We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

The house was clean and tidy with a large kitchen and separate dining area. all 6 double bedrooms were spacious. The owner responded to messages immediately. The main city centre is on 10 minutes away by taxi. ($2)

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

We were very impressed with the accommodation - it was just as described. As others have said, you need to be prepared for quite a lot of stairs and there is an annoying rooster next door that crows at all hours! But overall a very comfortable stay in a great location.

We were vey happy with our accomodation. It is a little bit offthe main road which is great. Neighbours are a little bit noisy despite their efforts to keep the noise down. Over all great accommodation fairly far away from the touristy part of city but still surrounded with nice places to eat and drink.

Quỳnhさんは最初から最後まで親切で、メッセージのレスポンスもよく、さまざまな質問や相談に乗ってくれました。とても助かりました！ 部屋は縦に長い4階建てで、1フロアにつき1つベッドルームとバスルームがあります。4階まで上るのは大変ですが、バスルームが1人(または2人)に1つあるのはたいへんありがたいです。友達や同僚同士での宿泊にとても適しています。 この部屋の前には公園があって、フレンドリーな人々と、かわいい犬を眺めることを楽しめます。 日本人向けのアドバイス: バスルームは一見トイレだけに見えますが、シャワーがついています。ここでシャワーを浴びます。トイレットペーパーは濡れないように避けておきましょう！

eine sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einer sehr modernen Lage mit viel Restaurant, Supermarkt und Massageauswahl. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist Atemberaubend. Zum District 1 ist es mit dem Grab Taxi ca 15-20 min entfenrnt und kostet 2-3 euro. Der Hausverwalter ist ständig erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

The place is as shown in the advertisement. Gilbert is a very friendly, helpful and can easily engage in conversation and discussion.

Had a Great stay. Staff were Helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and they did my laundry for a small fee . Well worth the price I’ll be coming back

Great unit to stay in D1. Close to convenience store and super market. Walkable to my favourite banh cuon restaurant. Had some issues with the card not working for the lock. Building was well kept. Pool was beautiful, gym was well equipped for a gym rat like myself. Great value.

We were a group of 6 and we had a great stay! The host was extremely responsive and helped me find a bike store before checking in, gave advice on biking in Ho Chi Minh among other things. The aircon wasn't working and they fixed it immediately and it didn't get in our way of our agenda. I requested for 2 more coffee pods as there were only 4 so they offered to top up or buy us coffee at the restaurant in the building. Building has a great pool, coworking/restaurant space, mani/pedi spa etc. we've been saying we should come back and stay here for the weekend to chill.

Awesome place with amazing views and a great location. My friends and I loved it. Rooms are spacious and kept clean. Only thing we didn’t like was the entrance guard. They are unwelcoming and confrontational.

perfect stay if looking something in ho chi Minh ,at the very last moment we came across kungs apartment,center of ho chi Minh so it makes a perfect location if you want to go anywhere in ho chi Minh ... luxury apartment ,kung is super friendly and ready to help you with every problem . highly recommended for large groups kung ❤️ thank you so much you are super sweet until next time 🤙

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

I had such a comfortable stay at this place. Exceptional view and golden location with heaps of shops/restaurants located in the neighbourhood. The place clean with minimalism decoration style. I did feel like home!

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Perfect Stay in an Amazing Location! This place was just perfect! It had everything we needed, and the location couldn’t have been better. With supermarkets and restaurants just steps away, convenience was never an issue. Plus, being right next to Landmark 81, one of the tallest buildings in Vietnam, made it even more special. The apartment offered complete privacy, and the host was absolutely wonderful—super responsive and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to my friends. Looking forward to coming back!
