Alyssa’s house far exceeded our expectations! We had a Thanksgiving celebration there with our 5 grown kids, two in-laws, and 2 young grandkids. Nine of us stayed in the house, and it very comfortably accommodated us all. If you need a place to cook and actually spend time, I would not hesitate to suggest Alyssa’s place! Her kitchen is well stocked with everything you probably need as far as utensils, cookware, serving options, and basic spices, oils, etc. Alyssa is generous with towels, extra blankets, Kleenex, etc. She responded very quickly to the few questions we had. It snowed overnight while we were there, and Alyssa immediately was out shoveling and salting. When we arrived on the first evening, the fireplace was lit and a beautiful goody basket was welcomed us. Thank you, Alyssa! We hope to return at some point!

Wow, what can I say. This place was amazing. Private and quite not noisy at night, located downtown 5 miles from everything. The house was clean when arrived and it was quite spacious. Beautiful stay.

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

I have stayed at many air b and b’s and this one by far exceeded our expectations. It was super clean and decorated beautifully. It had a huge back porch and backyard which we didn’t use we it was winter. The rooms were very clean and super comfortable. The kitchen is huge and had everything you need to feel like home. She got back to us anytime we had a question really fast. The family room is perfect for family movie nights. We would for sure stay there again!

Nice little get away. They have a cute little pond right outside of the place, when you look out the window you see the water, it’s very nice. It was pretty cold when we went but still had a great time. The owners house is on the property but they stick to themselves which is nice, we thought we were going to see them/ hear them way more than what we did. Property does have a bit of walking area, however most of the property was dug up cornfields and muddy so we didn’t walk through that. Overall the place was nice and I would book again once it’s a little warmer.

I love all of Eileen's properties. Always creative, super clean and comfortable. This is the third house I have rented. This one does not disappoint! Super clean, three lovely spotless bedrooms and comfortable recliners in the living room. Eileen's artwork is throughout and she did such a lovely job on this one. I will be back for sure. The neighborhood is very peaceful and we slept well. Eileen is a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

Incredible place! The view is amazing! Nice coffee shops and hiking trails nearby. Wonderful for peace and relaxation. Hope to return!

Stay was fantastic. We had three adults and one child. The upstairs room was perfect for our 8 year old. Our visit was shorter and we would have loved to spend more in the swim spa and "clubhouse" area. We do have family in Port Austin and we can envision more visits up and will stay again if available and Julie would have us. My father did have some allergy related issues due to pets being welcomed, so that may be a concern based on your allergy situation. The only other item I could nitpick is the water pressure in the main bathroom would make a pretty loud noise when taking a shower, so if other guest were trying to sleep it could be an issue. It came and went and we were so tired we managed to sleep around it. Those two things are the only things I could "nitpick" at, and you really gave to search to find something negative about this place. It was great. Clean, plenty of top notch amenities, appliances, and cooking options. Hosts were nice and responsive if needed.

The apartment was a great value – clean, modern, and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet, even within an apartment building. The check-in process could have been smoother, and the kitchen amenities were a bit sparse (no toaster, for example), but overall, it was a solid stay and met our needs.

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

This home was a wonderful place to stay while we explored the Lansing area. The hosts went over and above to make us feel welcome. The home and yard were lovely and clean. The directions were clear and concise. It was a blessing to be welcomed into this home!

Beautiful clean home, beautiful yard and pool. Very spacious, fit our family of 6 very well, plenty of room. This is our 4th time renting from Colleen. Twice here and twice at the lake house. We will definitely rent from her again. She has beautiful homes. Thank you Colleen!

My husband and his brothers and friends came for a bachelor “party” relaxation weekend and they absolutely loved it! Maen was very informative, friendly, and had great communication which lead to a great weekend. The house was clean and the property was great with a shooting range outside on the property for them to use that they enjoyed. I know they would go back if there was the opportunity to. Highly recommend this stay!

This was a wonderful place forme to stay with my dog. The large grounds were wonderful and the privacy made it so easy for me to keep him off leash.

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

this airbnb was one of my first ones that I stayed at Danielle is a very good host very responsive and on top of things would highly recommend!

This was by far one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever rented. Thomas and Karen were kind and excellent hosts - their response times were lightening-fast, they answered all of our questions before booking, and addressed any minor issues we had during our 2-month stay quickly. They even sent us a baby bath for our infant son! Their home is comfy, spacious, and fully-stocked with essentials, linens, DVDS, and games for a comfortable stay. The kitchen especially has everything you could possibly need! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Our dog had lots of room to run in the backyard and beyond in the lake bed. Even without the lake, the view is scenic and feels very private. Thomas and Karen were so welcoming — we highly recommend their home!

The cabin was far more than we could've expected! Cozy, yet spacious, pristine, so clean, and had all of the extras-- every appliance you could ever need, games, technology, and most of all the most beautiful log cabin. The property was HUGE, and both of the lakes (esp the large one, wow) were gorgeous. Tony did a wonderful job creating this oasis that thankfully has been shared with all who are fortunate enough to find it. What a legacy. My daughters, their significant others and I had the best time at the cabin and in Frankenmuth. We're from Ohio and this little jaunt up north was a Christmas present getaway for my kids. It will hold a special place in our hearts always. We have talked about other events that we could host at the cabin, and we very well may return! What a gem you have to share in Tony's Place.

Wow! Deb's pug Cottage was an exceptional home away from home. Deb has thought of all the amenities and very clean. We especially enjoyed the privacy of the property with a beautiful and peaceful location. We made great use of the beautiful weather by utilizing the Outdoor patio. The house was very clean with an open concept in the kitchen, dining, and living room. Not only did we enjoy our stay, but our small, senior "golden girls" (fur babies) had a great time in the spacious backyard. Our golden girls are a huge part of our family so it was nice knowing they could travel with us in the last of their senior years. Additionally, my handicapped sister especially enjoyed and made great use of the luxury recliner. Deb greeted us with a handwritten welcoming note with restaurant recommendations. We utilized the recommendation for pizza and was not disappointed. With such an enjoyable experience at Pug Cottage, we already know that we will be looking forward to future stays.

Quiet and restful. You'd never know the family lives adjacent to the place. Would have spent more time on the large deck if the weather had been better. Small kitchen, but it had everything one would need to put together a meal if needed.
