Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay at LaceyVilla! The place was very cozy and beautifully decorated. My room was clean and the bed was super comfy, so I slept really well. the living area was great for relaxing. I loved the outdoor space too—perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning. The location was very quiet and peaceful . Cindy was friendly and was very helpful. I highly recommend LaceyVilla! It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy. --- Let me know if you need any changes!

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

Amy and Valerie were very kind and helpful to us. Beds were comfy, make sure you look at photos to know what to expect.

We had a great stay at Laura’s home for a ski weekend with friends. The house is a short drive from Elk Mountain and was very clean and spacious! It also has beautiful views of the lake and nice outdoor amenities.

We stayed at this property when coming to the area to ski at Elk Mountain. It was a great location for that and it was super clean and well taken care of. Everything, including the beds, were comfortable. We would stay again when in the area; highly recommend.

Great spot for exploring with dogs! The neighborhood includes another house that I believe John shares with family and friends, so we weren’t entirely alone in the area—which I personally found reassuring. If you’re looking for complete seclusion, it’s a good idea to confirm this detail with John. Right behind his home, there’s a trail perfect for morning strolls, and the location is very accessible for road cycling, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It would also be a fantastic base for mountain or gravel biking adventures! John’s place was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay was a beautiful house loved the area so much I just bought a house near by. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Suzanne’s place was super clean and comfortable in a lovely setting. Saw gorgeous sunsets every evening and appreciated the views of birds and a young buck out the kitchen window over breakfast. Very comfortable beds and cozy bedding. Suzanne was very welcoming and helpful.

Jess's place was the perfect spot for a cozy weekend. We absolutely loved the space and hope top stay again :)

Accommodations are excellent! I slept great every night. The restaurant Potocka's serve excellent food and has excellent servers . This is my third stay with Gary. I plan to continue staying with Gary upon all future visits to Greene!

The unit was in a super convenient location and just a couple blocks walk to everything. The space was nice, the vibe is a Victorian vintage+modern Parisian apartment blend, and had everything you’d need a for a couple days in Ithaca. Grateful for parking lot access! Bed was very comfortable. Grateful for unscented linens and towels! Shower was okay- a small corner stall style not huge. The wall heater units take some time to adjust to desired temp especially when trying to lower if you’re heat sensitive plan ahead. There is a short older stone staircase up to the porch where door is, could be an issue if you’re not steady on stairs but it did have a railing to hold.

This place was so welcoming and felt just like home. It’s such a quiet place and dealing with the hustle and bustle of the city. 10/10 recommend!

The home is on peaceful location at the lake and in a country setting where we often saw deer and turkey. The home had all the amenities that we needed. Michelle was an A1 host. She responded quickly to my text. At times we would be outside at the same time. and chat. I consider Michelle a friend and highly recommend her airbnb!

We absolutely loved it here! Ithaca is a beautiful city and Branka made our stay so effortless and welcoming! We were looking for home away from home and she definitely provided that! The space was clean and well decorated. She went above and beyond to offer certain amenities such as snacks, a sound machine, and toiletries! She was also very communicative and made sure we had anything we needed or wanted! We will absolutely be staying there again during warmer months to explore the city more! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable, homey space for their trip.
