We had a multi generation family gathering (13 adults and 6 kids) and everyone loved the stay. There was enough bedrooms and bedding for everyone. The place is extremely well stocked with all the appliances and cutlery and place settings for such a large group. The on property entertainment options were fantastic and well curated. The oldest generation went for long strolls on the expansive property and played corn hole. Middle generation played volleyball badminton softball TT and the kids loved running about the house, playing foozball and sprinkler and water games. House WiFi was good (necessary since no or low cell signal). Host was responsive during the stay and had their property manager assist promptly when we needed some help. Grocery stores within 10-20mins. Everyone had a wonderful peaceful time.

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

Wonderful home just down the hill in collegetown, easily walkable to CTB and the main campus. Perfect kitchen and dining area for hanging out with a wonderful view. Hot tub located super conveniently off the back door. Melanie was so kind and accommodating; staying here was like housesitting for a very good friend. Our group of Cornell alums had a blast here and I can't recommend it enough.

Minutes from Elk, the Wetter Homestead was a perfect home for our family during our stay. The minute you walk in the door you can feel the love that was fostered in this house—it just has a great vibe. The beds were comfy, it was absolutely spotless, and the kitchen was stocked with virtually any cooking implement you could need, all perfectly organized. Multiple spaces to hang out and outlets aplenty for charging electronics. We loved this home and cannot wait to return next season.

We've been staying at Seven Arrows for 17 years now and it never disappoints. The house is huge and has all the amenities are look for. It's an easy drive to the ski resort or into the town of Susquehanna. The view of the lake is also amazing. Lastly, the hosts are very responsive to any needs we may have. 5 stars and can't wait to book it again next year!

We stayed here with 12 adults and a few of our kids. the house was a perfect fit for us. the view is beautiful and the house was really clean. some of the pictures on the listing are not updated and the house is even better in person. Jennifer is extremely responsive and was really flexible with anything that we needed. I would 100% stay here again and recommend fully for a nice family getaway

Jerry’s home is super cozy and he is extremely friendly and responsive. Just 15 minutes away from Elk Mountain Ski Resort, it’s the perfect place to wind down at after a long day on the mountain. I would gladly stay again.

Zach and Johanna were great hosts and very accommodating. The house is lovely and well furnished. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Our family of (3) and our (2) dogs stayed at Ray's place for a few days while visiting colleges for our daughter in Ithaca. The location was great. Very private and peaceful, but only 10-15 minutes to downtown Ithaca. Ray was very easy to communicate with. He gave us information on how to get in prior to our arrival and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The space was very comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. The rental was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Next time we are in Ithaca, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our out of state family converged at the farm for a long weekend. The farm was cozy and comfortable. John was attentive yet allowed for privacy. Everything needed was available. We all felt at home, loved watching the many birds at the feeders, and were able to cook all our meals easily and enjoy family time. We had conversations around the warm fire and games at the table. Though it was cold outside, measures were in place to ensure comfortable temperatures inside. We would happily go there again.

Excellent layout nestled in the secluded mountains of Upstate New York. The space has warm and inviting amenities & modern idealistic lighting fixtures. The host was very helpful & gave us our space to fully enjoy the space provided. I definitely would recommend it to any looking for a secluded retreat, with breathtaking mountain views.

I visited with bunch of my friends and it was the most amazing place. The entire property is well maintained and clean. You experience the tranquil environment and its soo peaceful place to relax. Thank you casey for hosting us.

Gail and Chris' place was absolutely beautiful! The surroundings are serene and beautiful. There were beautiful birds around all day. Their home is comfortable and homey but also very clean and beautifully decorated. Their love of art really shines through as the art throughout the home is whimsical and fun. They leave nothing to be desired in terms of kitchen supplies, towels and soft bedding and blankets. It was lovely in every way and I will surely be returning. Gail and Chris were super responsive and wonderful!

Great little cabin in the woods! Property is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor kitchen is a huge plus. The stove kept us nice and warm when it dropped to the 30s over the weekend. Will definitely be back!

Rustic and charming, fully stocked kitchen and he allowed my dog at no additional charge. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again, host was responsive and recommended some local restaurants

We enjoyed our time at this location. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them. During our stay the toaster over was not working. They dropped off a new one within 10 minutes! Fantastic. Thanks for the great stay.

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

We recently stayed at Tom’s house while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. Tom greeted us upon arrival, offered us great recommendations, provided a tour of the house and any details we would need for our stay. The house and property is generous and peaceful. We felt right at home. It was a seamless ride to CASV, Cooperstown and Oneonta. Make a point to stop at Weaver’s farm for fresh bread, baked goods, deli, grilling items and any other essentials you may need. We highly recommend Tom’s house and would absolutely rent again when we are in the area.

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

We were staying at this rental because our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village for the week. We received quite a few notifications leading up, and even including an earlier check-in time. Everything that we needed was available to us, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely rent from them again if we end up coming up here again for one of our other sons. And the added pens, when we arrived where I hit with my younger boys. Thank you so much!
