The place was amazing. We tried the pool and the ice bath. It’s perfect for our weekend vacation only one thing the pin location is not correct. It’s always going to the other side of the Villa. Also when we order food from Gojek we have to always working to the other way but offer all we are really satisfied with the villa good price good location the staff really friendly helping us to rent the bike with good deal price. It’s amazing space for us as a couple definitely will coming back. 🤎

我是常驻巴厘岛的一位环球旅行摄影师，这家villa就在我常驻的房子对面，我的家人来巴厘岛旅行时，我选择了他们家的villa，这是我感到非常正确且愉快的决定！ 地理位置：非常好，且安全，附近是大型别墅和酒店，还有高尔夫球场，甚至！开车到海边！只要十分钟！！！真是让我惊喜！地理位置，是我最喜欢的地方。 酒店：别墅非常的大，还有楼顶，还有室外很大的草坪！我觉得一整家人入住是我觉得非常浪漫的选择。 设施：别墅的设施非常齐全，完全超出了我的预期。房间内配备了现代化的空调、高速Wi-Fi、智能电视和舒适的床品。厨房设备一应俱全，适合自己烹饪。浴室宽敞干净，热水供应稍微需要注意一下，建议人多的话，排队等待一下新的热水。别墅还提供了高品质的洗浴用品。 此外，别墅还提供每日清洁服务，工作人员非常专业且友好，始终保持环境整洁。 房东服务：房东非常热情且细心，从预订到入住都提供了无微不至的帮助。入住前，房东详细询问了我们的需求，有任何问题，房东都会第一时间回复，让人感到非常安心。 性价比：考虑到别墅的设施、服务和地理位置，我认为这次住宿的性价比非常高。相比同区域的酒店，这栋别墅提供了更多的私密性和空间，价格却更加合理。特别适合家庭或朋友团体入住。 如果有机会！我会选择再次入住的！

Monica was a really accommodating and friendly host. She replied instantly and organised scooter hire. We enjoyed staying at Mermaid Villa and would recommend it to anyone visiting Ulluwatu!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der offene großzügige Aufenthaltsbereich mit den Sofas und der Küche und der tolle Pool der regelmässig gereinigt wurde. Wenn wir Fragen haben war Wartini zur Stelle. Die Villa liegt ruhig und trotzdem gibt es fußläufig schöne Cafés und Restaurants. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Um zu einem größeren Supermarkt zu gelangen braucht man dann aber doch einen Scooter. Im etwa 9 Minuten ist man mit dem Scooter am Balangan Beach. Insgesamt war alles top und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superb brand new house with luxurious pool, tasteful decor and comfy beds, all the necessities and amazing water pressure and temperature choice in the shower (not a given in Bali). Really recommend. Ipang was very helpful (took care of our luggage before the check in time). Would recommend having a scooter - 5 min from Bingin and maybe 10 from Uluwatu - grab cars are an option but they find it hard to find the place… in the middle of other constructions, bound to be full of other villas soon

This place was absolutely stunning! The design was so aesthetic, with a beautiful pool, a cozy wooden deck, and a charming hanging chair that made it the perfect spot to relax. The entire space was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. I stayed here for my birthday, and it truly made the experience even more special. Every little detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and stylish ambiance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway!

Great place. Pictures kinda made it look bigger than what it is but doesn’t take away for how perfect it was. Me and my partner stayed here along with our couple friend and it was everything we needed.

We stayed from 24.12.24 to 05.01.25. I'll start with the bad: when we checked in, there was a suffocating smell of mold in both rooms. In one of the rooms, the entire wall was wet and moldy. This is very dangerous for health. Since we were vacationing with children, you understand how unpleasant it is. The villa needs updating and major repairs. The landscape also needs to be refreshed, many plants are sick and unkempt. It's damp and dirty everywhere. Water drips from the ceiling when it rains. The owner warned us that there was renovation going on around. But!!! Renovations are being done in three buildings around, from 08:00 to 17:00, it's unbearable noise. Only earplugs saved us. Decide for yourself whether you need such a "rest". If I were the owner of the villa, I would do the renovation together with the neighbors, and not torment people with such a heavenly environment of dust and noise. On the positive side: we checked in at night without any problems, entry by code. We were gi
