This is by far the best experience I’ve had on Airbnb. The hosts are super responsive and helpful! The property was so nice & packed with resources, my family & I had the time of our lives!

Amazing host very responsive would come back!

It was a great find, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Full size fridge, well-equipped kitchen and washing machine which we needed to use when our stay was extended. Very accessible to convenience stores (3 within apartment complex), supermarkets (1 within walking distance and another at Go!, a 5-10 min grab ride away). A short walk to wet market with stalls selling fruits, noodles and Banh mi (yummy roasted pork filling from stall that is closest to the road junction, open only morn till about 10/11am). Also, if you take the road visible from balcony and turn right to follow dirt road all the way to the end and turn into main road, there is a great com tam stall, which is always busy, that caters to university dorm students across the road. All the way there are food stalls too, open mostly in morning half. With the new HCMC metro, we could easily catch grab ride to nearest station (National University) to Ben Thanh station, less than 30 mins ride. Can consider again for next stay!

I had a great time my entire stay! The place was fresh and clean and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood was calm but had good and cheap restaurants and grocery stores close. Our host was always helpful with recommendations and made our stay even better! I would definitely recommend this place!

Заселение автоматическое очень простое. В соседнем доме три магазина и кафе. Через дорогу палатка с фруктами и овощами. Рядом мало вегетарианских кафе, только доставка. Шикарный вид из окна на город. Арендодатель отзывчивый и всегда идёт навстречу, если что-то нужно. Уборка регулярная и качественная. атмосфера тихая. Но рядом дорога, бывает шумно. Но нам не принципиально. Горячей воды достаточно, чтобы помыть длинные волосы, и ещё остается. Установлен фильтр для воды. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер. Хорошая стиральная машина. Много полок. С утра и до полудня бывает жарко, так как солнце попадает в окно. Кондо новый и чистый. В лобби оставляют посылки из доставки, если заранее написать об этом доставщикам. Полностью совпадает с фото. Апартаменты достаточно новые. Дизайн не пёстрый, приятный. Жили больше месяца

Couple with two kids really enjoyed our stay! Thúy and her husband were very kind and helpful. Clean, comfortable apartment was everything we needed. We appreciated all the small decorations too. Thank you!!!!

25 dollars a night for such a big room, you get a kitchen, 1 bed, and 1 bath in this location. However, Vietnamese apartments do suffer from a mold issue due to its humidity which is not the airbnbs fault but HappyOne’s fault. Only downside is the fact it is on Dai Lo so it is hard to walk around

조용하고 안정이 보장된 숙소였습니다. 특히 주변에 식당들도 많아서 좋았고 특히 입구에 편의점이 24시간 있어서 편리했습니다. 늦은 시간에 도착해서 많이 피곤했는데 웃으며 반겨주시고 친절하게 설명해주셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. ^^
