Дом находится в хорошем, элитном районе. Место тихое, зелёное. В доме свой небольшой бассейн, который регулярно обслуживается. Маленькая, уютная гостиная и две комнаты, одна полноценная спальня, и одна спальня на одного или рабочий кабинет. Хозяин очень хороший человек: отзывчивый, внимательный и ответственный. Мы были рады познакомиться с ним лично. Кстати, расположение дома очень близко к пляжам Нуса Дуа, а это одни из лучших пляжей на Бали, где не бывает больших волн. Благодарим за интересный опыт.

Siti sangat ramah dan responsif. rumahnya bersih, peralatan semuanya tersedia seperti di rumah sendiri. kamar utamanya luas dan tersedia bathup juga ada balkon. Keseluruhannya sangat bagus dan sesuai dengan fasilitas yang tertera. sangat nyaman berada di rumah ini.

From Check-in to Check-out the processes and communication were remarkable! The neighbourhood is quiet and immaculate! There are no cars noises or annoying rooters keeping you up at night! The 400 foot temple is always a wonderful view after a long day of exploring! I really enjoyed the entire experience! This is a great place to stay!

Просто не могу не поделиться своими впечатлениями о вилле, в которой мы провели незабываемое время! Невероятно комфортное жилье. Белоснежный интерьер создает ощущение легкости и чистоты. Очень понравилось, что вилла светлая. Мы действительно чувствовали себя как дома! Огромное спасибо хочется сказать Артуру! Его человечность, дружелюбие и готовность помочь в любой ситуации просто покорили. Любые наши вопросы решались оперативно и с улыбкой. Очень приятный и отзывчивый человек, благодаря которому наш отдых стал еще более комфортным и беззаботным. Я безумно рада, что мы выбрали именно это жилье! Если вы ищете место, где можно расслабиться, почувствовать себя как дома и насладиться отдыхом на все 100%, то вам точно сюда.

Very happy with our stay here, the accommodation was beautiful. We had booked for a weekend away as it was my friends birthday & we had arranged with the villa manager to surprise her with a floating breakfast on the day of her birthday along with decorations in the villa - Leo arranged everything perfectly & was so helpful arranging everything with me Leo went above & beyond for us during our stay - we really appreciate it!!

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel und der Pool ist einfach traumhaft. An vielen Abenden haben wir einfach im gemütlichen Poolbereich entspannt. Entgegen unserer Befürchtungen hatten wir auch kaum Probleme mit Mosquitos. Sugi ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender und außergewöhnlich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat uns mehrfach innerhalb von Minuten geholfen und mich ins Krankenhaus gefahren, als es mir sehr schlecht ging. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können dieses Airbnb uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Very happy with my stay here. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Decent location. Head to the Warung at the end of the street his name is Putu and his coconuts are ice cold.

The villa is nicer than the photos, well equipped plus a night watchman and daily cleaner. Pool was perfect, clean and well maintained, my 3 year old learned to swim there during our stay. Great comfortable beds with good aircons and the kitchen had all we needed. Rury was a great host, I think the best we have had. She was always available and went with us to local places. She is a friendly and fun person. Nectar is a very good coffee shop a few minutes walk away and there are loads of restaurants a short drive away. Villa is in the center of a quiet, less crowded part of Bali with great beaches nearby in all directions. Our family looks forward to returning Villa Luca Maou.

We had a fantastic stay here. The villas are new and furnished to a high standard. They also impress with their penchant for design and chic interiors. Everything is very well thought out and you immediately feel very comfortable in the villa. Our concierge Mira left nothing to be desired. She helped us with the organization of a scooter, breakfast and various other small matters. The very nice and courteous communication is worth mentioning. We would love to come back and look forward to our next visit. Thank you very much for the nice and pleasant stay. :)

Beautiful villa in the forest. Super close to everything and spotless clean. Ilham the manager of the villa was always super helpful, and quick in his communication. Also the team did a wonderful job, unfortunately I ran into a little inconvenience but the team acknowledged it right away and solved it in the best way possible. Can 100% recommend staying there. Thank you

The home is so cosy, beautiful, clean, the Melasti and Karma beach are so near! Hans, rthe owner, is so polite, answer immediately, help to solve all the questions, suggestions! It was the best stay in thiss area! I am so grateful for this place!!!

Лучший дом, в котором нам приходилось жить на Бали! Все укомплектовано для длительного проживания! Кухня оборудована на 100%! Двухкамерный холодильник, микроволновка, даже духовка, капсульная кофемашина, миллион сковородок и посуды! Стиральная машина выше всех похвал! Белье сохнет быстро! Уютная гостиная и две спальни, одна из них с ванной. Комфортное проживание для двух пар. Очень тихий тупиковый квартал. Расположение супер, 5 минут до Muscle beach club, до рынка и 10 минут до пляжа Melasti. Большое спасибо хозяйке, всегда помогает и быстро отзывается

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.

A Villa realmente é muito boa. Local aconchegante e com comodidades excelentes. O atendimento foi rápido e eficaz. Para chegar ao local tem um pequeno trajeto de terra, cerca de 50 metros, que não atrapalhou a estadia. Excelente custo x benefício. Recomendo!

The highlight of this place is the garden area and pool and the peace that gives. The outdoor bathrooms are also very nice. The main kitchen, living and bedrooms are fine. They're simple and a bit dated design but still fine. Overall a really nice place.

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The host was fantastic – quick to respond and super helpful throughout our visit. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. We especially loved the large swimming pool and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bali!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect—the house was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed. It’s right in the middle of everything (next to most beautiful beaches) yet so peaceful and quiet. We also loved the adorable dogs and the outdoor shower. Would definitely stay again!

super reactive host! the villa was PERFECT! we had a problem with the Aircon and they come immediately to fix it! the position is perfect, the villa big enough for 4 people. the only “con” is that you can hear A LOT the dogs from the street :( expect this, everything was perfect.

Incredible stay, best villa I’ve stayed in, ways to find. Arrived late at night no stress at all. Great communications. Epic big scooter for rent ready to go with full tank of fuel. Super thoughtful complementaries drinks, mouthwash, snacks. Super thoughtful, you can tell they care and put in effort. Super friendly cleaning staff daily. Honestly such a sick stay super sad we had to leave 😭. Thanks guys for having us 🙌
