We had a lovely cosy stay, a peaceful and quiet retreat. Appreciated the ease of check-in, felt like a home away from home - ideal couples getaway, all amenities provided, very clean and tidy. We faced some issues due to the unexpected weather conditions however Kyley was super responsive and all was resolved instantly. As we were checking out, Kyley and a local helped us grit the driveway and road - offering tea/coffee throughout. Thought we’d get snowed in, though we wouldn’t have complained about that! We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Thank you so much

Great stay, stopped with my kids who are mostly teens, they didn’t want to leave! Plenty of room for us all to spread out, very spacious! Convenient for city centre, shops, train station etc Would definitely stop again, many thanks! Host left us sweets and staples which was a lovely touch.

Gorgeous house for a girls weekend away. The house is absolutely amazing, especially the kitchen! There’s loads of seating in the kitchen & living area with games included which we loved. Plenty of parking, super peaceful surroundings and gorgeous views of the sunset. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back 🥰

Fantastic sat at Amy’s place. The accommodation had plenty of space for our party of 7 adults and one toddler with a single bed to spare. The property had clearly been recently refurbished to a high standard. All the fixtures and finishes were of high quality. Amy was a great host, really helpful before and during our stay. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

Located near to the train station and with about a 15 minute walk to get into the centre. It was freezing temperatures outside yet the bedrooms were warm and the area was quiet at night. Mattress and pillows were excellent, my only regret was not finding out who made them so I could order them for my home. Although we didn't really use the kitchen it was very well presented and the coffee maker was most welcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend with the only minor gripe being the check-in(4pm) and check-out(10am) times.

I highly recommend staying at The Lodge! The accommodation is spotless, beautifully furnished with a modern touch, and comes with a hot tub offering stunning views, including breathtaking peaks and a nearby waterfall. It’s also just a short walk into the charming village of Marsden, which boasts fantastic pubs and restaurants. Our long weekend stay was perfect, we started with a hike in Glossop, just a 30/40 minute drive away, and then spent the rest of the time exploring Marsden’s pubs, restaurants, and surrounding villages, as well as unwinding in the hot tub. An absolutely flawless experience that I can’t recommend enough!
