Biscay : locations de vacances avec cheminée

We had a wonderfull time at Nahia’s and Xavier’s house. Their house is so lovely. Super cozy and so nicely decorated. Fully equipped and more than enough room for all 5 of us (2 adult and 3 teenagers). Great spot to visit the coast, Bilbao and all those lovely ‘nature’ places in the immediate surroundings. Besides the house, both Nahia and Xabier are the most friendly hosts you can imagine. Super kind, always there whenever you have a question and Nahia is the best local guide, full of great tips, from restaurants, over beaches, hiking tours, food, local bakeries … Priceless! So yes, we would definitely recommend this wonderful place with its lovely hosts!

Estuvimos muy a gusto en la casa. Es acogedora y cuenta con todos los servicios, utensilios de cocina, etc. Todo en perfecto estado. La casa es bonita y acogedora y el lugar precioso!! Hay unas vistas increíbles!!! Maite se mostró atenta en todo momento. Ha sido una estancia de 10!!!

La casa de Maria nos encantó, fuimos un grupo de amigos y lo pasamos genial. Casa muy grande, limpia, y equipada. La comunicación con Maria fue impecable, muy atenta en todo momento. Repetiremos sin duda.

Nos hospedamos en este alojamiento y desde el primer momento, el recibimiento y las explicaciones a la llegada fueron excepcionales. Carlos, el anfitrión, nos brindó una cálida bienvenida y nos proporcionó toda la información necesaria para disfrutar al máximo de nuestra estancia. La ubicación es ideal, perfecta para explorar el hermoso Valle de Mena y sus alrededores. Además, su posición estratégica lo convierte en un campamento base espectacular para visitar tanto Cantabria como Vizcaya. Las instalaciones están en excelente estado, y nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda nuestra estancia. Agradecemos profundamente a Carlos por su hospitalidad y atención al detalle, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más placentera. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar a cualquier viajero que busque tranquilidad, naturaleza, y una atención inmejorable.

La casa perfecta, tal y como sale en las fotos, era un finde de relax y lo superó con creces. Todo en orden, limpieza y demás. Atendían rápido y siempre pendientes.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en Otxandio. Buenísima ubicación para recorrer Euskadi, aunque a la vuelta de la esquina ya puedes disfrutar de paisajes preciosos. La casa es tranquila y muy cómoda. Costó un poco encender la chimenea, pero Jose estuvo muy atento y nos echó una mano con todo lo que necesitamos. En invierno no sé si hará frío si no consigues hacer fuego rápido, pero estos días hemos estado muy a gusto.

Nous avons été ravis de passer ces vacances dans cette charmante petite maison !! Aitor a été très accueillant !! Il nous a accueilli avec du cidre, un gâteau et des tapas faits maison ☺️. En plus, il connaît très bien la région et nous a donné toutes les info sur ce qu'il y avait à voir ou pour aller à Bilbao !! Le jardin donne directement sur la forêt, c'est très agréable !! Et la région est magnifique, une mer superbe, des montagnes très jolies, bref, le rêve !!

Beautiful apartment which the pictures show well, with an absolutely top-notch, highly-responsive host. Begoña did a great job explaining issues in advance and communicating quickly whenever we had questions. The apartment is in a nice older building, tucked up a side street. The street is single lane, but dead-end at the end of the block, so tricky to make a u-turn in. The parking spot is located conveniently across the main street and down just a tiny bit and of course, like in much of Spain, has narrow lanes and parking spots. Bring a smaller car or excellent driving skills. The apartment itself was beautiful, as shown in the photos. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony drinking coffee and watching folks passing by, or gazing across the Nervion river. Convenient location to stroll to the Guggenheim. Begoña was a stellar host, providing lots of touches like coffee pods in the apartment. (Pro-tip: check out Dupla Specialty Coffee nearby for the best expresso drinks!)

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement situé dans les montagnes près de Bilbao : un endroit calme et reposant, pas très loin du centre ville de Bilbao mais également pas très loin des plages de la côte. Alba et Gorka ont été de supers hôtes, à l’écoute et de bon conseils sur les endroits à visiter dans les alentours, je recommande!😊

logement paisible, idéalement placé pour activités de plage, et de randonnée entre mer et montagne. le logement se trouve entre Bilbao et Santander, permettant de visiter ces villes et de se restaurer dans les bars a pintxos! logement correspondant complètement a nos besoins. hote très accueillant, qui a pu répondre efficacement à la totalité de nos questions. je recommande !

We had a fantastic time at Andrea's place! It was exactly as described and he's an outstanding host. Wonderful kitchen with everything we needed for cooking dinner.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful spacious & comfortable apartment.We loved starting the day with coffee & pastries from the bakery at bottom of the road. The apartment was ideally situated, everything was within walking distance. As mentioned in other reviews the front bedroom does get a bit of noise but we came prepared with ear plugs & it was'nt a problem. I am sure the same applies for most properties in Bilbao as it is full of lively bars etc. If we ever visit Bilbao again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here. Ficámos extremamente satisfeitos com a nossa estadia no alojamento do Iñigo. O espaço estava impecavelmente limpo, muito bem equipado e exatamente como descrito no anúncio – ou até melhor! O Iñigo foi um anfitrião exemplar: sempre disponível, simpático e muito atencioso. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente bem recebidos. Recomendamos vivamente e esperamos voltar numa próxima oportunidade!

La casa está en un entorno precioso, a minutos caminando del pueblo de Otxandio, muy bien conectada por carretera en cualquier dirección. La casa está muy bien equipada, y es muy cómoda para un grupo grande. Las piezas eran espaciosas y el jardín muy bonito. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía.

I wish we could give this stay more than five stars. We had a wonderful 2 days here. The house was perfect with our kids, particularly the football table where they spent most of their time! It was such a peaceful place, with beautiful views and a very well appointed house. Even in October, we enjoyed the pool and also used the gym! We had lovely evening walks straight from the front door and spent the days visiting the local beaches. Antton was a very friendly host and we had a personal welcome from him. We really hope to come back one day and do some more exploring of the local area! Thank you very much.

Our family had the most incredible time staying at Marce’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations. The home is stocked with every amenity you could possibly need to make a family vacation seamless and enjoyable. We especially loved all the kid-friendly activities—there was never a dull moment! The bouncy house was a huge hit with the little ones, and the variety of board games made for fun family nights. The jacuzzi was the perfect place to relax after a busy day, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home made us feel incredibly comfortable. Marce went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From extra linens to a fully equipped kitchen and a wide array of household appliances, no detail was overlooked. His generosity and warm hospitality truly made our stay feel special—he was always available and eager to help with any questions or requests.

Excellent séjour chez Manu et Sissi qui sont des hôtes adorables, réactifs et flexibles. Très propre et joliment décorée, la maison est lumineuse, spacieuse et agréable à vivre. Beaux espaces communs et privés dans un écrin de verdure, cuisine bien équipée et suffisamment grande pour préparer les repas à plusieurs sans se gêner. Literie et canapés du salon très confortables avec une jolie vue sur le jardin. En sous sol, équipements sport & loisirs (ping pong, babyfoot, fléchettes) pour de bons moments de rigolades en famille. Grand barbecue opérationnel sur la terrasse pour les savoureuses grillades de sardines du Mercado de la Ribera de Bilbao. Région intéressante pour des balades en ville, visites culturelles (musée Guggenheim à Bilbao et musée de la paix à Guernica à ne pas manquer), baignades et randonnées avec points de vue spectaculaires. Ravitaillement proche (Carrefour, Lidl à 15mins en voiture) et pintxos locaux délicieux! Bref une partition sans bémol. Nous recommandons !!!
