This little studio was such a nice and quiet little space with prime parking and a stunning beach view! I've stayed at quite a few Airbnb, and this one is by far the cleanest I've stood in; I'm quite the germaphobe, and I tend to be overly observant and analyze the space that I'm in to ensure that I feel comfortable and this studio exceeded my expectations to the point where I felt at ease with how clean and maintained it was that I genuinely felt at home, so if you're like me and value cleanliness then this is the place for you! One thing I will note is that if you tend to run on the hotter side, it does get pretty hot at night despite the windows being open, but overall, it's a great stay, and it truly is a hidden gem!

Joelle and Sandra showed what a true superhost is. They are very friendly and responsive. They really pay attention to details (which I would not elaborate so other guests can find out themselves) to make your stay better. It is a great listing (two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a great living area) and my family of four had a wonderful stay there. I felt like a local resident. This is something hotels will not be able to provide. Strongly recommend it if it is within your budget.

Such a beautiful spot! I’m so glad we got beautiful weather for our 3 day stay. The photos don’t do this place justice. The host was also super flexible with our check in since we had a 7 hour drive so that was a huge plus! Very responsive when messaging any questions. Super easy to check in as well. I would definitely love to stay here again whenever I come back!

My family and I had such a great time at Anthony and Traci’s place! It was perfect for my wife and two kids. We had plenty of space and was even provided some extra amenities like beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach which was a short, but nice walk away. Anthony kept me informed the whole time, and I really didn’t need to ask any questions as he had provided me with more than enough. Looking forward to staying again! Highly recommend.

This is a lovely place the beds were so comfortable

This place is super close to Caltrain which made it very convenient. It’s very walkable to nearby shops, and we even rented e-bikes from the store a couple blocks away and found the area very bike-friendly. The train is pretty loud — I’m used to train sounds but it was louder than expected. Highly recommend bringing earplugs — I bought some on the second night and it was perfect after that. It is her primary residence so you’ll feel more like you’re staying at a friend’s house than at a curated Airbnb. Don’t book this expecting a hotel vibe — it’s someone’s house, so come ready to respect that.

Came here for a retreat, it was really great. A lot of the activities were really wonderful bonding experiences, and it's in close proximity to park, nice sidewalks to walk on.

Absolutely wonderful in every way! Lovely casita with everything you could ask for plus lovely art and thoughtful and caring touches. Super location near beaches and SLO, perfect place to explore the area. Elise and Frank are lovely humans who care about your experience.

The house was great inside and out. We hung outside on the patio in the evenings. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms were big and comfortable. It was easy to get to downtown SJ when needed. Overall a great place I'd recommend.

We had a great time at Ian’s. It was easy to find and very close to downtown. So close, we walked to get smoothies. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The instructions were very detailed and everything was clearly labeled. Highly recommend this place!

we greatly enjoyed our stay. everything was perfect. the area is so beautiful! the village has a great downtown area, farmer's market, good restaurants and fun bars. we had some relatives over one day and they thought the home was beautiful too. comfortable bed, good TV, great kitchen all added to it's charm.

Mimi and Alan’s place is absolutely incredible! The home is renovated beautifully - uncluttered, extremely clean, and the most thought amenities. Sound machines in each room, bath robes, slippers, etc. The walkability is unbeatable - a quick block to the main walkway will lead you straight to the aquarium (only 0.2 miles!). After a fun day on cannery row, we could come back to the house and unwind on the deck as we listened to the ocean waves and turned on the fire pit. Truly cannot recommend this place enough and we hope to come back someday! Thank you Mimi and Alan!

In a word, David's place is perfection! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, fabulous linens, ideal location for unmatched views, awesome beach gear and a fantastic, communicative host! This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

This condo was perfect for my getaway trip. Spacious, well-appointed, and the views from the balcony were beyond amazing! Although this was a solo trip, I could easily see staying here with others and not feel the least bit crowded. I was blessed with blue skies and warm temperatures. Perfect weather for al fresco dining on the balcony and exploring Aptos.
