Had a great time at Church street flats. We had one minor issue on arrival which was rectified within an hour. Perfect location as we could walk everywhere. Thank you once again Rebecca for a lovely stay.

Brilliant property from start to finish. Felt very at home and very comfortable and the convenience of the location is unreal, being right next to snow hill is a massive advantage. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had the best stay possible, even going as far as making sure one of the bedrooms was washed in non bio due to sensitive skin Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend to family or friends

Very highly recommend. The property is conveniently situated amongst great transport links into the city centre whilst being on the doorsteps of Broadway Plaza. Would definitely stay again. Host was a great help and made us feel very welcome. 5*

Good stay. Few things could have been improved but happy overall.

Lovely place in the town centre, about 10-15 mins walk from the bull ring. Mackenzie was a great host, excellent communication. I arranged my check in time for 3:30 but arrived 10-15 earlier than that and they accommodated for this very well. He sent someone to meet me right away. Only concern was parking but there was paid controlled parking across the building which was very convenient. Would definitely stay again !!

This property was in the perfect location easy to walk to the centre, also close drive from the motorway and A45. Place was beautiful and spotless. Nice and quiet property that had all the amenities you need. Would definitely book here again

Good place great location and very responsive host

We needed a base for the night so we could explore Leamington Spa at our own pace. Evita provided clear check in instructions and was very responsive to all communication. It was a noisy Friday night and the front bedrooms did allow us to hear lots of people having fun! However, it was a perfectly situated base for our needs and was clean and tidy.

Had an incredible time for my birthday weekend. The flat was immaculate and spotless. The host explained everything perfectly and checked in to make sure I was setting ok. The flat is close to transport and the City Centre which was perfect. I would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again.

Handy spot with good links to motorways and the midlands

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Really lovely location, staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The mattresses felt pretty worn in the middle and in need of changing. Otherwise everything was perfect! Gym, spa and pool are amazing and accessible for most of the day and evening.

Amazing place and a great stay. Host was very helpful and communication was brilliant. Easy to check in, was even offered early check in as a gift. Only issue was that we didn't get the champagne which we paid extra for, but was explained as they had an issue with their cleaners so refunded us along with the deposit which was quickly paid shortly after check out. Would definately stay again 5/5

Very good stay at an exceptional apartment

Jay had went above and beyond in being hospitable. From including little things like drinks, crisps and chocolates he was an excellent host. The property itself was exactly as described fitted out to a high standard. Finding parking in that part of town is never easy however the property came with parking that was easily accessible and not impossible to park in. To summarise I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone.
