I can only recommend this place, it was a relaxing stay with lots of opportunities for day trips und beautiful surroundings. The host was super helpful and friendly:)

We arrived far too early by a night bus, and while the entire city was still asleep, we found ourselves stranded on the street. But by sheer luck, we discovered this beautiful place with the kindest people. They welcomed us with open arms, helped us find the location, and even arranged an early check-in. The locality was incredibly serene, and the property itself was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed. The tasteful decor and refreshing swimming pool made our stay even more enjoyable. Both the owner and caretaker were exceptional—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. During our stay, I sprained my ankle and was genuinely worried, but they immediately took me to a doctor and even helped us extend our stay. Every little request we had was met with such care and attention that it truly warmed our hearts. This place is so wonderful that the price feels almost too reasonable for the experience it offers. We would love to visit again!

quel séjour incroyable !! ce fut une expérience extraordinaire. nous voulions voir plusieurs aspects du vietman et après quelques jours sur hanoi , cela a été un vrai plaisir de tomber sur cet endroit. c'est magique , bien entretenu, confortable et il y a Thánh et sa femme. on est venu en ayant une idée des visites mais Thánh a su nous aiguiller et proposer des activités. j ai vu en commentaire que certains trouvaient cela cher , oui pour le vietnam c'est un prix mais sincèrement ce qui en ressort en vaut largement le coup. on a passé une journée formidable en sa compagnie et on a pu visiter le coin en vélo avec une vrai expérience locale. Thánh est agréable et prend le temps d expliquer les choses et reste disponible à chaque instant. c'est un hôte formidable je recommande à 100% ce homestay. la cuisine de sa femme est délicieuse et nous avons pu profiter des vélos qui sont prêtés pour visiter et manger à l extérieur. un réel plaisir à venir les yeux fermés

Lived a whole month here in December. Beautiful villa that have everything you need for a comfortable life. There is a lot of space in the bedroom, and the huge living room with kitchen at the first floor. Host comes every day to clean the kitchen and garden. Hosts are very nice. They didn't speak English, but we was able to communicate successfully through Google translate. They even invited us to their family party! Supermarket Winmart is right the next building. In the morning you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables at local market nearby. There is only one cafe and one restaurant in this village. But there are several more restaurants in 10 minutes on bike/bicycle. We had free bicycles (but unfortunately not in the good condition, because the breaks didn't work) Would totally recommend this villa for a long stay, especially if you need calm and cozy space, far from tourists crouds and close to the local life.

Kim's place was absolutely perfect for us to explore Ninh Binh. We stayed in a bamboo bungalow within the resort and the whole place feels very relaxing and peaceful. Kim was very helpful in recommending places to visit and also arranged motorbike hire for us which made things very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Nếu bạn là người yêu thiên nhiên thì rất nên chọn Tràng An Eco Holiday Retreat làm chỗ nghỉ khi tới Ninh Bình. Vị trí thuận tiện ngay sát danh thắng Tràng An, khung cảnh thơ mộng đậm đà bản sắc của làng quê Bắc Bộ. Chủ nhà vô cùng thân thiện và đón tiếp nhiệt tình khiến mình cảm động lắm. Nhất định mình sẽ ghé thăm lần nữa nếu có dịp quay lại Tràng An.

A very good cottage in a amazing garden. Very nice people, good breakfast and a wonderful countryside nearby. Mrs. Le is a very kompetent Landlady, who is Always friendly and helpful. The cooking service was great, we got a very tasty original vietnamese dinner. All the best for Mrs. Le and her Family!

Gia is a very friendly and accomodating host, very responsive even at odd times, the stay is beautiful and people are very helpful
