Great place to stay. Clean, private, plenty of parking, and close to the airport. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Key Colony Continental Inn. The environment and location was described accurately by Cindy, as stated there were endless amenities nearby which made the stay feel like home. The beach at the condo was nice although we discovered a nice public beach nearby named Sombrero Beach. Overall, Cindy was a great host whom responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely comeback to visit again and again.

very centrally located, less than 15 minute walk to most points of interest including Zachary Taylor State Park and beach which was very nice. Also close to Duval Street and lots of restaurants and bars. they were typically lounge chairs available at the pool although in the afternoon it can be difficult to find shade.

My fishing buddy and I rented the two bedroom unit and kitchen. It was exactly what we needed in order to enjoy a great weekend in Key West. We were step away from Duval so there was some minor street noise but nothing that I would consider annoying and it seemed whisper quiet by midnight. If I was trying to get a toddler to go to bed it could be concerning but neither of us had any issue. Digital locks allowed for easy access to our units. All of the Duval Street restaurants and bars were immediately available. There is no car parking adjacent to the rooms. We parked at the city garage for the weekend and either walked or taxied to destinations. Great location, responsive host, comfortable beds, clean rooms and quality linens made this a definite five star accommodation.

Loved the location! Walkable to lots of restaurants and activities, yet on a quiet street. Very safe. Be patient when searching for available street parking… it can be found on side streets. We parked on Emma St (left car there entire visit) and walked the couple of blocks to the Airbnb; we could have moved closer in the evening but didn’t bother. Loved the Airbnb, very comfortable, awesome balconies!

Place looked exactly like pictures. Quiet and peaceful. Had no issues with anything. Would definitely recommend

Our place was great. Within walking distance from almost everything. Comfortable and clean. Only one small issue but management was quick to respond. Based on that each of us have a little bit of age on us we would have liked to see a grab handle outside of the showers. All in all, we were very pleased.

These were some of the most responsive and polite people I have ever dealt with for any service period. I couldn't be more impressed by their thoughtful communication. I am hoping to stay there again sometime soon. I highly recommend doing business with them!

Rooms are small but kept extremely clean and everything is walk distance.

We absolutely loved our stay at Naomi’s! The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, but close enough to Duval Street to walk to restaurants, shops, anything you need. The inside space is small, but more than adequate with a king size bed that has storage underneath for your clothes, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. The outside space was gorgeous! We spent most of our time out there, drinking coffee, getting in the hot tub, or laying in the hammock. Every time we contacted the host we got almost immediate response. We accidentally left a cell phone at the property, and they had it shipped back to us overnight. It was back in our hands the very next day. The staff on premise were really helpful. The room was cleaned and linens replaced daily. We could not have asked for more! Don’t forget to try the Cuban coffee shop on the corner, or the Cocomelon on Duval Street a block away for the piña coladas!

Very relaxing quiet area , walking distance to a small bar with food and drinks and music. Easy to dock the boat - really clean outside shower and bathroom to clean up after being out fishing.

We have stayed with Ana twice and really love the space. Very neat and tidy with no clutter. Instructions and follow up was very clear. Very responsive to inquiries and contacts regarding the space.

Was a great landing spot for four old college roommates getting together for a girls weekend to celebrate turning 50. We could walk anywhere… the beach, the marina, restaurants, even the Saturday artisan market (although that was a good distance, and we Ubered back). Had a few small hiccups (biggest was that the cleaning crew came a day early to clean and threw all our towels on the floor, but didn’t replace when they realized they were in the wrong place… Everett quickly responded, looked into it and replaced towels). We’d read the reviews that the bar downstairs could get loud, but we brought a noise machine and slept great. We were very happy to be right near the action and able to easily get around.

There was some confusion upon arriving because I had not been contacted by airbnb25 hrs before with check in instructions. The instructions I did get from Airbnb were unclear were unclear as well! Things did get worked out. Wasn’t helpful that cleaning person did not give checkin Instructions, or try to help, knowing that rental was paid for, but instead said I was the only person who has not been able to gain entry to rental. I was not informed that to get past gate you need the code and then push #. , either by Airbnb or cleaning person, but, I believe most confusion was caused by Airbnb not sending check in instructions. I would come back another time!! Reasonable charge per night!

What a lovely spot so relaxing sitting by the canal watching the world go by, we hired a boat and having our own dock was brilliant, even the fishing right off the dock was good and we caught a nice few fish, would definitely recommend, only thing I would’ve liked was a kettle for easy tea making

We had an amazing week, pool has beautiful views of the ocean and is calm and peaceful. The grounds are impeccably kept and Elizabeth was a fabulous host.

Laurie’s place was exactly what we needed and more! We’ve stayed at two of her properties, and both stays have been nothing short of excellent hospitality. The small details Laurie puts into her places always stands out to us, and the atmosphere of this particular property sets a beach tone for the stay. I highly recommend staying with Laurie.

Excellent place for our family passing through on our way to Key West. I am super picky in terms of cleanliness and this is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed.

We were happy with all aspects of staying at Tori’s condo. We thought beds were super comfortable and towels and sheets were great!

The apartment of Michael was extremely well equipped, very comfortable beds, so many sports and leisure equipment for the whole family! We enjoyed the great view from the balcony with the rising sun in the morning :) the pool area, tennis and playing area for the kids made our stay perfect! I recommend the snooks restaurant for sunset dinner and would definitely come again to this wonderful place!

I just finished a 5 week stay at Michael’s place and have nothing but good things to say about the property. I loved the location because it is close to the ocean and is great for those who love to bike and walk. The condo is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for preparing meals. I worked from the property and never had any issue with Wi-Fi. The heated pool is a big bonus. I hope to stay again.

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom unit! While it’s on the smaller side, it’s been beautifully remodeled with modern, clean, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the brand new pots and pans . The living room gets fantastic natural light, and the view from the balcony is great—perfect for enjoying sunsets. We also loved spending time at the pool and hot tub. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the waterfront, which was so peaceful and relaxing. The walls are on the thinner side, so we could hear kids running in the common areas at times, but it wasn’t a major issue. The host truly went above and beyond by shipping back items I accidentally left behind, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay again!

We arrived early on the day of check-in, and because previous guests has left early, we were able to check in first thing in the morning! Henry happened to be in Key West, working around his property, so he very kindly gave us a full tour of the apartment, the parking area, the grounds, pool, and beach. The apartment is whimsically decorated with pastel colors to fit the Key West vibe, and has lots of cute details. Amazingly, all the small appliances, dishes, glasses, and tableware are in the pink/rose colored family. Literally every appliance is pink (Cuisenart, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig, blender, tableware, and more). It gave the place a unified cozy feel. The living room is spacious, with lots of couch room for a family to watch TV together. The kitchen is eat-in, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are super nice. We felt very at-home in Henry's place, and appreciate the details he provides about checking in, keys, garage parking, etc. We had a great time.
