Excellent villa for a family holiday. House is very well maintained, beautiful garden and swimming pool. Location was great - 5 mins from restaurants, supermarket and beach. Hosts were super friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for a holiday in Menorca.

Really great accommodation with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The pool was great for our children and we had a sun awning to sit under in the shade by the pool. Only the 3 terraced houses share the pool so most of the time we had it to ourselves most of the days however the other people were really kind and the children played together. Carlos was fast to respond to any of our requests too. The house is close to the authentic fishing village centre with high quality shops, restaurants and play areas. Also there were swimming zones in the bays in the harbour which is natural inlet. Highly recommend.

We really loved our stay here! The villa was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. The location was also brilliant, a short walk to the beach, and close to both the old and new towns of Binibeca. Laura was really responsive and friendly, even letting us extend our check out time as we had a late flight home. Would definitely recommend!

Très bon séjour. Le lieu est très agréable et bon emplacement. Nous avons beaucoup aimé.

nous avons passé une super semaine en famille chez Maria. Laria qui habite a cote nous a accueilli. la maison est vraiment très grandes parfait pour 8, hyper propre. la piscine est très agréable en taille, agencement, exposition, calme. la route est étroite pour venir lais cela va avec le charme de cette ferme de Minorque. la position de la maison était parfaite pour nous qui avons parcouru toute l'ile. il y a des restaurants dans la ville a cote accessible en 5 mins de voiture, jouable en velo mais pas a pied. calme avec vue sur la campagne, beaucoup de charme. on entend un oeu la route qui passe a 200 mètre mais c'est ok. un bemol, la qualité du wifi pas top y compris le réseau et la qualité des lits etait ok mais peut mieux faire. on reviendra

Fabulous Villa in a great location. The property had everything you could want to make your stay comfortable.

1. Excellent communication with the host! Plus she gave us very helpful and useful advice. 2. Easy for the cab driver to find. 3. Townhouse was just as described. Entry was easy, the house was clean, equipped for cooking(we didn’t use)and came with everything described. 4. The pool was clean and easy to remove the cover which kept it nice a warm(we went in April). It could have used some towels by the pool side. 5. Not too far from the city center. 6. Highly recommend ♥️

The apartment is as beautiful as the photos, in a great location for both exercise and restaurants. Anabel is a kind and communicative host, so the whole experience here could not have been better. Happy to recommend, and we will return, thank you very much Anabel.

Besonders gut gefiel uns: fußläufig erreichbare Altstadt, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Toller großer Kühlschrank und freezer, Betten prima. Natürlich der Patio, auch ideal zum Wäsche trocknen, abends oder morgens da sitzen und essen. Schöne Unterkunft! Gerne wieder!

The house was spacious and clean. It is located in a peaceful location, just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants and by the coastal path. The kitchen has modern appliances and is well equipped. There were pool noodles, water squirters, buckets and spades.

We had a great stay at Mirka‘s and Stefano‘s place. Very nice hosts, beautiful place to spend a week away from home. Some small shops and restaurants within walking distance. For the rest of the island, you‘ll need a car (free parking on premises). We truly enjoyed our stay.

Excelente casa, estaba realmente limpia y con todo lo justo para pasar unos días en Menorca. La ubicación perfecta, cerca de un par de calas muy bonitas y con un mini market en la esquina, que tiene de todo para salir del paso en cualquier urgencia. La casa cumple perfectamente… ideal para una familia de 7 personas cómodas Volvería de nuevo de todas maneras.

Maison agréable à vivre avec une belle terrasse et vue sur mer. Le rooftop offre une tres belle vue mais difficilement accessible l'été avec la chaleur. la maison est très bien équipée. Pour se baigner nous avons aimé une petite crique dont le chemin part en haut de la rue (15 minutes à pieds) mais notre plage préférée était à Alcalfar. Il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture. Noelia et Patrick ont toujours été réactifs et de bons conseils.

Una casa increíble donde nos sentimos como en casa! Comunicación muy fluida y poder hacer un late checkout nos permitió disfrutar mucho más de la estancia! Recomiendo 100%

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement qui est idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les instructions et les recommandations sont très claires. De nombreux parkings gratuits sont proches du logement. L’appartement est entièrement équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour. De plus nous recommandons le gastro Bar Chez Clementine qui se situe à quelques minutes à pied qui est excellent avec un personnel très agréable

Todo perfecto, Lidia muy amable, la casa muy bien situada, muy limpia y cómoda. Repetiremos si volvemos a Menorca.

Mon mari et moi avons été très heureux dans cette grande maison et très bien accueillis par Lola et Miquel, deux personnes gentilles, disponibles et très réactives! La prochaine fois nous prendrons un logement un peu plus petit, en effet nous avons sous estimé l’espace de cette habitation qui est parfaite pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour à Minorque, proche des plus belles plages de l’île.

We had a really wonderful time staying in Andrew and Elise Joy’s beautiful house. It is ideally situated to explore magical Menorca. There is all you need by foot from the property- beach, restaraunts, shops etc. We had a car and managed to explore the whole island very easily from there. The house itself is very comfortable and clean and loved the style. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the terrace and the (very clean) pool and jacuzzi. Communications were super easy and helpful and they gave excellent local tips. We really appreciated our stay and highly recommend this property! We were four adults and one child and there was plenty of space given the two bathrooms - it worked really well. Thank you Andrew and Elise Joy - we hope to come back!

Carlo was a such friendly and welcoming host! His communication was always positive and reactive so we really felt at home. We loved the place overall. It has a beautiful and peaceful garden to spend hours with friends. Hope we'll come back to this lovely island & place some day!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile in questa splendida casa a Minorca. Siamo una famiglia composta da un papà e tre ragazzi giovani, e questa casa ha superato ogni aspettativa. Spaziosa, accogliente e con un giardino magnifico e curato in ogni dettaglio, ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa. È evidente che questa casa è stata amata e curata da una famiglia prima di noi e che continua a farlo nel tempo con grande dedizione. Juanjo , l'host, è stato incredibilmente disponibile, permettendoci di anticipare il check-in e posticipare il check-out, e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per esplorare l'isola. La cucina super attrezzata è stata un vero paradiso per noi che amiamo cucinare. Abbiamo potuto preparare i nostri piatti preferiti come se fossimo a casa, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. La nostra esperienza a Minorca è stata resa perfetta anche grazie a questa casa meravigliosa. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! oltretutto la spiaggia è veramente vicina!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, well-stocked and clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely (with a great view!), within walking distance to some great restaurants in Cala Torret. Grégoire and France were wonderful hosts, very helpful and responsive. We'd definitely stay here again.
