Jason and Michelle were very responsive, helping and welcoming. The pictures of the place speak for themselves. Who loves to hear the sound of the ocean whilst being quite close to city of cape town finds his spot here.

Mark and Alisa were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We broke down a few minutes away and Mark was quick to aid us by fetching my family and luggage while I waited for the tow truck. I have to give a huge shout for this act of kindness. Thank you once again. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back God willing.

Wundervolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser AirBnB-Unterkunft in Hout Bay! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – ruhig, idyllisch und nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und die Meeresluft zu genießen, war ein absolutes Highlight. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders der großzügige Außenbereich hat uns begeistert, perfekt, um bei einem Glas Wein zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und hilfsbereit. Hout Bay selbst ist wunderschön – ein malerisches Küstendorf mit viel Charme und tollen Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen oder einen entspannten Strandtag. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ein echtes Juwel!

We had a fantastic longer-term stay at this Airbnb. The location was truly excellent, providing easy access to everything we needed. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the incredible view of Table Mountain – the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking and a real treat to witness daily. Despite some initial travel delays, the host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us a slightly later check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Communication throughout our stay was seamless, thanks to Deon. He was always quick to respond to any questions or needs that arose, making our extended visit smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base with stunning views!

The place is beautiful, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and with such a great host in Rachael. My dad had such an awesome stay here. We had the pleasure of staying at Rochelle and her husband’s beautiful house in Melkbosstrand for a work group getaway, and it was absolutely fantastic! Although we were only there for one night, we truly wished we could have stayed longer. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful—Rochelle and her husband met us at the house, explained everything we needed to know, and even let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The house was super clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was amazingly well-equipped, and the sea views were just breathtaking. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a getaway. Thanks again, Rochelle and your husband, for making our short stay so memorable!

Vom ersten Kontakt an sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles hat super geklappt und die Unterkunft ist genau so wie beschrieben. Die Lage etwa 50m vom Strand ist ein Traum. Dazu viele schöne Restaurants, Café Bars und eine Beach Bar fussläufig. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht.

We stayed at this lovely place for two weeks and felt at home immediately. Very spacious and cozy 2-bdr/2bath with spectacular views and sounds of the ocean just across the road from the beach. Very convenient underground parking; supermarkets, stores, restaurants either in walking distance (or easy 5min drive). Cape Town only 30min away. James and his family were the most wonderful hosts we've ever had, extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We'll definitely be back soon! Thank you so much for these unforgettable memories.

Fantastic home for two small families to share. Easy to walk into Camps Bay with all the amenities, lovely comfortable home with pool, everything we could have wished for. Really appreciated the flexible checkout with a later flight. Highly recommend. Rob was the perfect host.

I lived in Cape Town for 25years and brought my family back to experience its wonders. This Beach cottage was the absolute best base to do this from. We felt safe and this heavenly location is second to none! I swam multiple times a day and the view is second to none which spectacular views of Lions head (which we hiked up-strongly recommend ) and Clifton Beach. I will add that the aircon is not super strong, but David was on it and sent out a repairman to check if anything could be done. This in no way detracted from our dream of a stay! We will return in a heartbeat and will recommend this beach cottage to anyone planning a visit to CT.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar und sehr für Familien zu empfehlen. Durch den Zugang zum Strand ist man direkt in einer belebten Umgebung. Der Pool ist super, vor allem mit Kind, weil das Meer sehr kalt ist. Die Unterkunft lässt einen direkt zu Hause fühlen und bietet alles was man braucht. Eine super Kommunikation, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

A quaint little spot in a lovely location with super easy beach access. Although bed the bed can accomodate 2 persons, the space is more suited to a single traveller. Safe, with 24hr guarding at entrance. Enroute access to North Coast and easy access south towards V&A Watefront and main city. Very clean and well maintained.

My little family had a lovely time at Mandy's and Dean's place, exactly what we needed , we enjoyed the quick access to Llandudno beach after the long winter months in Norway and yet very quite neighborhood and very close to other nice beaches around like Camps Bay, Clifton, Seapoint and Hout Bay, we were also able to enjoy a nice summer braai . The beach was just one street below, just 5 minutes walk from the accommodation, the shops and restaurants are not far away, you have the options of going to Camps Bay or Sea Point, or Hout Bay shopping centre. Kirstenbosch Gardens is not far either for those who enjoy nature and summer concerts, which were also able to squeeze in.The Owner Craig was very welcoming , hospitable and accommodative. The scenic coastal drive to and from the accommodation everyday was breath taking as well. Thank you so much Mandy, Dean and Craig for making our summer vacation worth every penny. We look forward to coming back next time.

We had a fabulous week and a bit in Maureen's lovely Woodbridge Island home. The house is spacious yet homely and we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is very pretty and secluded and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings. Maureen is a warm and friendly host and always happy to help with any queries. We hope to visit again in the future!

I came to visit with friends from Dubai and it was their first time in SA. We absolutely loved the house, excellent location, and a short distance from shops and restaurants. Everyone felt safe and we had no issues. Siya made check-in super easy and was quick to answer any questions. Overall a wonderful experience and unmatched location.

A lovely place offering both homely and luxurious surroundings. The egg chairs on the balcony were a delight on sunny days to watch the world go by. Large smart tv in the lounge was good with huge comfy sofas to relax on. Each bedroom was ensuite which was perfect for our family needs. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walk away with everything you could need, restaurants plentiful also within walking distance. Also around the corner was a Thai massage place which we tried, authentic treatments were offered but not for the feint hearted, they really work your muscles loose! Overall a lovely property in a very safe area, perfectly placed to get to the attractions. We are UK visitors and will definitely go again since our family live nearby.

There is nothing quite like falling asleep & waking up to the sounds of the sea. Rachelle's beach home is the epitome of South African West Coast style, especially the outside living area under the verandah. The inside is incredibly charming and every room is very well appointed. We enjoyed whiling away the hours, watching the world go by, waves rolling in, breathtaking sunsets followed by gazing at the Southern stars. Melkbos has a wide arrange of restaurants, most within walking distance and the supermarkets & shops are just 5 mins drive away for self catering options and sunset braai's. Whether you like to walk along the beach collecting shells or go surfing, the options are endless. The Swartland wine region is easily explorable from here as is central Cape Town. Such a wonderful relaxed environment, and next time we will be sure to stay for 2 weeks instead of just one.

We had such a fantastic time in Cape Town and the property made it much more excellent. From the most fabulous views, with the property on the water, to the wonderful amenities, the property ticked all the boxes for luxury - 5 star hotel standard super clean (thanks to Irene, our excellent housekeeper), the gorgeous pool and outdoor area, where you can relax and enjoy the most amazing sunset. The property is nicely located, close to an array of fantastic restaurants, we were so spoilt for choice! Then the beautiful Camps Bay beach! Literally a 5 minute stroll from the property. Great stay, comfortable, safe and just breathtaking! Really wish I could give more stars because this gorgeous home is well worth it!!!

It’s impossible to speak highly enough of this place and the service we received. Angie and Martha were an absolute pleasure throughout and made our stay a truly unforgettable one - even providing a bottle of champagne for our engagement which happened a few days prior to arriving! Such a personable and special touch. The property itself is in the perfect location on Camps Bay, is incredibly clean and the interior decor is amazing. Additionally, the outside area and views are something which is almost impossible to match. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return.
