The house was nice, just as pictures showed and in a good area. Perminder was good at communicating and getting back to us and was always friendly. We had a lovely stay.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

staying here was a great experience. the property is in an excellent location. The little touches made all the difference with things like bin bags and dishwasher tablets provided, great bedding, fluffy towels, it was all excellent and well worth the price. Sarah was responsive when I initially contacted her about check in and the whole air BnB experience was great. highly recommend!

Great house in a fantastic location just yards from the beach. Plenty of space for all the adults, two children and two dogs. Rosie thought of everything including a nice box of goodies like bread, pastries, biscuits and milk on arrival. House was well stocked with toys and games and everything you need for a seaside holiday. Friends are already taking about returning.

Well equipped, extremely comfortable with lots of room including two living rooms so people could do their own thing. Good position, corner shop nearby but walking distance to city centre and to also to major supermarkets. Car parking space for 3 cars was useful. Highly recommended.

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

Antonia is the perfect host, clear instructions, friendly and very welcoming to their family home. Their home is beautifully thought out inside and out. Nice personal touches around the home, which makes it feel like a home from home. The view from the bedroom was again thought through well, nice touch! Ideal location for couples or family gatherings. Location is ideal spot for a peaceful getaway, just a few minutes away from the local beach. We will definitely be returning! This was a trip down memory lane for my 92yr old mother. she has mobility issues but managed the few steps upto the hallway. The accomodation was lovely clean and warm. we enjoyed the onside parking and also enjoyed the walks down to South Parade pier as my mum reminisced about her early years. A great time was had by all of us. The apartment felt homely my mum was well impressed. Thank you Jane for a lovely time. Pete and family.

Can't recommend here enough. The perfect place to stay on the Isle of Wight. Right in the heart of Shanklin, beside gorgeous thatched pubs and tea rooms and a short walk from a gorgeous beach. Also, conveniently located right beside a car park. The apartment itself is also gorgeous, nothing but good to say - really enjoyed our stay.

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

A really lovely flat in a beautiful location. I have stayed before with family but went back again as it was so nice. Karen is a great host, very easy to contact and shares all the information needed. Will definitely return!

I had a great stay at John's place. Very quiet and very comfortable. The flat itself was very clean and roomy. John had prepared the place with some extras for breakfast which was appreciated. There are shops around the corner and restaurants in walking distance. The location is convenient to the beach. I was walkable (40min) to the Historic Dockyards, but there are also convenient busses. Lovely spot, great location

Beautiful location, gorgeous apartment and the extras meant a lot, cereal, bread, eggs, tea and coffee. Very clean and comfortable, I would highly recommend.

Great stay, lovely views and very comfortable bed. Enjoyed our walks along the promenade and into the town. Flat clean and cosy and well equiped not that we did much cooking as we tend not to on holiday. Would recommend for a relaxing break.

The flat was beautifully furnished and clean, the atmosphere calm and peaceful with a view over the park. All the facilities and equipment were easy to use, clean and well maintained, and looked new, the showers were heavenly. It was an absolute joy to stay there. Richard was a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming, and he even came to find us on the first day when we took a wrong turning. He also helped carry our luggage on arrival and when we left, which I hugely appreciated.

A fantastic spot to stay in for exploring Southsea and Portsmouth. It is a matter of minutes from the beach and the restaurants in Southsea - the location could not be better. The apartment was stunningly decorated, lovely and bright and airy and so warm. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Alison's flat was lovely, clean and easy to keep warm, we had a lovely few days and had very nice walks on the beach.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

We had a wonderful stay, the location is perfect and within walking distance to the beach, pier, shops, pubs and restaurants. The airbnb was lovely, exactly as described and Sally was a great host. Thank you again!
