Had a great stay that started with a four-hour airline delay that got us to the property late. Viktoriia was so accommodating and kind during a stressful travel moment. Checkin and checkout were seamless a d she was extremely responsive to questions we had. Great property, great host, great stay!

This is a beautiful house within walking distance of the beach about a 20 minute walk. The street is very nice and the people on the street were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pool and the hot tub were great very pretty view of the waterway, we had our coffee on the porch every morning, the host was incredibly courteous and responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this to a family or a group looking for a convenient location close to the beach and the town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, everything was as described / pictured in the listing. The house was clean and organized, with all the needed amenities for a near week long stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room, pool, and putting green. The house is a short distance from the beach and the center of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, which is a great walking environment with plenty of restaurants and stores. The host was responsive to any questions we had. Overall, a great stay and perfect property for our family, and we can’t wait to visit again.

I stayed at Hector's place with a group of 10 teenagers and the ease, friendliness, and professionalism that Hector displayed definitely helped to make the trip less stressful. We had ample space to spread out but enjoyed coming together in the common area. We loved the backyard especially. Hector was very proactive and helpful and I highly recommend his accomodations.

What can I say , this place was amazing and the host are great and responded back fast .. The iguana in the yard and the wild life in the back yard a must see.. I would come back in a second not a minute !! Thanks again Ron and Laurie my family of 5 loved it and the beaches Fort Lauderdale offers

Our time at the space was wonderful, clean, and relaxing. We really enjoyed the pool and views. A great space to relax from the majority of the area’s hustle.

Isa’s place is well located, nice and clean, and well equipped. It is easy to find and it’s mostly quiet (just one night some neighbors had loud music till late (am)), but overall feels safe and good to rest. On site parking is great. The host is very responsive and friendly. Supermarket is at walking distance. No negatives, the price is appropriate. Would recommend it and would come back if we return to this area.

Chloe was very communicative and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. A lot of the units in the building were short term rentals and we had very friendly neighbors- given that information, we did not hear our neighbors through the walls which was great. Our particular unit was on the corner of the building and had SO MANY windows which was really enjoyable for natural light while also having a border of trees and bushes to keep the street noise down.

We had a fantastic stay at Val's guest house! It was exactly as described in the listing and provided the perfect space for our family. Val was a wonderful host, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The guest house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of the best parts was the proximity to the beach – it was just a quick and easy drive, less than 10 minutes! This made it so convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand with the kids. We highly recommend Val's guest house; we would definitely stay here again!

This room was exactly what we were expecting! The views were amazing from the hotel and the staff were so friendly! The pool was very nice and the walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location. safe neighborhood. easy walking to stores and restaurants. good access to freeway.

I would highly recommend this well kept property. Everything here is ground level so no neighbors above and easy access to get in the house. This is a quiet peaceful area close to everything. I hope to stay here again next year.

Perfect vacation getaway! Beachfront resort with exceptional staff. Shopping and eateries are all within waking distance. Very relaxing. Dana communicated everything with us. Definitely will use her listing again.
