I really love this place. Rooms are spacious. I like that it is ground level since we have kids and it feels safer. The host is very helpful and friendly. She is always responsive to our questions and needs. We hope to come back to this place again when we are in Vietnam. Thank you Jennifer!

This place is very close to the airport and easy to find it. There are good restraunts and supermarket in the basement to buy daily necessities.

The location was great as it’s not too far from the airport and the main centre. It had lots of amenities including a gym and a pool which were both great and never busy. The room has everything you need including a washing machine and dryer in the room. Having the induction hob means that you have the option to cook your own meals which is a great feature of the apartment, there are also a few nice restaurants in proximity.

I just stayed at Minh Anh's 2-bedroom apartment and was really impressed! She's super friendly and always ready to help like a professional tour guide. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and the bed was so comfy I slept like a baby! If you're looking for a beautiful place with a lovely host, this is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be back next time^^

The surroundings of the place is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for people looking for some quiet time after a day of traveling. Very close to the airport so flying home’s no hassle at all.

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

I travel to HCMC frequently and have stayed at at least 4 major hotels. This was my first Airbnb experience in this city and it was fantastic. Tram's apartment is in the same building as the 5-star Holiday Inn Hotel and as her guest you get to enjoy access to much that the hotel has to offer, including its opulent and bigger-than-olympic-sized pool, its spa and its restaurants. Apartment goers have their own dedicated gym, which is better than those of any of the other hotels I've stayed at an entirely comparable to the Holiday Inn Gym. The room was squeaky clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. While I enjoy eating out, on this occasion I also enjoyed cooking my own meals in the apartment. Any neighbors I crossed paths with in the elevator or corridor were delightful. The prime location of this unit in the middle of the Tan Binh district is another plus. Lastly, Tram was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions during my 3-week stay here. Highly recommend.

The place is clean and comfortable. There is a convenience store right at the gate entrance, and restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Short wait for Grab cars that pick us up right at the building entrance. Highly recommended.
