The house was extremely nice and exactly what we were looking for. The rules were not hard to follow at all. The pool and outside seating area was where we spent the most of our time. If I come back to Miami I will definitely check to see if this house is available first!

Great house for a big group - loved the pool

Easy to find and nice keypad entry! House had a LOT of room - we had 5 adults and we could easily spread out. We used 3 bedrooms - with the 4th bedroom (with a desk) used as an office. Seating available for 6 in the dining room; kitchen updated and very handy! Linens and towels were ample. Washer & dryer were also nice to have. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool with the colorful wall murals!! The house is on a dead-end; NO traffic noise; a park is located across the street. We had easy access to University Drive - and all the retail and restaurants it had in close proximity. It was also easy to get to The Guitar Hotel and Casino; Hard Rock Stadium; the beaches, and all points North and South! Great LOCATION! Joseph was also GREAT to work with - FRIENDLY and TIMELY communication!!

Santi’s place was great. Outdoor area was fantastic. Nice to have the beverage fridge and ice in the outdoor cooking area (and the grill itself was top of the line). House was spotless. Santi was responsive and informative. Very good overall experience. He made it a pleasure to rent from him. No issues whatsoever.

Anna’s stay was great. She was the most responsive and tentative host I have had on the Air BnB platform. The house matched the listing. Overall a tremendous stay. Would stay again. Highly recommended!

Great place and location. Very clean and comfortable. Great communication from the host and the check in/out was seamless. Walkable to starbucks, food, and grocery stores.

This Airbnb is a great place for big groups. I stayed three nights and I don’t regret it not one bit. There are pool tables and games in the garage which was a plus. Overall this home was very beautiful and spacious. I’d highly recommend this host, 10/10 . Very friendly and responsive. When I come back I will be booking again. Great experience!!!!

I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Miami, hosted by Dmitry and Maria, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The apartment offered stunning views of the water and boats, making every moment feel like a picturesque escape. It was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

Tamara's unit 208 was just as it was advertised. Some things that she doesn't mention and she doesn't really need to is that the unit faces east and gets the morning sun. The shades and curtains do a good job blocking the heat and sun when you need them to. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The neighbors are very friendly and they all seem to speak French. The only TV is via Roku. There doesn't seem to be a cable box or an antenna that I could find so you won't get local channels. The kitchen is immaculate and well stocked but I couldn't turn off the ice maker and it makes a lot of noise. One thing that Tamara didn't mention and she should have is that the parking for this unit is in the rear. The driveway to access it is on the right of the building as you face it. I felt that my car was very secure back there. I liked the place so much that I hope to be back soon.

We loved staying at Brian's place! It was everything we expected and much, much more. Such a beautiful area on the Intercoastal Waterway! We will definitely look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Daniel was a great host and the place was as described. The unit is renovated, bright, clean. Like other guests described there is beach access a few minutes away. We also used the pool and saw there is a gym on main. The coffee shop in the building is good and closes at 3 pm on most days and there is a convenience store on main as well. The publix is a short drive down the street. I couldn't get the TV working right away but Daniel got back to me within a few minutes and all was OK. Overall, a great stay. I would not hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

Good Place to stay , location was great close by to everything you need. House was accurate to its description. No issues whatsoever perfect for large family or friends. Peaceful neighborhood.

We LOVED our stay in Fort Lauderdale. The place was absolutely beautiful and just like advertised. We had to make a last minute reservation and the hosts were more than accommodating and extremely responsive. We traveled with a family of 6 and the home was the perfect size for us as there was more than enough room and we all had our own bathrooms. The outside area was amazing. The kids loved the pool and it was a very nice quiet, well kept neighborhood. Anytime I had a question I was able to text the hosts and they responded to me almost immediately. I even accidentally sent an amazon package to the wrong address and they offered to bring it to UPS for me. I cant say enough great things about this place, it was close enough to everything that you would need but also private enough to be able to relax when needed. We will definitely be back to Fort Lauderdale and would love to rent this wonderful home again.

Although this location is much closer to Ft. Lauderdale than Miami, it was beautiful and spacious. We felt safe and loved the pool! Would definitely recommend.

This home was amazing. We had a group of 7 adults and 6 children. It was so comfortable. Didn’t feel cramped at all.
