Cute apartment! The host left excellent instructions and was quick to respond to messages. The apartment is cozy and has the essential necessities. Location is excellent. Food options galore. Far away from the heavy touristy areas, yet still close to all the main attractions.

We visited the apartment and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance, design, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Special thanks to Tori for his exceptional assistance throughout our visit. The buliding and park area was a highlight—immaculately maintained and perfect for relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a blend of luxury and comfort.

From the get go, Tin was extremely communicative and responsive. When there was anything I wanted to ask about or required, I could trust that it was handled as soon as I messaged Tin. The location is truly the biggest bonus, it is surrounded by many cafes and all the stores that are required. Travel into the city centre is also incredibly easy, and catching a grab was also great with the tower guards who were constantly directing taxis and making our travels easier. Would highly recommend booking a stay with Tin!

Everything was perfect! The apartment and its facilities are heavenly, is really comfy with a fantastic city view. Hung was super nice and always available for questions and help. Our stay was a great experience. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who's planning for a trip to Ho Chi Minh City

Ngoài ra, phòng còn được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi như máy lạnh, nước nóng, và một góc nhỏ pha trà/cà phê rất tiện lợi. I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

True to whats in the picture. The 2 huge TV was a hit. I love the place. close to restaurants and short walk to the metro Train. it's my 2nd time and will definitely come back. Thanks Minh for being a great host

Traveling solo I was very conscious of where I was going to stay, I booked 4 nights originally and ended up extending it to the full 13 nights, Anh was welcoming straight away with recommendations of places to go for food, great tourist places to visit & also many local places too, any questions I had were always answered!, The room was cleaned and spotless everyday, I have never felt more at home and relaxed when being away as I was here. I’ll be coming back for sure as I loved it!! I couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Perfect stay! We stayed in room 101 and loved it. It has its own hard wired WiFi box with fast connection speeds, a lovely little balcony and quiet air-con. Two bottles of complimentary water were in the mini fridge along with 2 travel sized combs, toothbrushes and bars of soap on our bed. Hai was always quick to help whenever we had questions and provided us numbers to call incase we needed assistance in the night. Just before the end of our stay they replaced the mattress with a new 20cm one and in the process refreshed the room for us, changing the sheets and cleaning the floors. Great stay and wonderful people.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

I stayed here for about a month. The accommodation was clean and had no unpleasant odors, which was really nice. The apartment's location and view were excellent, and having convenience stores and restaurants nearby made everything very convenient. The host was kind and provided immediate assistance whenever there were issues. If I come to Ho Chi Minh again, I will definitely stay here

It was clean, bathroom ceiling needs some repairs, it is private, peaceful, no noisy neighbours, the place is pretty, comfortable. The only downside was that, instructions on how to check-in weren't given until I messaged the host, in comparison to all the hosts we had from the past which was smooth all the time. It amazed me that it sent an automated message at the end of your stay, to throw your own trash at the garbage room in the hallway of the 15th floor and to turn off the electric buttons in the control panel of the apartment, but, no automated message on the day we are about to check-in. We are respectful of other's property, but I think, there is no need for the host to give their client's a tasks before leaving, somehow it felt a little off to my husband and my son. They should have someone ti check it by themselves. All in all a pleasant stay, also recommendable. Thanks to the host
