Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

My parents really enjoyed their stay here. They found Sean’s place very comfortable and immediately felt right at home. The location was great for getting out and about, which is something my parents love to do. Sean even reached out during my parent’s stay to ask me how they were doing and if there was anything they need. Very pleased with experience they had.

We stayed a month and would do it again! We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect! The building has a sushi place and craft beer gastro pub right in the building. Across the street is a very good gastro pub as well. It's waking distance to the little Italy central with great shops, restaurants, and wine boutiques. The unit itself is a large studio, and it was perfect! Modern and spotless. Free of clutter yet well appointed. The bed was amazing! Exactly as pictured. Our hosts were very responsive when needed, which wasn't often. Perfect for a couple. We hated to leave. The parking was secure and the space was right outside of the unit. So handy! Highly recommend. We will stay again!!!

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Stayed at Zoe’s place for the weekend. It was super clean and was a nice location, close drive to gas lamp! She was very quick at getting back to us. Would stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected based on the home description and other reviews. Cozy home, very quiet neighborhood (we’re light sleepers and there was no noise at night) , close walk to the ocean, and a small grocery store and restaurants a few minutes walk away. One of the reasons I chose this home was that it seemed really good for families with small children and it was! Nice thick mattress for the crib, baby bathtub, good high chair, lots of buckets and shovels for the beach, and a basket of toys which my baby loved using since we didn’t bring many with us. Read a bunch of reviews that commented on difficulty parking. We rented a Kia Telluride and had no issues. We backed in and still had extra space.

Beatrice's cottage was just perfect for our week long stay in San Diego. The sofa and recliner were super comfortable,as was the bed. We were delighted to that she, like me, is a coffee/tea afficianado so no matter what kind of coffee system you use - she's got you covered. The bed was very comfortable as was the daybed (which came in handy as our daughter joined us for 2 nights during our stay). The entire home was clean well appointed with anything you could possibly need. Beatrice left super clear directions for everything! There is a very private fenced in patio , which we didn't really use because it was unseasonably chilly when we were ethere, but in nicer weather I would have very much enjoyed it. We bought our sweet little yorkie with us, and she was quite comfortable and happy as well.

This place worked perfect for us while visiting family in the area. Melissa was very quick to respond to any questions, checked on us after check in to make sure everything was ok and asked if we needed anything. We would stay here again when visiting family in the area. Check in and out was easy and Melissa was very responsive and was very friendly.

Miguel's AIRBNB was beautiful. The backyard was gorgeous and the interior was clean and clutter free. The arcade machines took me back to my childhood and I really enjoyed lounging in the pool. Cowles Mountain is a great nearby attraction if you want a bit of hiking and there's a nice coffee shop just up the road as well. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a safe and clean location. We had no problem driving to Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach for dinner or exploration. Thank you for the amazing stay 🙏🏽

Nikesh’s place felt like right at home. The vibes were immaculate. We love the patio seating in the front and in the back of the home. The parking was a little complicated to get to as it was a tight drive in, but Nikesh provided a video with clear instructions on how to park in front of their home. If you’re a new driver, it can be a little intimidating! Overall, our stay was amazing!

This is a well maintained clean house with a gorgeous outdoor patio and peaceful views. We appreciated the different outdoor spaces where family members could relax in the shade, play tennis, cool off in the pool or cook dinner on the grill. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located about 20 minutes from many beautiful surfing beaches and parks. We loved morning beach trips, and the outdoor shower was perfect for easy clean up. Although the owners live on site in the other half of this large residence, we only saw them when we happened to leave the driveway at the same time. Overall a very calm & peaceful place for a San Diego trip.

Our stay was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location was close to downtown, and a good walk to get to a lot of places. Only downside was being able to hear the tenants above our unit, as they were loud and we heard every time they were walking or doing anything, but otherwise a great stay! It was clean, spacious for the two of us, and we never had issues with wifi, or when coming and going. Will stay there again if Im ever back in San Diego. Vivian was a great host and was always responsive when we messaged her, and made sure to check in to see how our arrival went and everything.

I had an awesome stay at this Airbnb! It checked all the boxes—great location, just a 10-min walk to Little Italy and easy access to I-5. The home was exactly as described, in a safe neighborhood, and all rooms had smart TVs. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The only minor issues were parking, which was tricky on some days. The only other minor issue was that the internet needed resetting every few days as it stopped working. A quick reset did the trick each time. on the plus side, it pushed me to explore local coffee shops! Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Everything in the listing is accurate and as described. Clean, secure and quiet. Location was perfect for our needs with plenty of restaurants, coffee places and shopping close by. Short distance to Balboa Park and downtown San Diego.

Thomas was a good host. Although it took us a while to connect, once we connected, he was very responsive. Overall good experience, though the watered down soap was a bit weird. Parking was expensive but that’s the area. Would recommend to anyone staying in Gaslamp.

What a wonderful surprise this place was! We came to town for an event and stumbled on this listing. It was a beautiful clean space, and just steps away from a huge glorious beach. We took a long walk on the beach and saw seal pups, many people picnicking with their kids, a wedding, and a stunning sunset. The coffee place around the corner was also delicious with a friendly vibe. The kitchen was well stocked when we made a dish for a potluck and the unit has 2 bathrooms which feels like a rare feature. We would happily come back again.

Exceptional location and a very fitting place for our family of 4. Close to everything we love about the area including the beach, scripps, shops , cafes, and restaurants. Parking was easy and private and the space was great for storing our surfboards and gear. The private outdoor area was sunny and relaxing, although we could have used more lounging areas out there...but then we may have never left. Host was very accommodating to our schedule shifts and we really appreciate her flexibility. Can't wait to go back!

Great location and access. Lea was very repsonsive with answering questions. I've rented plenty of beach houses over the years and when you hear "Condo" you might think of classic condo where you share a big common wall. Not the case here. You have the entire back half of the house, while the other tenants have the front. The good thing about this setup is you are the only one walking on top of yourself. Garage is separated - not shared - so no stress about your neighbor taking up too much space with a big SUV. Beach chairs, boogy boards, washer/dryer all make this much easier than to have to bring all that yourself (okay you are not bringing a washer/dryer... but less clothes because of it!) Would rent again.

Well located Airbnb matching the description. Easy checkin and clean apartment. In middle of little Italy with many restaurants and bars close by. A good deal for business travel, short distance to convention center (15-20 min with car/Uber/public transport)
