One of the best stays we've had! Beautiful home with incredible views and spotlessly clean, also much larger than we were expecting. The location is perfect for beach access and walking into Ryde. The hosts were lovely, very accommodating and they were always quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommend!

A great apartment, clean, everything you need, the welcome pack was more like a weekly shop 😁. I have stayed in a few air B& B’s now and this one is at the top for accommodation, price, extras, location etc.Will be back soon. Many thanks Roy.

Can't recommend here enough. The perfect place to stay on the Isle of Wight. Right in the heart of Shanklin, beside gorgeous thatched pubs and tea rooms and a short walk from a gorgeous beach. Also, conveniently located right beside a car park. The apartment itself is also gorgeous, nothing but good to say - really enjoyed our stay.

We had a glorious weekend! The accommodation was spotless, imacculately well presented and Sally made us both feel very welcome. 5/5 on all fronts, thank you very much Sally.

very clean and easy to keep clean; totally practical with all basic necessities; comfortable and inviting; we were there in the winter but the private garden with seating would be a lovely bonus in the summer months.

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

Perfect place for family! Spent two nights and had the best time. Playground and lots of space to run for kids and dogs just around the corner. Would highly recommend!

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Beautiful home in peaceful West Wittering. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a very quiet road, and if you haven’t been, the beach is amazing. When the tide is out, it’s just a huge expanse of beautiful sand. Perfect for walkers and dogs alike.

We had a lovely stay Crossways. The house was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and great to have TV's in the bedrooms. WIFI was fast and reliable. Off road parking was a bonus and it was lovely to sit out in the large garden after a day out. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were surprised about considering the amount of properties there. Check in process was very easy and we had great communication from the hosts. Great base to explore the area.

We had a lovely weekend at Sarah’s place, the place was so nicely set up for a weekend away. A beautiful house with plenty of space and everything you need in the house. We travelled with little ones and it was so refreshing that Sarah could cater for all our needs with cots, stingrays etc. the garden was lovely with a very luxurious hot tub and outside area. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the rooms and the beds were super comfy! It’s a lovely place to stay and would definitely book again. Sarah was also great at communicating and super flexible with us! Thank you

This is a compact flat which has been well arranged to get a lot into the space. There are outside stairs up to it which were a bit of a challenge with my elderly knees, but manageable. It was comfortable and clean, which is the main thing. A good place to have a rest for a few days. Martin very welcoming and friendly, and kindly left some food for us.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

Perfect place if you visiting Goodwood. The Only down side is that the carpark is not included

Fabulous place to stay. Spotlessly clean, 2 minute walk to the beach, walking distance from shops, comfortable bed, great kitchen - just perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The check in/out was easy, and the hosts were responsive. The location is only a few blocks from bars/restaurants, and only a 15-20 min walk from the train station, football stadium, and seaside! We also thought the coffee, milk, and breakfast items were a nice touch! Thanks for the perfect stay!

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily

We had a great stay for 3 nights. The flat is very comfortable and well equipped. Julie is a friendly and helpful host. The location was excellent and within walking distance of good restaurants. It felt like a home from home for us. Thanks for a wonderful stay Julie.
