Great location so close to the centre. Very spacious. Easy check in. Good communication. Parking Permit is a big bonus.

Bilal was very quick to respond to messages and communicated well.

The hosts were great. Really responsive and solved any problems really well. There was some renovation work being done in the lobby, so was not perfect, but I reckon it would be great when finished. Best thing not emphasised was the 35th floor views. They are amazing. Amenities were great. Used the gym multiple times, & it was really good. Overall would definitely stay again. Highly recommended

Geanina was an excellent host. Very friendly. Everything was spotless and clean. It was lovely staying in her home and we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. Would certainly stay again if we need somewhere to stay in the Coventry area.

This was a beautifully renovated apartment with character decorations. We chose it because there were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1 "family" bathroom with a shower and a rolltop type bath- toiletries were provided, adjacent to the first room and an ensuite on this floor. Up the "spiral" wooden staircase was another ensuite and the living room/ kitchen area. The living room was comfortable Next was a dining table and benches .There was a log burner but we struggled with this despite the extensive instructions, being unfamiliar with it. The kitchen had lots of storage , spice racks, a washing machine and a large fridge freezer. I never figured out the coffee machine. There was crockery and basic kitchen utensils although I would liked to have had a roasting dish and casserole dish for cooking. Great to have a dishwasher. We had problems with the heating (despite following the instructions) which Darren came to sort out as soon as we contacted him,

Ann is the most incredible host. From the moment I arrived, shattered from a long drive, she helped me feel at home. She has three little dogs who are lovely little characters and absolutely no bother, and a house that's homely, yet immaculate. I was invited to use the kitchen and everything in it and for breakfast she laid out an array of foods. The bedroom and private bathroom were pristine, and she really does think of everything - a fan, for those of us who need it, water, tv, charging sockets etc... but the best thing of all was the bed. I have never ever had such a comfortable night's sleep away from home. In fact, I think it probably was *better* than my one at home! This was a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay, and I would not hesitate in recommending the marvellous Ann and her beautiful house. Next time I'm visiting the area, that's where I'll be staying.

Spacious modern apartment, the projector was fantastic especially at night. Secure modern keypad entry to the building. Comfy bed, nice shower and high ceilings, large fridge freezer. Overalls a fantastic place to stay My only criticism is the apparment only has windows to open at the front, and no fans, so if you get hot easily like me the apartment will be difficult to cool. (I brought my own standing A/C unit to fix this)

Urban Oasis was a great place to stay. Location was great, everything within walking distance. The host was very responsive and very helpful. The apartment was clean and very cosy. Will definitely be returning😊

Naz was the perfect host. He was very prompt and helpful at answering my questions. His home was lovely and clean and exactly as his photos show. The home was very safe and secure and there was no noise from the neighbours. We enjoyed our stay as it was a short walk to New Street Station and China Town too. I would book again if I was coming to Birmingham.
