My friends and I had a very pleasant stay. We were within driving distance of many fun activities and shops on the island. The house was clean and there was lots of seating. We took advantage of the hot tub, kitchen, and tv. I liked the big ottoman for playing games. Would stay again!

This Eastsound home on Cascade Bay, adjacent to Rosario Resort, is a perfect San Juan Island getaway. Despite the resort's proximity, it's extremely quiet and private. The view of the bay and marina from the deck is wonderful, offering a picturesque backdrop. The home is comfortable, spacious yet cozy, and well-appointed with thoughtful details. The bathrooms are stocked with soaps and lotions, and the kitchen is fully equipped with herbs, spices, and cooking oils. High-quality linens, including towels, sheets, and comforters, add a touch of luxury. The location is ideal for walks and hikes, with Moran State Park nearby. We enjoyed hiking around the beautiful Cascade Lake. A minor downside was the 4 pm check-in and the lack of response to our request for an earlier check-in. However, the 10 am checkout was convenient for our ferry schedule. Travel Tip: Plan your trip to Orcas Island in advance. Secure ferry reservations through the Washington State Dept of Transportation website

Beautiful view of the north side of the island. Well stocked kitchen, fun private beach, lots of fun extra touches around the house. A lot bigger than the listing, was a great place for a home base and we can't wait to stay again. Responsive host.

An absolute gem! If you want solitude, need to replenish your soul's serenity, or simply want astounding views, then book this place ASAP! Matthew is a considerate host, leaving wine and snacks and calling to check in on you to make sure all is going smoothly. I hope to return again...sooner rather than later!

Absolute gem of a place! From the clean, cozy house to the sprawling yard down to the beach. This is an exceptional place to have a family getaway. The hosts are so responsive and helpful as well. We’ll definitely be back (again!)

Bec was a great host. Myself and some friends were travelling to Bellingham for the weekend and wanted a relaxing spot. The place was perfect

The North Beach Inn was the perfect stay for our trip to Orcas Island. Waking up to the beach in the morning and watching the wildlife like the seals and bald eagles was a nice way to start the day. We played the board games provided and had a wonderful fire on the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot to my friends!

Linda and Brad were very communicative and helpful during our stay. The view was gorgeous even though it was cloudy. We saw Mt Baker one afternoon, which was amazing. The space is clean and well equipped. Our doggie appreciated the fenced and unfenced yard, and greeting one of their dogs.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Sandy Point Beach House. It is one of our very favorites. The setting is magical and will make you relax whether you want to or not. The view is mesmerizing and hypnotic. This quaint little cottage has everything you need to spend a day or an extended stay. Dawn is a delightful host and readily responds to your needs. We will be back soon!

Connie's place is the perfect place to go to unplug. Very quiet, easy to get to, cozy and still close to all the local things. The water is steps away and you can fall asleep to the waves crashing onto the beach. The mornings are wonderful to just sit in the living room with your coffee and watch the sun come up and the area wake up before heading out. Connie was very responsive and suggested places to eat in Anacortes. Highly recommend !

Me and my Girlfriend had the most wonderful peaceful time at Susan’s Cottage! The surrounding restaurants were great and lots to do! We both loved to walk and see the amazing Gorgeous shoreline! Also a hidden treasure that I wanted to see was the house they used from the movie Tron legacy which can be viewed during your walk along the shore. For anyone wondering Susan is a Lovely host and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home! And if you were thinking about inviting your parents over there is plenty of parking and lovely space to sit down and converse! Also the backyard is lovely and peaceful to sit down and just relax thinking about life. Out of all the Airbnb I have stayed at I felt right at home and was well worth it! Can’t wait to come back and I hope if your reading this you will enjoy the peaceful time me and my girlfriend had there! Until next time Thankyou Susan!!!

Richard was a great host and the suite was very comfortable. I had to make a last minute booking to cover for night shift and Richard was responsive and helpful. The area is beautiful and the suite was clean, quiet and private. The bed was comfortable and there were blackout curtains to accommodate for my sleep schedule. The water pressure in the shower was terrific and the kitchenette was small but perfect for my needs. Overall, I had a great experience and would 100% recommend.

Beautiful view! Wonderful well kept yard, amazing experience all around, even when the weather was cold and stormy! Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic stay in Eastsound. Lydia’s place has an amazing location close to all amenities yet away from noise. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved that our dog Neve was able to join. Lydia was also kind to let us visit her farm on the other side of the island. Our girls had a blast with the goats, pigs, chickens and organic garden. Thank you Lydia!

Great location that is about a 45 second walk from the beach. Lots of rain that weekend, but relaxing inside with Java and a book is even better on a rainy day. The very short walk to the beach makes it very easy to go out during the breaks in the rain for some wandering. Everything is as described and we really like that the kitchen had all the tools needed to make a couple great meals. Barleans in Ferndale had some great halibut we cooked up ourselves for dinners. Plenty of accessible storage for guests so we could set up quick and keep the place uncluttered. Went to lunch at Drayton Oyster Co. had some great grilled oysters for lunch. This place is Very comfortable and peaceful, which is what we look for a weekend away. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent a great weekend on Lummi Island. This house is right across the street from a private neighborhood beach and was great for watching the sunset and hanging out by the water. At night, we enjoyed using the wood stove and the kitchen was well-equipped allowing us to enjoy our dinners and breakfasts - there are not many restaurant options on the island. We would stay here again.

Cabin was super cozy and beach was super close! Beautiful views of the sunset and I slept like a rock in the bed. Kara was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay greatly.

As described and more! So many thoughtful details, an amazing renovation and such a peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect weekend getaway to unwind. Jeannie was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely visit again.

Teri’s cabin is perfect! She has gone to tremendous length to ensure every small detail for your stay will be perfect. From the heated bathroom floors, to the perfectly weighted comforters, to the beautifully stacked and dried firewood, your enjoyable stay is her priority. The cabin is maintain in pristine condition and loving details are in every space. Amazingly, she does this while also ensuring the space is void of any clutter. While I was there with my sister and nephew, I feel this space is suited for lovers seeking a special space to connect and enjoy nature. The meadow is beautiful at dusk and dawn and I strongly recommend an evening fire. Eastsound is a short drive where great local shops, wine tasting and restaurants are available. Orcas Island has beautiful hikes, parks, and walking trails available for your enjoyment. I cannot recommend Teri’s cabin enough. Thank you for a perfect adventure.

We had an absolutely lovely family Thanksgiving at Wine Down, due in large part to the very well equipped kitchen, large dining table, cozy atmosphere, great variety of board games and responsiveness of the host! Check in and out times were very flexible, taking the pressure and rush off of our family time. Super responsive host with great information. Even though Point Roberts isn’t typically considered a fall or winter destination location, it proved to be the perfect spot and the perfect clean, cozy, spacious home for our family holiday. With its proximity to pretty robust Canadian towns, the local wildlife (bald eagles!), friendly townsfolk and 5 star host, would happily stay at Wine Down again!
