It was a wonderful facility. The staff was very accommodating when we entered, and the room was very clean after we entered, so we felt at ease. The dryer in the room was under maintenance, but they quickly arranged for a help and support. It felt like we were staying in a hotel. The owner, Ms TYE, and the sub-owner, Ms.TY, worked together to deal with our various requests and whims. It was like a concierge. The pool is 170,000 VND for use. It is crowded because it is shared with the hotel. Thanks We back to soon!

It exceeded my expectations. The space was filled with natural light and remained pleasantly cool. The apartment was equipped with a dedicated workspace, which was perfect for my needs, and the sunset views were stunning. I only stayed one night, but I would definitely return if I visit Quy Nhơn again. Highly recommended!

Great centrally located apartment in Quy Nhon! I stayed at Duyen’s listing very briefly and by chance. I had only intended to stay one night in Quy Nhon and had booked another room in the same building through Agoda. Duyen was very quick to respond to my request and overall a patient and understanding host. I can say with confidence that Duyen had the superior listing within the building. It was great to have use of the washing machine and the view is spectacular, allowing you to see both the beach and channel. If ever back in Quy Nhon I’d certainly attempt to book with her again. Thanks for having me!

Căn hộ rất đẹp và rộng rãi, view nhìn toàn cảnh thành phố từ tất cả các phòng. Nội thất tiện nghi và đầy đủ đồ dùng như ở nhà. Điểm trừ nhỏ là bể bơi trên sân thượng của tòa nhà khá bé và không tiện để sử dụng. Biển gần, đi bộ tầm 200m là tới. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện và đón tiếp chu đáo, thông tin dễ dàng. Nếu muốn di chuyển ra trung tâm QN sẽ phải đi thêm chừng 2-3km, nhưng bù lại vị trí tòa nhà ở khu khá yên tĩnh và trật tự. Rất reccommend căn hộ này cho gia đình 3-4 người đi du lịch.

Thank you Mi and her Mother for letting us stay at their apartment. Auntie was so friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is very clean, cool and has its own charm. Coming back to it everyday did feel like coming home. Thank you Auntie and Mi so much for the lovely stay. We will definitely recommend to anyone who'll be traveling to Qui Nhon. 100/100! <3

Logement pratique et bien équipé. Le RDC a des atouts mais aussi l’inconvénient d’être visibles de tous sauf si on tire le rideau . Ce qui nous prive de la visibilité de l’extérieur et nous met en mode “clos” comme sans fenêtres.

Wow. Where do I start. We came on Valentine’s Day and he helped me prepare a wonderful dinner on the rooftop of the stay for me and my valentine. Extremely helpful, always responsive, couldn’t be better, stayed in room 301 , had an amazing view. Great room, great bathroom. Very worth the money. Walking distance to the owners restaurant as well as several others / coffee shops. Arranged moped rental and train station drop off with the owner as well without a hitch. Great place. Great host. Would recommend to anyone.
