Fantastic Flat, close to local facilities and great for a break away where you need to work from ‘home’ Really comfortable, clean and spotless, nice to see some essentials left in the cupboards too so you don’t have to run down to the (VERY) local shop as well. Would highly recommend - Host very helpful too and always responsive to questions.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is situated a 5-10mim walk from the high street where there are loads of shops and restaurants. The Thames is a few mins walk away. The apartment itself is modern, well furnished, and had everything we needed for our stay and more. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into making their guests' experience a good one. We would happily stay here again.

Great accommodation, with lots to do in the area with many nearby restaurants. The property was clean and homely, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen area had everything you need. Free Wi-Fi and the Laundry room with washer dryer was an added bonus. Shops and restaurants were just around the corner and close to the parks and river. Parking was easy as a visitor permit was in place for guests staying in the apartment. Kristin was a friendly host and gave advice on the local area and places of interest to visit. I would highly recommend staying here and enjoying Leamington and the surrounding area.

Had a fantastic stay at graham's. It's certainly not in the centre of hustle and bustle but beautifully located in lovely surroundings and easily accessible to nearby towns. Great for walking my dog and a great gastro but within walking distance. would happily recommend for anyone to go to graham's. 👍

I had a comfortable stay - the flat was very clean and it was very nice to have some basic food and fruit there on arrival. Marlow centre is within a short walking distance.

This is one of the best, if not the best, Air BnB we ever had. Impeccable clean. Has everything you need. The host provides everything some extras you don’t normally expect. Just like home. Host is very friendly and responsive. Flexible check in and checkout helps us a lot on our erratic schedule. Close to Abingdon town centre. Few minutes walk to bus stop to Oxford/Didcot. Spacious car park. Close to river Thames. I would strongly suggest this for people coming to Abingdon and Oxford.

Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighborhood is lovely, with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. My son absolutely loved the woodland area and nearby parks, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and exploration. The house itself was very well-planned and organised, making our stay incredibly comfortable. There was ample parking space, which was a great convenience. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, contributing to a truly homey and relaxing environment. Toby was an exceptional host—very approachable and always available whenever we needed anything. His responsiveness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a lovely two day stay at Brenda's place with our two boys. The house itself was spotless, with a lovely garden and in an amazing location right next to a play park our 3 year old loved. Brenda was extremely responsive and the bag of baby toys left out was a nice touch!

Fantastic location and great ownership. I am working nights and they had the kindness to ask if I wanted to check out later to allow me to get more sleep.

Kalada’s place was very immaculate and cozy. I felt like I was home.

We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation have a beautiful private courtyard and are within walking distance from the downtown core.

What a great host Nik was. He was very responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in us and our story. Nik’s studio was a lovely place to stay for a few days and very importantly for us was parking and stable wifi for working and being able to watch TV. Good central heating meant the studio remained cosy with plenty of hot water and the bed was lovely and comfortable. In warmer weather there was also a lovely private outdoor space with seating and a BBQ. In checking out Nik offered for me to stay on longer which was a real bonus and a very kind offer. Thanks Nik for being a very welcoming host and I highly recommend your studio as a lovely place to stay if you are in the area.

Noel is a great host. Friendly and helpful we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was very clean and tidy with decor in good order. Secure gated parking. Very good central location with a short walk to the castle, bars, restaurants and shops. We can highly recommend a stay at Noel's apartment.
