Our 2 families had a great stay. Nice weekend getaway, close to our boys’ basketball tournament. Lots of room for 8 of us and if felt like home!

Abigail’s place was absolutely perfect for us!! It is immaculate and so tastefully decorated. Perfect home away from home. We’ll be back!!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood, and accomodated our family very well while we were visiting the area. The house is older, but everything was clean and tidy!

Beautiful Airbnb! The atmosphere inside was so zen and relaxing. It smelled great, too! Outside, we enjoyed the hot tub and deck. Perfect spot for a Momcation with friends.

This Airbnb is amazingly spacious and squeaky clean!! WOW!! Our family loved our time here and we were so incredibly comfortable. Every thoughtful detail is covered. Quick drive to all the fun activities in the community. We all had a great time, just wish we could have stayed longer.

Being our first Airbnb experience, Red Door Retreat exceeded our expectations!! It was so much fun staying there, great for all ages! My husband, 2 teenage boys, and myself wanted an extended weekend getaway by a cute town and a fun home. Well, we had a blast, playing games like foosball, basketball, Pac-Man arcade games and lots of games on the infinity table. We spent lots of time in the hot tub, made smores and relaxed and laughed by the fire, and I loved swinging in the gravity chair by the front window. It was nice lounging on the comfy couch and my husband loved the huge TV above the fireplace. The rooms were so beautifully decorated too, each with its own theme. We all loved the restful sleeps we got with the memory foam mattresses. Kyle’s attention to detail and added bells and whistles (extras) were even more than we expected! The location was great too! Plenty of great restaurants and attractions. Can’t wait to check out Kyle’s other locations! Best Host Ever! -Deb & fam

Great and comfortable homey place !!

Fantastic little cottage. Super clean and conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops and markets. So many farm stands in the area. I visited an Amish grocery store daily for provisions. Back country is beautiful. So many farms and beautiful landscapes. The horse and buggies passing just outside the front door was a treat. MaMarilyn was super friendly and quick to respond to messages. Would love to stay here again.

We felt right at home. The surroundings were beautiful and the house met our expectations. The yard was great for the dog, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, going shopping, eating out and riding the nearby train. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals when we wanted some peace and quiet. It was a great getaway!

We were looking for a quiet location for the night while we attended the Men of Velvet and Steel Conference close by. This location and house fit those needs very well. Everything was nicely decorated and very clean. This would be a real nice house for a romantic getaway. The Pa turnpike is very close, but does not interfere with quietness overnight. We all slept very good!

Our host was very supportive and helpful in accommodating our needs. My family will definitely be staying at this location in the future.

The location of the house was perfect! We loved our stay and the kids appreciated the sandbox, swing set and the toys in the basement. We did run into an issue with the code not working on the door but it was rectified after messaging the host. Overall it was a great stay!

Beautifully decorated house with all amenities close to everything that's fun to do in the city of Lancaster.

Although we have stayed in many rentals, this "home away from home" was the best by far. It was the perfect, peaceful get-away for a trip. Everything was explained. And while in many homes someone has to stay in the "not so nice" bedroom, each room was modern, equally beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Each bedroom even had its own sound machine to help you fall asleep if you're not used to the quiet of the countryside. It was magical to wake-up every morning to the horses and chickens on the property. One could even feed the chickens! It was delightful to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or play games at night in the sun room while enjoying the nature surrounding us. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything one could imagine. They even had a delightful coffee and tea bar! All of the bathrooms had everything we needed including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. It was close to all of the tourists sites such as Sight and Sound, buggy tours, etc. We didn't want to leave!

Great place really near Lancaster East area. There is a target close by and tons of other stores to get what you need. It’s close to Bird-in-Hand and Dutch Wonderland. It felt very central to us and we could have walked to Target if needed. The house is great. It’s comfortable and has a lot of great space. The kids really loved the playroom and it was easy to let them run around after moving a few decorative breakables out of the way. The couches are comfortable for a family movie night and the kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need to make a great dinner. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and cozy. We would definitely book here again!

The house was spacious, clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. Michelle was there to greet us when we arrived and was easy to communicate with if we needed anything. She is a very good host with a beautiful house. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary K’s cottage! She was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early, which made our arrival so much easier. The cottage was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Mary K’s hospitality truly stood out and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with a thoughtful host!

Edna’s place felt like stepping into a real-life Pinterest board—beautifully curated with thoughtful details and a cozy atmosphere that made for a truly relaxing stay. While I was in town visiting family, the hot tub became my nightly ritual for unwinding. I also really appreciated the towel warmer in the bathroom—there’s nothing better than wrapping up in a warm towel right after a shower.

Beautiful place with amazing host! Highland cottage is tucked away down a long uphill driveway enclosed on private, higher ground with gorgeous sunset views. Three “string light” lit porches visible from the multiple windows with a bbq area, rocking chairs and enough grass to run around or mediate. You will feel so safe! Open concept kitchen with attached living room to entertain and a table for two to have your morning brew. The family room in the basement is perfect for a cozy movie night. Bedrooms are well spaced and private on 1st , 2nd floor and basement. This place has everything you need and you won’t want to leave. Come to visit Lancaster or just come away and stay here because this property is special and this is truly home. Airbnb’s top 11/10!
