Villa Leopold is beyond unique - we could not have asked for a better setting and overall experience for, in our case, a weeklong family reunion of 8 adults and 3 (grand) kids. The private park with the pool provided room for quiet relaxation as well as fun and games. The well maintained villa with thoughtfully selected furniture (and art works) virtually throughout was more than one could ask for.

Wir waren von 7.10-14.10 mit 3 Generation vor Ort. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, flexibel und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Ein herrlicher Blick auf die Weinberge und in der Ferne das Meer. Der Garten super gepflegt und wunderschön illuminiert. Der Pool war top ausgerüstet. An der Terrasse ein herrlich duftendes Kräuterbeet. Mehrere Unterstellmöglichkeiten, auch überdacht, für die Autos. Elektrische Aussentore. Die Einrichtung entsprach genau den Fotos. Uns hat sie sehr gut gefallen. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Alles war sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Es war alles sehr Super, die Empfehlungen, die uns Jody gegeben hat, haben wir in anspruch genommen. Die Lage war super, bei unserer Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und sauber. Jody hat sich um alles gekümmert, erreichbar war er auch noch, innerhalb von Sekunden, hat er und Vincenzo uns geholfen. Sehr fürsorglich, ich hoffe das wir uns wiedersehen werden. Danke ! Casa grande, veramente affascinante e molto ben tenuta. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole fine settimana tra amici in quest' oasi di pace ed abbiamo usufruito della griglia esterna. Stefania è stata molto disponibile e pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande. Ottima come base per esplorare i dintorni in bici o per organizzare dei trekking.

A casa da villa é muito confortável. O jardim é maravilhoso e o local onde está é muito tranquilo. Gostamos muito da experiência de nós hospedar.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Het huis is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip naar Venetië. Het staat in een zeer rustig straatje, heeft een eigen parkeerplek voor de deur en het omheinde tuintje is zeer veilig voor een hond of kinderen. Het huis zelf is comfortabel, schoon en compleet. Iedere ruimte heeft z’n eigen airco wat een zegen was tijdens ons bloedhete verblijf. Om de hoek van de straat stopt om de 12 minuten een tram die je direct naar Piazzale Roma brengt: ideaal! In de directe omgeving zijn eetgelegenheden maar ook supermarkten te vinden. Maar uniek aan dit verblijf is de verhuurder. Gastheer Claudio is een ware super-host! Hij spreekt zowel Engels als Italiaans, is ontzettend vriendelijk, toegankelijk en behulpzaam en staat direct voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Vraag hem bij aankomst zeker om tips want als kunst- en cultuurliefhebber weet hij je alle highlights van Venetië te vertellen. Claudio vindt het zeer belangrijk dat het z’n gasten aan niets ontbreekt. Een echte aanrader!!

Hervorragender Aufenthalt in der Villa. Trotz schlechteren Wetters konnten wir die vielen Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück gut nutzen. Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Kicker, Pool und für unsere regnerischen Tage war der überdachte Außenbereich mit Feuer-/Grillstelle optimal. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle Fragen wurden zügig und schnell beantwortet. Auch unser späterer Check-in wurde einfach ermöglicht. Man benötigt 400 € in bar für die Kaution. Kleinere Schäden, wie kaputte Gläser, werden aber nicht abgezogen.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! The villa is stunning! The house and the territory is beautiful and you have everything you need in there! There were even bicycles for us! All the recommendations we‘ve got from the host were great (from restaurants, to wineries and truffle hunting). The host was very friendly, always responding quickly! Thank you so much for amazing vacations!

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

Hammer! Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Dadi und Natasha haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und sogar ermöglicht, dass wir etwas früher einchecken konnten. Zur Begrüßung gabs sogar eine kulinarische Überraschung! Für die Kinder standen Hochstühle, Betten und Geschirr zu Verfügung! Das Haus ist was Ausstattung und Architektur angeht ein Traum bei dem mit Liebe zum Detail auf alles geachtet worden ist. Wie machen bereits seit mehreren Jahren mit dieser Gruppe Urlaub und waren noch nie in einem Haus zweimal... das werden wir zukünftig allerdings überdenken! Zum Abschied gabs noch einen leckeren Wein und eine Aufmerksamkeit für unsere Kinder! Auf einer Skala von 1-10 vergebe ich eine 9! Lediglich der kompakte Aussenbereich könnte als Nachteil gewertet werden. Für Familien die Kinder im Auge behalten müssen war es allerdings ein Vorteil! Wir freuen uns auf das nächste mal!

Remek helyen ,kitűnően felszerelt szállás . Minden adott a zavartalan pihenéshez . Tiszta rendezett szállás . Pontosság , jó kommunikáció, szuper elhelyezkedés . Mindenkinek tiszta szívemből ajánlom .

We stayed for a week with our family at Nina’s beautiful villa. The place is quiet, well decorated with a private pool. We used it for our trips to Slovenia, Croatia and Italia. Nina was friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Caorle ist ein sehr schöner Ort und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

The villa was immaculate and as described. Artur had really thought of everything so we didn’t “want” for anything. Great location close to the harbour and near some great restaurants. Arturs recommendations were followed and we enjoyed eating out in the area. A fantastic holiday in a beautiful part of Croatia.

Wir haben zu fünft zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Alle Zimmer, Bäder und Küche waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Möglichkeit jederzeit in dem Pool zu baden ist perfekt. Dieser ist zwar nicht riesig, aber man kann dort angenehm schwimmen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass zusätzliche Schneidebretter oder Messer überflüssig sind. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen wurden einmal alle Betten neu bezogen. Ansonsten sind in der direkten Umgebung zu Fuß mehrere sehr gute Restaurants zu finden. Im Ort selber gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, sowie einen Gemüsehändler. Die nächst größeren Supermärkte sind dann alle in Umag selber (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Fazit: Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Beautiful house with very nice pool, almost every room is air conditioned and all windows are covered by fly screens. Iva was very kind to us and always responded quick! Booking process was easy and uncomplicated aswell as our check-in. Everyone of us enjoyed the stay! :)

Sehr schöne Villa mit privatem Pool. Es ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist hervorragend. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Supermarkt oder beim Strand. Zwei private Autoparkplätze sind vorhanden. Auch für eine kleine Reisegruppe geeignet. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber und einfache Kommunikation :) Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit großem Garten inklusive Volleyball-Feld, Pool und Grill. Es gibt ein riesiges Kräuterbeet, mehrere Kühlschränke und zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen. Alles ist sehr gemütlich aber trotzdem modern und sauber :) Waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!
