Having all of the "beach things " available was very helpful! The backyard was very nice. We walked many places and enjoyed being close to the beach. Check In and Out was very easy.

We had a fantastic time at KC's place! He was very prompt with his responses and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was spacious, private, and offered a stunning view. We requested the pool to be heated, and it was wonderfully warm—far better than other Airbnb experiences we've had. The house itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We also felt very safe in the area. We would absolutely love to return to KC's house and highly recommend it

House was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. Communication was great with the owner. Perfectly accommodated our family and location was great. We loved that Better Buzz was within walking distance for a coffee! Grocery store and restaurants also close by. Would highly recommend this rental!

Great location. Pool and hot tub as advertised. Good value. Could use a little sprucing up cosmetically (scuffed walls) and the TV's were a little confusing (lots of remotes, no instructions). But overall an excellent stay. Would book again. Highly recommend.

Miguel's AIRBNB was beautiful. The backyard was gorgeous and the interior was clean and clutter free. The arcade machines took me back to my childhood and I really enjoyed lounging in the pool. Cowles Mountain is a great nearby attraction if you want a bit of hiking and there's a nice coffee shop just up the road as well. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a safe and clean location. We had no problem driving to Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach for dinner or exploration. Thank you for the amazing stay 🙏🏽

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was a great, clean space! Our only minor complaint is that there weren't spare sheets/pillows and there was only 1 roll of paper towels when we arrived at the Airbnb. Otherwise an amazing time! Lacee was also quick to reply to any questions and provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out

Another Perfect Stay! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as the first! The place is always spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches make it feel like a home away from home. This home offered a solution to a lot of items we were looking to check off: - friendly & responsive host - large enclosed back yard with awesome pool and hot tub - we lucked out with the outdoor kitchen! - beautiful home with lots of rooms - close to a lot of places we were visiting - quiet neighborhood We had such a lovely time! Would definitely return!!

Great place to stay with my family for a week while celebrating a wedding. Location is very walkable to stores, restaurants and both the bay side and ocean side beaches. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels and sand toys for our needs. The baby gates at each stairway were a very welcomed feature. A large dining table allowed us plenty of space for eating and later playing cards. The house was clean, well stocked and Michael very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we were back that way!

Very quiet secure spot in gated area. Short uber rides to either San Diego or the airport. Loved the readily accessible parking inside the gated area. Very hospitable host.

The location is perfect! The ability to walk to the beach in the morning and walk to restaurant's and bars at night was so convenient and cool. The cottage was super cute. It was stocked with everything you need. The beds were also comfortable. It was perfect for our stay in Ocean Beach. The host had great communication He sent detailed information and made himself available if needed. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property.

Me and my family had a great stay at Andrew’s apartment! The large patio is a huge plus. If you like peace and quite at night it really and mean really is quite after 10pm, near where the apartment is. And location is on spot as well, you have 2 beaches in either side of you in a walking distance, one is on the bay and the is facing the ocean. I would recommend anyone to stay at Andrew’s place!

Charming little Cottage in a perfect, downtown La Jolla location. Walk to anything. La Jolla Cove and beaches. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance.

Wonderful spacious house for a family vacation. The location was convenient to attractions and we enjoyed the backyard, soaking up the California sun.

It matched the description perfectly and looked just like the beautiful photos. Throughout my time there, the host communicated exceptionally well, making sure everything was just right. Loved the location and accessibility to the nearby coffee shop. We ventured out and utilized the MTS system and were close to bus stops. The patio was nice for late mornings and we appreciated having the bikes to use.

We rented this for my sister’s bachelorette and it was PERFECT! It was decorated very beautifully and was clean!

They were responsive, beds were very comfortable, the space in the house was great, my son enjoyed the living room upstairs where he could play his video games. My only issue was check in time at 5pm seems so late.

The neighborhood is good. Fruit trees in the yard were a bonus. Loved the patio space. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Carlos was easy to communicate with.

Noel and Linda’s place was perfect for our family. We had Thanksgiving there, and a couple of other family days as well and it was so nice to be so close to the beach and have space to play games and gather inside. I would absolutely stay again, and maybe even rent the upstairs and downstairs at the same time. Thank you Noel and Linda, we had a great time!

This is a well maintained clean house with a gorgeous outdoor patio and peaceful views. We appreciated the different outdoor spaces where family members could relax in the shade, play tennis, cool off in the pool or cook dinner on the grill. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located about 20 minutes from many beautiful surfing beaches and parks. We loved morning beach trips, and the outdoor shower was perfect for easy clean up. Although the owners live on site in the other half of this large residence, we only saw them when we happened to leave the driveway at the same time. Overall a very calm & peaceful place for a San Diego trip.
