Such a beautiful house which looked even better in person. Katy greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch & was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is furnished beautifully & is in a great location with Newmarket high street less than 10mins away. We also went into Cambridge which was only a 25min drive. We would love to return, thank you!

Fab little place, had everything you needed and more. Super easy to find, and Laura’s instructions were really helpful and easy to understand. Location was perfect, half an hours walk from Cromer and a stones throw away from East Runton beach. Will definitely be back

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

The host Jamie and Wendy made this amazing stay even better, host were very responsive and also gave a nice hamper when we booked (Prosecco went down a treat), the home is beautiful and the children really did not want to leave, all in all a great stay and will 100000% stay again

Wow, we just loved our stay here with our family. Fantastic location and we will miss watching the ships come in, such an amazing view & loved being so close to the sea. Amanda went above & beyond to make sure we had all we needed, nothing was too much trouble, she truly took care of us as her quests, . A truly fantastic host, we will recommend to our family who love to visit the beautiful beach of Gorleston! Some great restaurants are within walking distance, we wished we could have stayed longer. Lee's place was absolutely beautiful. The place itself was clean and spacious for the children to play games. The added bonus of having such beautiful views made it well worth the visit. We loved the short walk down to the beach for the children and dog to enjoy. We would certainly love to visit again.

We arrived in the dark and the area is very rural and so peaceful. We met Donna whilst taking the dog on a stroll around the farmland. Advised to take a good torch if walking at night. Lovely local pubs but a decent walk away, great villages and takeaways in nearby villages a 5 minute drive away. we stayed in and cooked a lovely meal the first night, perfect for a remote and quiet romantic stay, was sad to leave.

This isn't our first stay at Ruth's property and I'm sure it won't be our last. Honestly one of the nicest and responsive hosts we've had the pleasure of interacting with whilst being on Airbnb. This will be our chosen destination whenever we're in Lowestoft. Couldn't thank you enough Ruth for you're incredible professionalism and hospitality. Highly Recommend this place!
