This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

This was a very comfortable property. It definitely lived up to the advertisement! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the eggs. I wish we had brought a carton container with us. My daughter-in-law was able to visit with Sherry and see the chicken coop first hand. The tub/shower combo was beautiful. The coffee/tea provisions were appreciated. We will definitely keep it in mind as I have MS appointments at Hotel Dieu that extend over days. Clean, comfortable and perfect for our canine family members! 10 minutes out of the city. We will be back!

We loved the quiet, peaceful surroundings, the spaciousness of the cottage, and the beautiful views from every window. We love music and spent a couple of evenings just sipping wine and listening to music through the sound system routed through the ceilings. The kitchen was beyond well equipped! Further, Donna delivered extra pellets for the stove before we had to ask, and Erik generously mitigated the problem with the hot tub. Truly special hosts who care about their guests and their comfort.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

The girls had a wonderful stay at the North Sky Retreat. Julie was very helpful and her house was just perfect for four people to stay, each with their own bedroom. The house was exceptionally well stocked with supplies, linen, towels and those extras you may need. Julie accommodated the dog that accompanied on this trip as well. The fresh eggs were a bonus and the free range chickens were fun to watch. The grounds were lovely and the walking path was a perfect was to take in the nature around the house. Hopefully this stay will become a tradition! Thank you!

Our Second trip to Kingston from Australia and Second one month stay at John’s Home. John was amazing, friendly and nothing is to much trouble for him. fresh Towels and Sheets weekly, everything we needed for our Holiday. We will be back to stay at John’s again next year. A lovely home away from home.Thank you John.

A bit of a drive but well worth the peace and quiet of this beautiful cabin in the woods! My friends and I spent our weekend kayaking, puzzling, and BBQing. Mike was so responsive and everything was very smooth. Would definitely come back!

We booked Martin's cottage for rest/relaxation during the holiday season with our growing extended family. The space was appropriate for young children, our aging parents, and our beloved furry family members. Thank you for your hospitality and warmth throughout the booking process. I udually write reviews on the host instead of the place first. But the place deserves it first. My goodness. The detail of this garage is amazing. If it was all your design Scott. Kudos to you my friend. What a great imagination you have. And the skill to bring it to life. My three friends wanted to get a night away from all responsibilities(aka wife and kids 😉) and relax. I don’t know how much sleeping we did. There was so much entertainment. It was even better than the pictures. And instructions for every. Only one thing. There was no instructions for the hot tub. I also didn’t have my glasses. So maybe I didn’t see them? Everything else in the house that needed instructions had them. Which is part of the details that went in building an awesome place like this. My three friends and I are tradesmen. All we talked about was making a place like this for our children. Scott was also amazing. He left us alone. Even though we made noise. Thank you for that Scott. We are also sorry.

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. We had a great stay here! Very easy to access and had a clean and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. We loved all the cozy corners throughout the house and the property to sit and chat and play board games together. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for the two dogs in our crew, and we thoroughly enjoyed the back patio. With it being winter, we didn't get to enjoy the pool or basketball court, but even without access to those amenities, Liz's AIrbnb was the place to be (and would be even more so in the summer I can imagine!)

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! The children loved the pool and the adults all welcomed the evening hot tub. The flower gardens and pots are stunning. Thanks also for the lovely welcome gifts. We were very spoiled! Iryna was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and allowed for a very seamless experience. When we arrived at night there was a full driveway of snow and Iryna got the driveway shovelled that night very quickly. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our team. This allowed our sports team to spend time together bonding and perform at our best with its close location to Queens University. Overall Iryna was a lovely host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great! No issues whatsoever, host was accommodating and friendly, house had everything we needed, we stayed for work, so didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit with wood provided which I thought was very nice of the hosts! Water was not potable but the hosts leave you lots of drinking water, and water to make coffee!!

We loved staying at the river house. Beautiful view of the river and comfy accommodations. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful- even bringing over flowers for Thanksgiving. The place was nicely decorated for the season. When it snowed, they brought over some sleds for the kids. I would love to come back in the summer! Only drawbacks were that the heating was a bit uneven in the main room with all of the windows, but it warmed up nicely with a fire in the fireplace- which is a great touch. The water smells very sulphur-y, but that’s common in wells near the river. Being from the area originally it didn’t bother me too much. Thank you Cassie and Shana! We had a great time.

Lauren was an absolute amazing host! Cannot say enough! The day of check-in was the day the remnants of a hurricane came through and there was flooding throughout the town. Lauren was right there to help guide us to the home. She called to make sure we were okay when the town put out a no travel order due to roads being flooded. She even walked through 3 feet of water to bring us food since our main road was flooded!! Honestly she went above and beyond as a host! Just shows she is a great human! Even with being stuck with the flooding we still had such a great time! Had to take it one day at a time. The home was absolutely amazing and just so peaceful and private. It’s absolutely beautiful where the home is. Definitely recommend! Thank you Lauren!

We had such a cozy and relaxing girls' weekend at this beautiful cottage! Even with a winter storm rolling through, we stayed in, made the most of the space, and especially loved soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind. The cottage had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway, and the atmosphere was just what we were hoping for. What really made our stay special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, so accommodating, and quick to respond; truly amazing and thoughtful hosts. We felt so welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. We’re already talking about coming back in the warmer months to enjoy even more of what this spot has to offer. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage - the place was clean, very well equipped, with a gorgeous view in nature. Damon was very helpful during an ice storm and communication was easy, friendly and fast!

Elsie's place is a gem. Spacious, quiet, and cozy, with everything you need right in the cottage. I really appreciated all the hooks and storage around the place; everything was easily accessible and well-thought-out with wonderful views of horses and river otters. We had a fantastic stay with our cat and roasted marshmallows. Elsie was very responsive and friendly. Would love to come here again!

Beautiful spot for a quiet family getaway with our geriatric mastiff. They had everything we needed for wet March weather with a 145lb dog. We look forward to going back in the summer as it looks perfect for lakeside fun as well!
