Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! The view and the sounds of the sea are amazing! The beach is not always available but the host provided me with information about the tides. I really enjoyed staying here, I wish I could have stayed longer. And the personal (the girl) who brought the suitcase up, should get a raise. She is very small and she carried the heavy suitcase up on her head all the stairs.

Our stay was super comfortable and relaxing. We had access to all the amenities of the Novotel Hotel including the pool, restaurants, beach and gym. The apartment was fantastic and served our family’s needs. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor seating area was great and the overall ambiance was excellent. Thanks Andrianto, it’s great to know we’ve got a place like yours to stay at next time we visit Nusa Dua.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure that my stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious spread that catered to all tastes, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The homemade pastries were delightful, and the variety of options—from hearty omelets to vibrant fruit bowls—ensured that there was something for everyone. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the stunning views was simply magical. Speaking of views, the location itself is breathtaking. Nestled in a picturesque setting, I was surrounded by nature’s beauty. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience and would absolutely love to come back.

Great for family vacations. Kids love the space and the pool in the villa. The kids also enjoyed feeding the many fish in the pond in front of the villa. Fully equipped kitchen which was great for cooking. Maru was very responsive and a great host.

We loved our stay at The Surf Bingin! The stairs going down really aren’t that bad at all. Would really recommend using The Surf’s driver Magic Mike as he will carry your luggage up and down for you. We only went up into town once since we have everything you needed on the beach and you really don’t want to leave this beautiful spot!! Highly recommend - we will be back!

What an incredible stay. The villa is huge and it has everything you could need and more. The view is breathtaking as well as the infinity pool and outside area. Nothing beats being able to watch the surf everyday and having your own private entry into the water. The staff is wonderful and everyone is very sweet and helpful. We’re already looking forward to booking here again and coming back!

Wir hatten traumhafte 10 Tage in Jamies Villa. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Atung und Oka haben uns herzlich empfangen und sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein paar Strände und einige gute Restaurants. Ich würde dennoch einen Motorroller empfehlen.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our time at Bingin beach. Spending the day listening to the sounds of the waves is so relaxing, and we loved watching the tide come and go. There is some construction noise, but not bad. The bed is comfortable and the A/C in the bedroom works well. The only thing I wished for was a fan in the bedroom so you could cool down while waiting for A/C. The A/C in the main floor living space isn’t as good, so it might not be the most comfortable to sleep in. The stairs are definitely no joke, but they’re very doable. Just don’t plan to go up and down multiple times in a day unless you’re very fit. We ate most of our meals on the beach, unless we were planning to go up the stairs for another reason. There are good restos on the beach. get cash before going down though as there is no ATM and some take cash only. Host was very kind and accommodating when my husband was ill and sent extra help for bags on check out. Overall a great place!
