It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay at Khalid’s apartment. The amenities and kitchen supplies were well-stocked and clean. I would definitely book another stay with him.

At tge first here , smooth checking. Apartment was full equipped with everything I need as person coke in home. the location of the apartment btween tge way to white city, Nizami street, Bakek Street. few meters from Bazar. so many resturants and cafes just walking distance. Recommend the place for all viators.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und entsprach den Bildern. Sie war sauber und mit eingeschaltetem Licht auch angenehm hell. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos – bei der Buchung, dem Check-in und zum Check-out gab es hilfreiche Nachrichten. Die Unterkunft liegt im Souterrain und hat nur ein kleines Kellerfenster. Sonnenlicht oder ein gemütlicher Blick nach draußen sind also nicht möglich. Zudem sollte man nicht größer als 1,85 m sein – im Badezimmer, das die niedrigste Deckenhöhe hat, berührt man sonst die Decke. Ich bin 1,77 m groß und habe mir beim Verlassen des Badezimmers den Kopf gestoßen, da dort noch weniger Platz ist. Insgesamt aber ein interessantes Airbnb, das ich wieder buchen würde!

I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay at Parvin’s place. Everything was pristine clean, the unit is very spacious and modern. Parvin was quick with his responses and he’s always willing to answer your questions. The unit is located closely to some of the beautiful places in Baku. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Maga’s place is centrally located near a great park and the old town of the city. There are a lot of great shops and restaurants near by and lots of things to explore. I highly recommend Maga’s place for the location and for how large the space is. Maga was also very responsive and a great host. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Jalal встретил нас поздно ночью, а в завершении поездки позволил задержаться вечером до самолета. Очень вежливый, постоянно на связи, не отвлекал лишний раз во время проживания. Квартира большая и чистая.

This was a perfect stay. The Manager, Mr. Mohammad was so proactive and responsive. He took care of every small issues if guest faced during the stay. Overall, this is just few steps away from iconic Nizami Street

Our vacation in Mardakan was wondeful! The house was clean, large and very convenient. In the house there was everything required for the ideal rest. Outdoor facilities are exactly like at the pictures: good swiming pool (enough deep for adults), bbq area, swing. The owners of the house provided timely support and were kind and responsive. A few words about the location of the house. It takes approximately 40 minutes without trafic to take to the Baku center by car or by taxi, 6-10 minutes to the closest beaches by car or by taxi (the one I can advice - Mayak beach). Taxi can be easyily ordered straight from the house. Grocery store is 2-3 minutes walk. I can recommend this house from my side!

Great Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is comfortable for both short and long stays. Everything you need—supermarket, pharmacy, gym, and cafes—is right in the building. Big thanks to Sabina for the excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was fantastic! The apartment is absolutely wonderful – spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It truly felt like home. The host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly to all our messages, and went out of their way to help with everything we needed. Our stay at Toghrul's apartment was truly memorable and we can't wait to come back again next time we visit Baku. The apartment is spotless and fully stocked with all the amenities that you can think of. Most importantly, his father Mr. Chingiz played a very important role in assisting us throughout the period of our stay and we are extremely grateful to both Toghrul and his father Mr. Chingiz for their hospitality and responsiveness. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host, Clive was extremely cooperative and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We really appreciated his effort to pick us up from the airport, it was such a thoughtful touch. The host was also very responsive to any questions or requests. The property was exactly as described in the listing. It felt like home, with everything being very clean and newly renovated & well-maintained. The ground floor unit was perfect for our family, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to Nizami Street, with 24-hour food shops and a mini-market nearby. Safety was not a concern, and we felt secure during our entire stay. Clive & his wife Hanna also has two units, which is perfect for larger families or groups traveling together. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly stay
