der Balkon neben dem oberen Bad, auf dem man die Wäsche zum Trocknen hängen kann. Nicole war sehr nett und flexibel. Schön ist auch verde mare. eine Anlage am Meer mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Pool. Nicole hat auch dies für uns organisiert. Wir hatten Glück, dass das Haus so kurzfristig verfügbar war.

Pamela was extremely accommodating as our arrival time changed multiple times. She met us at the bus station, walked us to the unit and oriented us! The unit had everything we needed. (A bottle of Prosecco gifted by Pamela was so appreciated!) It was spotless, tastefully decorated without any clutter. The bed was very comfortable. The little garden was a bonus. A wonderful spot to have coffee in the morning and relax in the evening. Walkable to everything, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Grocery store a minute away. A truly lovely place with a lovely host. Grazie, Pamela for making our first visit to Venice very special!

Thomas bol ochotný, komunikoval na úrovni a akýkoľvek problém rýchlo vyriešil. Apartmán je súčasťou tichej rezidencie, ďalej od masového turizmu, napriek atraktivite Lido di Jesolo sme neboli pod nátlakom turistov. Užili sme si nádhernú rodinnú dovolenku, váľali sa pri pláži a navštívili Benátky, ktoré sú extrémne blízko. V dome sa dalo grilovať a kúpať v rezidenčnom bazéne, všade vládla nemecká čistota. Na terase sa dala cvičiť jóga a vybavenie bolo skvelé. Určite sa ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelý zážitok.

Das Haus liegt ein bisschen abgeschieden vom Trubel, das ist aber auch genau, was wir wollten. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten direkt am Hafen in Novigrad, wo man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Und wenn etwas fehlt oder man mehr braucht (wie zB Toilettenpapier 😅) oder Empfehlungen für gutes Essen, dann antwortet Vlado sehr schnell über die App. Der Pool war unser Highlight. Schön erfrischend. Abends beleuchtet und schön groß. Es sind zwei kleine Häuschen nebeneinander mit insgesamt 3 ordentlich großen Betten in etwas kleineren Zimmern. Viel Platz ist nicht, aber wir waren die wenigste Zeit im Haus. 😊 Pro: Waschmaschine mit Kurzwaschgang 😅 Was besser sein könnte: die Ameisen waren manchmal sehr nervig & vllt ein kleines Nachtlicht für die Zimmer ☺️ Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, vor allem, da wir wirklich die Ruhe gefunden haben, die wir wollten! 💕 Danke an dich lieber Vlado und deine Frau
