I had the most amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh – hands down the best place I've ever stayed! The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city, yet so peaceful and quiet, which made for a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The room itself was beautiful – spacious, well-priced, and straight out of a Pinterest board with all the aesthetic touches. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. Even when there was an electricity blackout in the neighborhood on the first day, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They quickly addressed the issue and made sure we were taken care of. Their level of service was truly impressive. I will definitely be booking this place again the next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh. Highly recommend it!

We had a great time stay at Hang’s place .. the location is strategic connecting to Landmark 81 Mall 👍🏻 below the apartment there is a pharmacy and Xin Fu Tang which my sons like it too. And also there so many convinience store nearby. The host so fast response although I ask him to book a taxi for us at 04.30am in the morning , he also got reply my massage … such a great place to stay then yesterday we plan another trip with my friends to HCM again in early May then I booked Hang’s apartment again .. see u soon again Ho Chi Minh 🇻🇳

The apartment is spacious and very plain and simple with no decoration but is everything you need for a short stay. Great to have the swimming pool across the street (but still in the complex). And rhe security and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in District 2.

Highly recommend. Great location, amazing accomodation with a stunning view and had everything we needed. Any little issues we had Jodie responded quickly and sorted it out for us. We will definately be back on our next visit to HCMC.

Great location and very convenient to travel around Saigon. Nguyen's place is cleaned. She responded to our questions promptly. Her place has extra soft drinks for free. I would refer this place to my friends.

Good location and good price /quality ratio

Nice location, enough space for up to 8 guests, stairs aren’t that high compared to others scramble places in HCM, host provide early check in. But keep in mind there’s a few office on the same building using the same entrance.

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

We had a lovely stay, the studio was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was further from the tourist attractions/main area of district 1 than we realised.

Really enjoyed our 6 days stay here in Saigon at our apartment. Thao was always responsive and the apartment has everything we needed. It is walkable to many restaurants, our favourite is Bun Cha Xuan Tu. We felt safe walking back home even late at night, and the alleys were kept clean at all times. Highly recommend ☺️

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Amazing private room at an up and coming location in Thu Thiem. Highly recommend to all travelers. Huge pool and nice gym facility as well. Very convenient and most importantly quiet neighborhood.

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.

Our group of 12 had an amazing stay at Jennifer Thuc’s Airbnb! The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for a large group, providing both privacy and great common areas to hang out together. Jennifer was a fantastic host—super responsive, accommodating, and helpful with recommendations. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a big group!
