Pham Viet Chanhエリアにある素敵なホテルでした。 周囲には飲食店が多く、静かなエリアに位置しているため、落ち着いて滞在を楽しむことができます。観光客向けのホテルというよりも、長期滞在に適したホテルという印象を受けました。 また、ホテルの設備も快適で、部屋の清潔さやスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。周辺には日本食レストランやカフェも多く、日本人にも馴染みやすい環境が整っています。 静かで便利なロケーションと居心地の良い空間が魅力的で、ぜひまた訪れたいと思える場所でした。

Hello. The accommodation was very clean and in excellent condition. The 29th floor with great view was especially nice. I would definitely want to stay here again the next time when I visit Ho Chi Minh.

This was a great place to stay our first time traveling to Vietnam. Great neighborhood for visitors. Tuyen was very helpful and responsive and the apartment was as pictured, we had a great experience!

I'm back, the apartment is still as great as the first time I arrived. The bedroom was well soundproofed, the bed was soft and I had a very good sleep. Hoang supported me very enthusiastically, as well as introduced me to fun places around the area

Everything is very well prepared, clean. The bedroom is very good-looking, the balcony space is cool, the view is on the 30th floor. There are full cooking utensils, towels, shampoo. Except that the TV cannot be used because it is not programmed. In particular, the host Yu and her staff are very attentive in guiding me and responding to messages very quickly and necessary. Will come back to Yuhouse when I have the opportunity to come to LM81. This feedback is not written by bot, so please don't worry when booking!

Such a cute hideaway! I was looking for a place to escape the chaos a bit and relax, this place is just perfect! The living room is super cozy and I loved the little chair to chill and read in. The bedroom is quiet and the balcony is a dream! Everything was super clean, the bedsheets smell amazing and the showerpressure is great. Honestly so worth the money!! Really enjoyed my stay. Also the cafe downstairs is so cute and there is an amazing spa just opposite :) My Duyên is super kind and very responsive

Stayed for a week at this AirBNB. This is an incredible property. Thao Dien is a great walkable neighborhood, that compares well to my favorite lived-in urban communities in NYC and DC. Great restaurants. Great coffee nearby. A fantastic gourmet grocery store is STEPS from this rental. The traffic in the area is low to moderate. I felt safe running in the neighborhood. The unit's decor is updated some from the pictures. More plants. Nothing negative. It's very comfortable. The kitchenware is better than many vacation rentals. I liked the outdoor shower in the master bedroom. There are stairs to get into the building; but an elevator to get up to the unit. The street is quiet. Housekeeping came multiple times. Hosts were professional and responsive. We had two key cards provided right away. There is no dishwasher. There is a clothes washer in-unit; but no dryer. The basement garage has a dryer in it that we were invited to use. I would be happy with a long-term stay here.

Loved our stay here! The place was super comfy and spacious for two people. The host really thought of everything, amenities were complete, so we didn’t need to buy anything at all. Location was perfect with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. It’s in a quiet alley, but still easy to find, and even Grab cars could get in with no problem. Plus, there’s a spa and some nice food spots right in the same alley. Everything was super convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time stay at Hang’s place .. the location is strategic connecting to Landmark 81 Mall 👍🏻 below the apartment there is a pharmacy and Xin Fu Tang which my sons like it too. And also there so many convinience store nearby. The host so fast response although I ask him to book a taxi for us at 04.30am in the morning , he also got reply my massage … such a great place to stay then yesterday we plan another trip with my friends to HCM again in early May then I booked Hang’s apartment again .. see u soon again Ho Chi Minh 🇻🇳

This place is exactly as described and in a great location. There are many good restaurants and coffee shops in such a short distance. very peaceful. Our host was so friendly and quick to respond to our enquiries during our stay. highly recommend!

Reasonable price and good area

A very cute unit with a beautiful balcony and a very helpful host. The neighborhood's busy main street is not very walkable, but there are some really great fruit markets around the corner and affordable family-run salons/spas nearby. the coffee shop downstairs is also probs one of the best we had during our stay in Saigon! it is about a 10-15 minute grab ride from the city's center, but it was nice to be away from the tourist bustle.
