Quarterdeck Apartments was a fantastic place to stay and visit the Binalong Bay and Bay of Fires area. We enjoyed the spectacular view and the ability to walk across the street for a swim at the pristine cosy corner. Dinner at the Hub down the street was a great option too. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything you need to have a great stay. The view from the deck was great and there was a lovely barbecue area out the back.

Lynette’s place was easy to find, clean and comfortable with wide open spaces, a lovely beach and a great pool close by. We were there for a wedding in Falmouth and the cafe/restaurant was a great place to catch up with friends and family. It is also an easy drive to Bicheno, Frecinet, Scamander and St Helens. If we’re ever in this part of Tassie again we’d be more than happy to stay at Lynette’s place.

Great area, about 1.2 kms walk into town. Peaceful with our unit set back from the road. The unit had everything we could need for a short stay, it was clean and tidy. A bit frustrating as we tried contacting the owner to check all was ready and to find out how we were to gain entry and we got no reply, so we had to turn up and then we found it was units with a reception area on site.

Spacious 3 bedroom home that is well located. A nice easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets.

I would give six stars (if I could) for our stay at Jan's place. It is a nicely updated and well furnished house perched on a hill that affords a scenic view of Binalong bay. We found the unit to be very clean and well provisioned for a five day stay. From the house, a five minute walk will get you to Binalong Beach where one can swim in tranlucent turquois water and walk along long white sand beach. Ten minute drive from the house will get you to downtown St. Helenes where great coffeeshops and restaurants abounds. We ate at many of these eateries and all were good to excellent. A bit longer scenic drive , may be 20 min from the house, will get you to a beautiful and friendly winery where one can sample seven different types of high qauality wines at 15 AUD per person. If you feel like splurging, buy a bottle of 2016 Pinot Noir and drink this elegant wine on the deck while watching the waves landing on the beach. Book this place and collect wondeful memories.

Lovely home for a few days and the perfect place for exploring The Bay Of Fires area and St Helens. The house was cosy, clean and comfortable and great to come home to. We sat in the backyard with a some local oysters from Lease 65. It was great to watch the birds coming in to feed on the fruit in the fruit trees. Great appliances and cookware and comfortable beds.

This property was exactly what we needed for a large group on a work trip! So much space and extra bathrooms were amazing. Comfy beds and the fireplace was amazing, Gail and David responded quickly and even dropped off more firewood for us when we needed it. Highly recommend, it was such a lovely stay in a perfect location. A 2 min walk to IGA for groceries and right in town. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

What a wonderful beach house! It was like visiting a friend’s home. Paul thought of everything! Check in was a breeze, the house was spotless, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There are two books in the house: one with suggestions of what to do in the area and the other with all the appliance manuals in case something goes wrong- wow, I need to do that at home! The location is wonderful. It is at the edge of the community and has a lovely view down to the water and also the adjacent bush. I chose the single bedroom to have that view. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to come back to Bingalong Bay! Oh, I almost forgot….. the beach is truly amazing! White sand and the clearest blue/green ocean water you have ever seen. We swam there every day.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dolphin Lookout Cottage in Binalong Bay! Jan, thank you so much for being a fantastic host. Your thoughtful guide and recommendations really enhanced our experience, helping us discover the best spots in the area. The cottage itself is perfectly situated with stunning views, and the location is ideal for exploring the breathtaking Bay of Fires. We loved the tranquility and natural beauty surrounding us. The cottage was cosy and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat. Jan's hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly special. The house was exactly what we were after. Very neat, clean and tidy. 2 minute walk to a beach suitable for dog walking. Yard completely secure. Quick drive to St Helens itself, and not for from Binnalong Bay. We would definitely stay again.

Our group of 5 ladies had a brilliant stay, each having their own bedroom and ensuite. The layout was perfect and very quiet, we couldn’t even hear showers running. The stairs were easy to navigate and the dining room, kitchen and lounge was spacious and well appointed. The linen was a good standard and pristine and even beach towels were provided. Everything was exceptionally clean, even the plug holes! Lovely rear courtyard with bbq available and all the heating options were well stacked with wood and ready to go in a moment if needed. Great lighting and all windows worked and were covered with fly screens. Very clear communications and I felt the host took their duty of care very seriously, ensuring we were safely checked in also. We were all very impressed and look forward to being able to stay again.
